Terrible customer service. They say one thing then do another

In 2015 I tried using their services. After a while my online account stopped working. I rang 8 times and chatted online 7 times, for over 7 hours of my time. I was promised several things on the phone (1 month free, 3 months free) which were not in the notes and so never happened. In the end I agreed to pay an early cancellation fee. That didn't happen. Rang again, they found out they should have cancelled last month and then did so, without an early cancellation fee. Then they billed me, but didn't send me a bill. Then referred the account to a credit agency for non payment who emailed me. I then had to call about this bill that should not have been sent, and also chase to make sure my credit was not affected. An no word of any compensation for the amount of time I spent and stress it incurred. I will never use Vodafone again and urge everyone to avoid them.

Absolutely awful!!!! Incompetent useless liars!!!! Changed our broad band provider 3 months ago because the signal was terrible and always dropping out with Vodafone. Since then Vodafone continues to charge us monthly, after numerous lengthy phone calls with customer service being re assured this time it was really cancelled and we would be re funded. Just to get to the next month and be charged again for something we are no longer even connected to!!!

Worst Internet in the world, don't even bother. They try to con you by saying there's nothing they can do but you're stuck in a contract so looks like I'll be having to pay for 2 Internet connections. Don't waste your time on Vodafone

Absolute disaster! Nothing works, simplest things take ages, their own website, app and system don't work at all! Just spare yourself lots of headache and avoid Vodafone!

Persuaded my wife to join me at vodaphone purely because the signal was better in our home. We obtained a PAC code to keep her old number and went to purchase the new phone. Six days later and after 3 attempts they have managed to delete the temporary number on my wife's phone and not transfer the old number across so she's now got no phone ( and that mess was the complaints department). They now suggest going back to the shop and getting a new temporary number and starting the process all over again!! Oh and when you sound a little upset about the incompetence they feel hard done to. 😡😡😡

They are the best liars on earth. Went to the store and asked the sales team to confirm that I will receive AirPods before I start my contract and sign and he said yes. The guy who served me later that week for when I collected my AirPods said I will also get my AirPods. Customer service for over a month failed to tell me that I need to speak to whom ever sold the contract to me to discuss this deal and kept lying to me that I will receive it on many occasions. They constantly lie and promise false promises. Do not trust them at all

Called Vodafone in November, gave 30 days notice to cancel my pay monthly contract as it had expired. They said final bill will be December. But what happened on the 8th of Jan? Another bill was generated, processed and paid. I had not used that sim since November. Vodafone have unlawfully taken money out of my account and customer support from Amit and others have been not helpful in fact they are lieing to me.# Update: 19/01/2020 still no refund yet. According to Gov UK am i entitled to claim interest of 8% per day for my refund to return. Update: 19/01/2020 Vodafone Customer Relations emailed me to say a refund has been initiated of £40.94. Update: 27/01/2020 compensation amount £15 was refunded but i am missing my actual amount payment of £25.94 to be refunded. Update: 27/01/2020 Vodafone advises me the refund will take 7 more working days. 1) Why do you provide false information to your customers? 2) Why should i have to wait extra time for my refund. If you staff did a job correctly they would refund me 7 working days after Jan 8th. I think Vodafone need to train their team!

Vodafone ruined my life. I came to fro Three to Vodafone because I thought I would a better and faster internet connection but unfortunately I got the slowest ever connection. If you try to open a picture in a search, you have to wait at least 15 seconds, and by god if you try to open a video anywhere it will make you miserable. I do not recommend Vodafone at all. Please guys go for anything but Vodafone.

If you go with Voda for anything make sure you're a sadistic person because their support will treat you like it's a snuff film.

Absolutely, unbelievably awful broadband. The router must be the absolute cheapest thing they could find. The signal barely reaches one room away. The connection itself is slower than it was with last provider, inconsistent, and for the past few weeks has dropped out (entirely, no wifi or wired connection) about 10 times per evening (for about 3 minutes per time). IT LITERALLY CUT OUT WHILE I WAS WRITING THIS REVIEW. Incredibly awful service. STAY AWAY.

Unfortunately I choose Vodafone for my broadband when moving home - two months ago and every form of contact with them has been a mess up. I signed up over the phone because the website wouldn't work. They had the wrong address on the router - luckily I had it delivered to a pick up point. They needed to send an engineer over to set up my router so I booked an afternoon so would only take half a day off work. He came in the morning. The line didn't work so had to have BT fix it first. I tried to get a username and password so I could log in and claim the promotional gift. They kept giving me the wrong details which didn't work. They cut me off, without warning, when I eventually managed to get through, they said I hadn't paid my bill. No warning despite a direct debit account set up. Another was set up (My bank account now shows 2). I've tried to contact them by online web help, phone and the online webform. EVERYTIME being a problem. They don't recognise my account, I can't progress past the automation because I don't have a username or account number or order number - none of which was supplied and which was why I was contacting them in the first place to get!! Finally tried the CEO email but of course no response so I'm still left without account login and the means of claiming my gift. They couldn't be more incompenent if they purposely tried.

I got a plan where I should pay £19 monthly and receive an Amazon Echo Plus and a £75 Amazon voucher after 4 months. They gave me the Amazon Echo and now they are saying there's no £75 voucher for me, even if I have all the emails from them confirming that I have the right to receive it. They fooled me to sign their contract and now they don't gave me what they promised. I'll cancel the contract and ask my money back because when I signed I had better options of broadband.
