Vodafone are typical of a large corporate entity that cannot provide proper customer service and you can never get anything done properly by. For a brief while I was using a large amount of mobile data, and I received texts telling me I was approaching my daily allowance. I upgraded my date allowance to cover this, but still kept getting the texts. I called them and the operative confirmed I was nowhere near my daily (or monthly) allowance. I asked why I was still receiving the texts and she didn't know. I asked her to stop them and she said there was no way of doing so! For the rest of my contract I periodically received these erroneous texts. I also tried in vain to opt out of their continuous marketing texts for events/services I wasn't interested in. The message said text stop to this number, but you can never send a text to that number, it always fails. When my contract was coming to an end I found a sim only deal for a quarter of what I was paying Vodafone and requested a code to transfer my number to the new provider. This went ok and I cancelled my direct debit after the last month was paid. I never received any bill from Vodafone, but I did get a text saying I had not paid my last bill, which i ignored because i had. Six months later I get demand letters from CCS Collections for an £19.44 unpaid bill, that I have never received and don't know what it is for, and is as far as I can see for nothing as I paid my contract up to the end. Poor customer service, bombard you with marketing you can't stop, send irrelevant messages about data limits you are nowhere near, and then bill you for not providing any service after you have swithed provider. I will never use Vodafone again.

Respected sir, Vodafone is the most pathetic and hopeless service it gives the worst customer support there is no co ordination between department . No two department can transfer call to the employ which customer wants to speak . I am having a problem since 1 months from Vodafone not getting incoming calls but no 1 is there to take care of my problem all employ gives false promises if you are talking to an employ and sharing your problem since an hour and your call gets disconnect then again you have to call and you have say the whole story again and still the problem is not solved you gets false promise and again you have to call and again you have to discuss this is the procedure I am doing since last 1 months I know all the name of employ to whom I have talked and again you can not contact that person and that person also does not contact you because he do not want to solve your problem List 1) mukkaram 2)sanjeet 3)keshav 4)a lady i dont remember her name 5)shivam Jst after talking all of them i got to know that my complaint was not filed properly so they want to file a new complaint in this way they work. They have untrained employees who dont even know how to file a complaint properly.

Wow I wish I could’ve given a negative review. Don’t use Vodafone. I am a year out of contract and still paying monthly. They have made it almost impossible to cancel I still haven’t been able to cancel. They make me sit on hold on the phone calling internationally and each call is over $100. Awful. They’ve wasted so much of my money and I still can’t cancel. What were they doing continuing to charge after my contract was up anyway???

Doesn't even deserve one Star ... Everything about it is worst ... Customer service Internet connection Network Everything is worst .... Even after recharging they are saying not enough balance .... I have done recharge 4 to 5 times in an hour still what I get to hear is " Insufficient balance" Waiting to end lockdown ... Unsatisfactory service

Vodafone internet connection is average...but some days there is no net connection for the whole day..It is really disturbing for us...Try to rectify the problem if possible as soon as possible..

with vodofone over 22 years. lied to continually about data and call capping. recently charged £53 for overuse, and no capping text sent. Their communications ARE THE WORST , live chat /phone calls/ emails, all dead ends with no resolve. so fragmented and uninformed it really is unbelievable. I just spent ANOTHER hour in a chat box, various reps just leave the chat / cut you off / ask same security details FOUR TIMES/ then after all that, they still cannot give details of a capped plan, something likeCPR16 or something with a spend manager...WE ALL KNOW WHY..BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU THE 63P PER MINUTE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. brother had covid so i did call a lot this month, but generally i use like 3% of my newly discovered call allowance. really low end user. utterly insulted repeatedly by the incompitent and uninformed staff. The call and text handlers will lie to you, or say they don't know, or simply walk off the chat, UTTERLY DISCRACEFULL LACK OF COURTESY AND COMMUNICATIONS. my vosofone page not in service / call 121, not in service/ no email with my bill advise / no call backs as promied / DO NOT WASTE YOUR HOURS AND HOURS OF TIME, SAVE DAYS OF YOUR LIFE AND JUST USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER, Really in Earnest, i am so insulted and disgusted by the way they hide behind unmanned communication posts...EVEN THEIR M.D. email is a blind link.

Bc itka bakwaas aur 3rd class range hai vodafone ki.. bhaiyo agar time aur paisa bachana hai to koi bhi sim lo mgr vodafone mt lena....sala 5 min ki barish se 8 9 hr tak range nhi ati... Aur bc tower lagaya kidhar hai woh batao tum vodafone wale 3 state ghum liya or ek jagah range nhiye... Sala recharge khatam hone pr 5 -5 min me msg kroge aur itni 3rd class service.... Lockdown ke bad sab se pahele jo kam karne wala hu woh pahele sim port krunga bc

I wish to score zero actually they always call irrespective of time even at ni8s to recharge I mean what's wrong with u people if we want to make call we will recharge and even we recharge less amount it will not make a call we have to recharge exactly 49rs now I am going to make this stupid Vodafone sin to jio

Very bad experience and worst customer service. I was facing issue in internet surfing and called to Vodafone 7 times, everytime customer care disconnect the phone after listening the problem however I did not receive satisfactory solution anytime and wrote a mail also to their team and it shows that how they handle their customers

Cheaters The Vodafone care people are very worst . They behave in a very impolite manner with customers. Mine was postpaid. They used to provide higher bill and I complained about it but they tell irrelevant explanations. Every month theycharge 30 rs extra.

Such a bad customer service! The worst I've ever seen. I spent 6 hours yesterday chatting online to try to get my wifi sorted. I was already in contact with them last Friday when I was told that there was a technical issue in my area and they promised it would be fixed in 24 hours. 2 days after it wasn't fixed and it happened that it was not the good diagnostic. I was in contact with 5 different people. I had to wait at least half an hour between each different connection. They made me wait pretending reading my case. Each time I had to repeat the same things again and again with no solution at the end but an obvious lack of respect. Implying I was lying while telling that I had no wifi and I was using my neighbour's one to be able to contact them as nobody answers the phone. The last 'adviser', named Ankita even refused to send the enquiry at the end of the conversation, delaying for half an hour the chat - it was already 10pm - to make me stop the chat first which implied no enquiry. I couldn't have my wifi fixed, couldn't stop my monthly contract, couldn't get a refund for the days without wifi. And wasted more than 6 hours and lost of energy.

I dont want to give even one star cause it is most 3rd class network i ever used. So poor connection and so slow. As soon as the lockdown over i will change my networ immediately
