I was a Talk Mobile customer and I was told that I was eligible for upgrade due to Vodafone buying them. The customer service assistant told me I would be on a £18 a mobile a 50 % discount for joining from Talk Mobile. A week or two later, a letter said it £36. I was assured by two different assistants that it would be reflected on my next bill. When I was finally put through they said they don't know anything about that due to the assistant "forgetting" to put that in. have been on the phone for over 30 minutes to sort this issue. I haven't been with Vodafone for 9 years but took a chance on them and now I regret it.

Ordered broadband with Vodaphone but the delivery company (DPD) repeatedly failed to deliver the router so I was left without broadband for a few days. Vodaphone customer services were very good at getting it sorted. Only down side was that they insisted on using DPD to make the delivery so I ended up having to pick up the router from a store myself.

Service was good for almost one year, now deteriorated badly. discovered they are some times over charging. took a second service with them mobile broadband supposed to be caped at 50 gig data at £25 per month, have exceeded data by 39 gid but was not warned and billed me for almost £500 which is totally unrealistic. despite all, tried to resolve by phone and in writing, they are confused, inefficient, didn't even recognize case references, and I kept receiving messages and calls telling me under review give us few more days. horrible and wicked company to deal with.

Please see text I forwarded to Vodafone UK to which they did not respond. They are in breach of all sorts of law so I will be seeking a chargeback via Westpac and will be highlighting this experience with productreview.com.au. Clearly Vodafone is operating a scam. I bought a £45 SIM 89441000300743284972 from Heathrow 10 August but when I arrived at Covent Garden your SIM would not reach my wife's Estonia mobile number. I visited your Long Acre store who said I needed to spend more money to reach the Estonia number. Still my phone could not dial the Estonia number, the SOLE and only number I wanted to be able to dial. After a subsequent visit to Long Acre your staff said Vodafone cannot call Estonian numbers but refused to refund my purchase, despite your very large 30 day network guarantee signage throughout the store. They insisted I had a Vodafone SIM but it was not a Vodafone network, the network means just their store. You are clearly breaching all contract and consumer law and making false representations and advertising. I went to the neighbouring 3 store and within minutes I could contact the Estonian number. I leave the UK on Tuesday but on my return to Australia will complain to Vodafone Australia about your misleading conduct and write to the British High Commissioner in Canberra. I will also report your actions to Westpac bank and seek that they make a chargeback for this purchase against Vodafone. There was not a single call made on this SIM. I have photos of your Long Acre staff who refused to supply their details, photos of the store and of your advertising signage of a network guarantee at the store which your staff refused to honour.

I have been with Vodafone since 2013 but last week I was sent a message that removed a 'loyalty' discount i had been enjoying and increased the price by £20 each month. I tried contacting Vodafone to tell them I just want my previous terms and 22GB of data. First time I called I spent 20 mins and I was informed the discount would be re-applied but when transferring me to the correct team to authorise this the call dropped. I thought it was my fault. I called again and again the call dropped during the transfer - I realised Vodafone has actually dropped me. I then spoke to another agent who approved my discount and told me that all was OK. 6 days later i receive a call from a Vodafone agent called 'Josh' asking if i would like to upgrade. I was confused so after looking into this matter I realised that they had not applied the discount for the entire term of my future relationship with Vodafone. I felt like the 'Right hand doesn't know what the left one is up to' with these guys. Asked to speak to a manager - spoke to 'Robert' who fobbed me off. Wanted to give me the discount again but with less data than before. Totally frustrated and told the 'leaving team' agent team that I'm fed up. He apologised and said he cannot give me the same data allowance for same discount. I have wasted up to 3 hours and by this time I felt like even if I have to pay £100 per month I have to switch. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO VODAFONE. They have to realise 3 things: (1) Endowment effect - taking something away or reducing something has a powerful psychological effect on customers (2) Empathy is critical - when the calls dropped why did they not try calling back immediately. (3) Resolution - if people are not empowered to resolve issues when customers have suffered emotionally then the agents are just mechanised robots with no autonomy or authority to do anything of value.

Customer service locals most do not understand calculation and if you challenge them, they will block your number, customer service out of UK. Very helpful. Does the complaint department reads these reviews?

Probably the worst customer service of any company I've come across. More bureaucratic red tape for the most minor issues than you could ever imagine

I have sent my phone off to be repaired over 2 months ago! I have had no contact and when I try to get any update they say they cant find it! I find this most annoying and I am paying for a handset that I don't have?! Would never recommend to anyone as Vodafone don't seem to care that they are charging me for a product I don't have! When I dropped it into the store they said it would take 5-7 working days?! I think they have lost it!

I went to a store about a charge i didn't incur for a number i didn't call. I didn't call this number and didn't even have this number saved. When I went to their stores to show them they disregarded this and my bill went through as £260. This is terrible customer service. Not only was I charged wrongfully, my bill was falsified. Terrible network. When I spoke to their customer advisor he brought up the bill and was showing me the bill as if I was lying about calling the number.

Small print not mentioned on add for "free"global roaming, it doesn't apply when on ships or ferries when your sailing between otherwise free destinations. The charge is five pounds a day.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with EVER. The customer service is beneath anything I have ever known. It would seem every single person that works at Vodafone is an ineffective, incapable underqualified fool. They should stop being a company immediately

They charge you for things you didn't subscribe for. Their customer service is very poor. Which makes it difficult when you need to enquire is that their phone app is quite often not working. AVOID THEM!
