My latest with this shambolic shower: I have spent the last 6 months trying to exchange my faulty handset (an exchange itself, for another faulty one !!), which is still under warranty. I have had to go to the Ombudsman, who found them at fault, as usual, and they had undertaken to actually give me a new device. This was a month ago. Since my contract (a business one) is coming to an end next month anyway, I rang to see if I could skip the exchange and just upgrade to an S20 (from S8), for roughly what my current contract is worth, and them saving themselves a new S8. I had already, of course, shopped around and had found that I could get such deals elsewhere anyway (and have a new S8 in the process). Their operator ACTUALLY LAUGHED at this, went on about ‘S20 is a flagship’ and wouldn’t do it for at least double that , suggesting for me to go to someone/anyone else if I wanted a ‘good deal, wouldn’t get it from Vodafone’!!! Well, at least he’s right on this one, but, equally, would not be treated as bad by anyone else either! Still at a loss how they can continue to trade with such unacceptable customer service and attitude!! Avoid at all costs!!

I’M BACK,how does a company exist with all these hundreds possibly thousands of bad reviews.PEOPLE please read all these bad reviews and take heed.the Retford shop staff member Calum Cooper he told me to throw electronic equipment into dustbin.what happened Vodaphone sent six separate deliveries of equipment I should have had two delivery’s, I returned some back to the shop,Calam Cooper told me not to return anymore,he said throw them in the dustbin or something like that. I will swear under oath that’s what he said.when you phone Vodafone you could be calling Egypt. I will still give this c**p outfit minus 50 stars STAY CLEAR

Hi,this is about Vodaphone atRetford north Notts,My personal experience.The manageress is as useful as a bucket of salt water in the dessert. I have such a lot to say but I will I keep it short.someone once said to me all the throwbacks from other phone shops finish up at Vodaphone.My advice stay away,look at all the other reviews. I WILL BE BACK later. Ray. ps I would rate Vodaphone minus 50 stars

vodafone network is number 1 lawyer companies in this world. I have sim card problems, I called them thay said to me it take 24-48 hours. OK after 24-48 hours again I call them thay told me same story 24-48. I call tham more than 20 times. Still I am waiting............

Sabse bekar internet service hai vodafone ki. Salay harami net nhi dete hain hum pta nhi kitna online match inki vajah say haren hain Jio hi lena issay aacha toh internet deta hai ya Airtel ya kuch bhi lakin Vodafone mat lena Mere ghar may 2 vodafone ka sim hai lakein ek may bhi internet nhi aata hai jabki ussmay 4GB/Day ka pack bharva raha hoon phir bhi yeh sab net nhi dete. Agar aap PUBG khelte hain toh bilkul yeh mat lena varna sara samay match may reconnecting may rah jaogay Aur may kisi Gaon ki baat nhi karaha hun main Gorakhpur City may rahta hoon

I have changed address and after a month and a half and 20 calls (not exaggerating here either) I was no closer to getting them to perform a home move. At no point was it Vodafone leading this either, I've been able to give them a date that the move would happen on for a month and calling them everyday after that point Frustratingly: 1. I can't speak to a human in the home moves department. 2. They don't call back, ever. Even when they say they will. Eventually after an hour of constantly calling today, I got through to someone who was helping me when they revealed that they were going to give me a new contract that was double the rate I was currently paying. There is no way that ANYONE would find that acceptable. I now have to pay off the rest of my existing contract without receiving the service that I'm paying for but that doesn't mean I have to be nice, in any way about Vodafone so, to anyone reading this, stay well away from them. At the very least I've learnt now never, ever to use any of their services again. They have terrible customer service, poor support processes, awful service all of which I can only assume is created as a result of a disdain for the people who are paying for their services. And this isn't to do with the individuals on the calls either when I did manage to talk to people. They were all very helpful and seemed that they were genuinely trying to do their jobs within the restrictions of Vodafones bureaucracy. -Alex

Connection is awful. Always show 4g but the speed and internet is like 2g or sometime u don't even get any internet while showing 4g. We pay for something we don't get, it's more like they(Vodafone) rip u off. I have never experience such a horrible connection. Never recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get Vodafone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH VODAPHONE 18 MONTHS AGO... only to discover they REACTIVATED THE ACCOUNT and started charging my bank without my permission for 18 MONTHS... they claim that they have lost the calls and do not know why it was turned back on... the phone was not used for 20 months and they cannot explain why they turned it back on WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND STARTED CHARGING ME 2 MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION... they are refusing a REFUND and are REFUSING TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH IMMIDIETE EFFECT AND ARE LEAVING IT OPEN AND CONTINUING TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION...STEALING THEIVING ******** DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY USE EE...

Awful company, they promise you high speed and then when they fail to deliver they blame BT exchange! And when you want to cancel they want you to pay huge termination fees!! So they lie and then they make money out of you!! Stay away from these liars, waste of money. Shame!!!!!

Really very disaapointed with vodafone very embarressing to use vodafone to work from home only it works kbps speed even in 4G ..then what is the use of 4G waste of money and time.need to work vodafone for there speed otherwise its time to quite vodafone as well.. .thanks

What is the problem vodafone? I always face the problem of calling, everytime during calling, vodafone say other networks are out of network. How this possible, everytime If connect the call with other network, call connected without any problem What's the with you And if i failed to pay the bill ,then Rs 50 charge add to my next bill without fail If you not give the proper network then why you charges late payment fee Make sure to provide the good network to everyone or me Otherwise I go to change the network provider

They merge two people's bills first with out my knowledge and over charge me for more than 8months when I informed them about this the people at the store just told they have no idea and sent me off from there and I had to call the C.S team the entire month everyday and they said they will give me a discount on the ongoing bills now again they have charged me 3000rs saying I have international SMS charges for 1345rs this is really annoying they are not even letting me shift to prepaid every month they say you can change it. I am so annoyed and I feel like this is heights My number -8095880408

Since there is no zero star I am giving one star. There is always network issues. Presently I am using vodafone sim but once my plan is finished I am gonna port to a better network. Guys please don't use vodafone, it will ruin all your work...

There is so many disturbing SMS to inform that my vodafone service validity is going to expire. One or Two reminder is enough, because user will know his/her phone service is expired if he/she try to make a call. Plz. I request stop this.
