My bill is overcharged every month and it's terrible signal and 4g

My account has been overcharged every month for the last 18 months. I have five lines and mobile broadband. The most I was overcharged was £120 and the least was £54. All broken promises by them to fix it. Waiting to get through to them for over 2 hours sometimes on the phone. EE Have Kevin Bacon doing their adds Vodafone should employ Micky Mouse. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Anyone who is thinking of joining Vodafone DON'T!!!! It's not worth the hassle

Wait and wait and wait in queue after queue, whilst they over charge you and give you incorrect information. How can such a company become so bad. Now been in a queue for the complaints department for 38 minutes, no wonder that's busy too.

Utterly appalling service. I'm regularly overcharged, last month by £87 and this month by£133. It's now taken over two hours to go through to someone. If I ever do I'm absolutely certain I'll be passed from team to team and nothing will be done. Dire.

Vodafone are the worse company I have ever used for a contract phone. Since January, every month they are telling me that I am using 30gb minimum per month on data which is very untrue, after going into the store and also going into Apple they have confirmed it was not me. I have a bill for £260 due to this! After one guy on the phone apparently cancelling my contract I called back to check and there was no record of this conversation. If you have a complaint you won't receive a call back!! I have called Vodafone 2/3 times a week since January and still no resolution.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Really unhappy with the customer service. I've been charged for mobile WiFi that had been cancelled two months ago. Customer service said they'd and never did, I got fed up with waiting so rang again I was waiting to be passed from one department to another when I was cut off because that facility stops at 9. Just a nightmare, annoying and frustrating.

Nothing good to say about Vodafone, they are happy to take your money but make no attempt whatsoever to help. I cannot imagine that they have any long term customers - everyone I know who has a contract just wants to get out of it. Really the worst company I have ever done business with. Greedy and unhelpful.

I've never had such an awful experience as a customer!!! It's a rip off, actual data is not that you have in your plan, it's much less, after you have to but vauchers for data. Customer support is absolutely ridiculous, you only can talk to a real person after choosing "If you're thinking of leaving us press.." option. Otherwise it says that you can find help on their website (which they also block when you out of data) and hang up in you.

Sent me my upgrade (broken) had to sent it back they tried to accuse me of stealing a faulty phone then finally got a replacement phone after about 6-8 weeks the headphone port keeps flickering, I sent my phone off for 2 weeks got it back nothing fixed had to go into the Vodafone shop! 45mins- hour wait!! To get my phone sent off for another 2 weeks to be sent a brand new phone! When I tried to come out of my contract they threatened a £750 fee! Lets just say I will not be recommending them nor will I be using them in the future! All advisor are a waste of time!

how can a phone company (who only have 1 sole job in life - to provide phones / telecomm / communications) not know anything about when a phone is due in stock? how can they bill you for phones months before they arrive and then tell you "no" when you ask for the money back? after taking that money how can they then charge you extra for data / services as they won't put you on the new tariff until the phone arrives how is it when you try and leave their company and ask to be put through to the Leaving Department you still somehow end up in a loop with customer services. how can they then sms you "how was your experience today" and expect a good report - i would rate this service 0/5 if it was available... I'm finding it impossible to leave them to go elsewhere !!!! absolute joke of a company, if i ran this company i would literally be embarrassed to turn up every day

I would not recommend vodafone to anyone! They are rip offs, liars and they do their best to force you to renew your contract. The agents are lousy and pushy!

new contract, if it ever gets turned on it will be 6 days waiting. I think this is because I bought it at CW, and not from Vodafone (the queue was 10 people deep with only one assistant on duty in the Vodafone shop). Will be returning it to CW.

After being with Vodafone for over 15 years on a contract. Contacted them to upgrade was told phone to be delivered Monday took day off to wait for phone. No phone contacted them and was advised they have none in stock now so i decided not to bother with the new phone. They then desconnected me by mistake. I am still waitin 4 day later for them to re connect me.

Furious with vodafone. Been told as i was that unhappy with my contracts price going up and down like a yo-yo that id be paying £20 a month according to a manager. Now 2/3 motnhs later i have bot once paid £20 infact £40+ why would anyone pay that for something that doesnt work? Also thanks for sending the signal booster out obviously got lost in the post. And getting rid of records after 60 days? Bit coincidental if you ask me

BAD BAD BAD...DIABOLICAL SERVICE. Wrong order sent through. Called 15th, 16th, 20th, 22nd & 29th September and now on 6th call today. Over an hour... one adviser assures it is resolved the next informs me it's not. Tariff started at £29 last month, then went up to £37 last week and now I'm told it is £47??? which was not as advertised 3 months ago...and surely not the case that is on their advertisments. VODAFONE - bad training of their advisers if they do not sing from the same tune & cherry pick the notes they put down on the system. BAD BAD BAD...... long term customer will ensure family do not upgrade any of lines.

After them having cancelled my broadband and home phone installation 3 times without letting me know, I stupidly continued and finally my phone was connected at the beginning of August which was a month after I moved into my new house. However, my broadband still wasn't connected. I phoned them up and the person who was supposed to help me didn't have a clue and passed me to someone else who also didn't have a clue. When he had finished my broadband was connected but my phone was dead. He told me the problem was my phone and to go out and buy a new one and promptly ended the call. Luckily a friend who was visiting that evening managed to sort it out. I should have had the good sense then and cancelled but alas I was too trusting (or stupid).They have overcharged me on every very bill I have had and on my last bill decided to charge me for all my calls which were supposed to be included in my bundle. My bill was over £100 more than it should have been ! And guess what ? Yes they have overcharged me again this month ! Complaining is becoming a monthly ritual. I have given up trying to phone them. I now go into the shop. At least you actually get to talk to someone there. Oh ! Did I mention that if you do get your landline calls free if you go over your one hour they charge you for the whole call and not just the extra minutes. This is a very condensed version of my story. It would take me days to tell you the full version. Just take my advise. Don't even think about it ! I reckon I will have had a nervous breakdown by the time my contract runs out in 18 months ! !
