Would leave no stars if possible . Vodafone are by far the worst network I've ever been on. The phone and internet signal are awful with"dead spots" everywhere. Customer service are unhelpful and uninterested. Anyone thinking of joining Vodafone....DON'T. I guarantee you will regret it. Simply awful, avoid at all costs.

Being a customer for 6 years, all Bill's paid in full on time. Even when I have been abroad and my bills been in the hundreds!!! The one time I reach out for help due to moving jobs(I was paid weekly now paid monthly) I get slapped with a late payment charge my network cut off and they won't turn it back on without a 50% payment!! Totally disgraceful. When my contract is up I will be swapping providers as they are a joke!

Would not give them any stars if I could. Terrible people, don’t have a clue what there doing, different stories off different people about the same issue. Worst company ever, DO NOT EVER GO WOTH VODAFONE FOR ANY SERVICES!

1. Emberrassing reception and speed in London. 2. Horrible, outsourced(not in UK) customer support. 3. Expensive services. Stay away.

Garbage, stay away. Barely any 4G reception in London, and if there is, it's slowest I've seen in life. How are they still in business, I have no idea. Also, judging from other reviews their customer service is outsourced to another country, so it saves them money, but also completely obliterates the quality of their customer support. So I guess it's gonna be a ride to cancel my contract once it's done too. P.S picture shows speed on a good day.

I had bad internet my first concrete was good but after few months go down and the contract expensive but i said its ok but its rubbish internet i surprise with Vodafone because i was see Advertisement all we’re said its the best

The single worst provider I have ever come across, terribly customer service and services. I would strongly recommend not using ANY Vodafone products or services.

Be warned! Dont waste your time or money on this service provider. 14 breakdown isdues in 8 months and £160 to terminate my contract. This for a service im not recieving. Telephone support give false information and false hope. Ive asked Ofcom to arbritrate. Feel like ive been mugged.

I wanted to upgrade my sim only tablet deal and my account said I could. When I went to a shop, I was told I couldn't for another 12 days. Then when I phoned 191 today, I was told I couldn't upgrade my existing contract. I have decided to leave them.

Take my advice. AVOID VODAFONE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! It's the worst network ever, mobile signal is terrible, internet is almost nonexistent and customer service stinks. You gave a problem? Vidafone couldnt care less. As long as they get their money every month that's all they're interested in. My contract runs out soon and I'm off to a network that actually provides a service instead of a bunch if cowboys who want my money but wont provide a proper service in exchange. Really, do not go near Vodafone, I guarantee you'll regret it.

Worst experience with the service. Over 4 weeks waiting for broadband installation and twice they called with stupid excuses. I wish VirginMedia could provide service in Sixmilebridge. Should have never signed up with Vodafone, biggest mistake. If you can provide broadband installation, stop giving false adverts. Disgusted.

Worst phone service ever! As to why? The list is to long. Paid for service to work in the states and as soon as I landed it tells me they need more money, texting and phone service are spotty at best, different countries in Europe require different protocols for calling or you have to pay more for your phone to work there and the list goes on

The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Following hours of calls over the course of 3 weeks from New Zealand, the Vodafone credit team refused to help me and due to this I am unable to buy a house. All I asked was for one email to be written to Experian comprising of one sentence to rectify an error on their part and they declined. I have never come across such laziness. This is a disgusting company and my whole family will change networks because of this.

I locked Vodafone from the router they supplied me and changed the advanced passwords... I did not expect them to backdoor SSH into the router and change my settings back to give themselves full access to my home network and any unsecured computer or device on that nerwork. I'll be leaving them now and then seeking legal advice as I also run my business from home. I will also be contacting An Garda as this is a criminal matter with a custodial sentence if convicted, or a fine, or both. I know that too it was part of my college thesis back in the day. Either way this is a clear and deliberate breech of all data protection laws going back to 1988. They should know better and they absolutely do! Vodafone used to be okay, but they are now heavily over subscribed and the promised speed is usually less than 20% of the promised speed. It never seems to be their problem when you call...it's always something on your side. That'd be fine if I didn't have qualifications in networking and computer systems and know they are full of bs. So...I think they have been given enough rope now and ok ll just enjoy watching someone burn. Rule of the day Vodafone ... keep your nose the f*ck out of my network or I'll nail your damn balls to the wall!

My broadband bill increased 3 times in three months. couldn't get anywhere with the customer services when trying to cancel, they just dragged it out to tag on more charges

Everything is wrong about this company. They cannot make things work, effective communication is non-existent, nothing happens to put things right when they say it will. Be prepared to waste days in useless communication with the constant taste of bile in your throat. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT A HAPPY LIFE!

If it could be less than one star it would be. Lying thieving company. I cancelled a contract in 2015 but they failed to complete cancellation. Obviously I changed my phone and number and shortly after moved address. 4 years on I’ve been informed that Vodafone left the contract open for a further 16 months following the end of my contract then passed it to a debt collector. I will be making a legal challenge through court and will be getting compensation for ruining my credit file for that period of time

Worst customer service ever. Mis used my data for 4 years running monthly credit checks after I cancelled. Lied about GDPR, meant to be paying compensation and now refusing all contact with me
