SO many reasons! 1 - reported phone stolen then was given a massive bill and was told it wasn't canceled. They said we used the word block not cancel so it's our fault. We did say it was stolen so they should be the ones to cancel it. 2 - Used the refer a friend scheme multiple times and didnt receive any reward because i am already a customer? this wasnt written in there term and conditions, so refered people to it on the assumption that we would both get a amazon gift voucher but we didnt. at least give it to the new customer. 3 - Child got billed a massive amount for using the phone, this should be capped so they cant do it. and they knew it was a kids phone. They will use any excuse to take money from you.

HORRENDOUS customer service. I don't often complain about this sort of thing but this is the WORST i have ever encountered throughout my 28 years of existance. Please avoid Vodafone at all costs.

Very worst network no doubt on that it is very slow network compared to other networks I suggest you don't use Vodafone

Not being able to talk to a human For Toby I must type same question over and over again. Then some other computer comes on and after 40 minutes Problem not solved. Thinking of cancellation of my contract after 13 years Joachim Hober

Had Vodafone for 2 years would never go back it is a complete rip-off phone you up with deals that end up costing you more when they promise your save money

After being with vodafone for over 10 years, I'm dumping them. Their offshore customer service is the worsted. You can't get support service from their shops and spend ages on hold calling their Indian call centres. I have also sent numerous emails this and had no responses.

AVOID USING VODAFONE! I signed up as a new customer for a broadband 3 weeks ago. The engineer should come and connect landline 2 weeks ago, no connection and no communication from Vodafone at all! If you want to call customer service I wish you good luck 😂 after 1.5 hour waiting somebody picked up the phone. I should read these reviews before I purchased Vodafone Services. After 2 weeks with no internet I come back to my old supplier.

No network coverage. Complained about 7 times, No solution at all. After become VI the network is terrible. worst net work ever. We are in Ernakulam town nearby Municipality even though no network here. Having 4 numbers in my home, planning to port numbers.

Terrible customer service they do not care about the customer and blocked my phones for over 2 months and wouldn’t do anything about it my bills were paid in full avoid the company like the plague

Worst bunch I have yet to encounter! Appalling in every way! You have to be a Chess Grand Master to even log on to see your bill, only to find they have charged (again) for a mobile reported stolen!!! and other insipid rubbish!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

i recently upgrade sim only plan with vodafone, as i was customer with vodafone from last 2 years. vodafone doing 3 different types of speed (2mb, 10mb and max). as i was told you will get max speed at the time of upgrade which they lie even with everyone far a sake of sale. but you will get very slow speed, as i found mine was 2.5-5mb. so avoid getting new or upgrade with vodafone.

I’ve been with Vodafone for years and years now and it’s just mess up after mess up and I don’t know why I left it so long to leave. Constant signal problems and topping up has been a nightmare. For some reason there was two accounts under my name and any time I topped up it would add the credit to the unused account ( which I never opened and asked them to close which they won’t do) trying to get it moved over was an ordeal and then to top it off my last top up never went into the offer so it was just wasted away. No help and just a general useless company. Currently finding a new provider.

I spent 4 hours on my landline to Vodafone this morning trying to report a faulty mobile device. Only to be repeatedly told by several different people that my account doesn't exist even though I can see it on line! Moreover I was redirected to several subsidiary companies, eg I-com none of whom had me listed and one proved to be an investment company in the city. And yet, despite denying I exist, Vodafone collect my payment by DD every month

I have purchase a phone through vodafone and have had the phone for 3 weeks now and is still not connected an I cant make any calls or text messages on it. When i call up to complain about it they just tell me to wait another 24 hours. When the contract ends I will be leaving and going else where.

Out of all the internet provider Vodafone are the most useless. ( We no most internet provider are bad but Vodafone take it to a new level.) So far after speaking with over 8 people and getting them to confirm in an email what they have told me they will do they still don't do it. I follow up and show them they email and they say sorry then that person lies to me and send it on email. Problems is still unsolved.

V auto has been cancelled this means your unit in your car is useless and you will not get a refund, But you can still buy these units on every selling site for prices between £40&£80 So I think they should remove these items immediately. So do not buy one or you will be out of pocket and there is nothing you can do !!!!
