Worst mobile company I have ever been with, they dont want to speak to people so send you around their phone system pressing buttons and they still then refer you to their website and put the phone down, I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO TAKING A CONTRACT OUT WITH THEM, regardless that bills are paid they still enjoy cutting you off, small minded, ignorant company.

I’d like to thanks JORDON COLLIC in customer care from the Manchester call centre. He really does take the job roll literally. Fantastic throughout, I rang to pay my bill, ended up with entertainment plan, £16 off my bill and data taken off that I didn’t need. from start to finish nothing was too much. Absolute credit to the company and a very good representation of what Vodafone do offer. Please send my regards to Jordon with maybe a bottle of wine and some chocolates! X

It would be impossible to overstate how wretched this company is. They are a complete joke. I'm not even their customer, but they CONSTANTLY HARASS me because they believe that I'm their customer. I've contacted them four times about this, and a HIGHLIGHT of my interactions was when a customer service rep told me he'd be "happy" to help me fraudulently HACK into their customer's account to change my email address!! Unethical, ineffective, mess. What a waste of space on earth.

So many reasons not to use vodafone will list a few. - Was told upgrade fee is ÂŁ25.00 got charged ÂŁ125. Call recording requested but can not find. Still had to pay ÂŁ125 - Can never get through to them on live chat or by calling 191 waited over hour each time - Been getting charged for Whatsapp call via wi-fi. They said they have no control of whatsapp - Bills over ÂŁ150 a month even with unlimited calls, texts and data

I rang to cancel my contract and politely request a pac code. I was put on hold four times and passed to two people, the last guy was pushy and getting on bullying, I insisted on cancelling my contract and once I got the Pac code he hung up on me in mid sentence. Never use them, disgusting behaviour.

Just a complete joke there mess up there end duplicated my phine number and started charging me for every call i made blamed me for it have been cut off constantly been promised it will be fixed but nothing now they have list all my account and number! And are telling me i will be charged a termination fee haha

Only Lewis C in Newcastle gave brilliant customer service.....he is personable, professional, efficient, friendly and could teach many other Vodafone employees how to behave...Please thank him for me !

Absolutely shambolic service as both a mobile network provider and home broadband provider. Regular service outages in central London that don't get fixed for the entire day. Mobile broadband often out for hours on end. Customer service unable to give more information on what the issues are or ETAs for fixes.

Hi. Today someone by vodafone call me to ask me whai I want to end the contract. I ask him whai hi make me wast my time whit the same question? Because yesterday i talk with them and i tell them the reason. And you know what this guy answer me???.....YOU ARE A FRUSTRATED! and he hang up the phone. Realy???? I will not recomand to anyone vodafone and that man can not work in there.

Ive been with vodafone for 5years, everithing was great utill I decided to upgrate my tablet. Ive rung them last Sunday, they've offered me Samsung tab s5E with 15gb data for ÂŁ20.80 pm. I accepted the offer and was waiting for my new tab today (tuesday). After ive not received my order or any confirmations what so ever, ive rung them to ask why and was told there was no order made at all. Then theyve attempted to place another order for me but claimed ive ordered a completely different tab with less data (how come if there was no order placed????). Then i managed to get my initial deal and placed an order again. After a few hours a complaint department got back to me to check if all has been sorted and said there was no ordered placed AGAIN and again tried to offer me different product for different price. My daughter was very upset as shes been waiting for it since Sunday. We decided to switch to another company when our contracts will end.

Some advice from someone who's been through it, never take what Vodafone say to you as truth assume there lying till proven other wise. Even if it's there mistake they will try to turn it around and put it on you. No customer satisfaction or quality wouldnt recommend Vodafone to my worst enemies, completely incompetent

Awful! Keep charging you after you have left no matter how many times you complain! The speed of my broadband was never as good as with my previous supplier so when I moved house and they gave me the option to leave during the contract (they couldn't provide the same service at the new address) I was really pleased. I called mid-March and they confirmed the cancellation date for 10th April. 16th April I get charged another ÂŁ24! I contact them via chat, they apologise and say that I will have to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund...but my account is definitely closed. Then I get a text to say they will be charging my ANOTHER ÂŁ24 on 16th May!!! I contact them again via chat, again they apologise and say that it is definitely closed and they will process the refund Now it's June and......I've had yet another message to say they are going to charge ÂŁ24!!! What am I supposed to do to get them to stop billing me!!!!!!!! Don't go with this company as they will keep charging you after you've left!!! Absolutely awful!!!!

I renewed my contract Got a discount Found later I had my deal worsened Now 1 GB where was 2GB Rang and was assured this would be sorted Was not I want to leave this sneaky untrustworthy company

I would be very warey of this company. Having put a bar on premium rates and I believe calls aboard and then still getting charged. To my amazement had to do it again. Even though I confirm it. Make sure u keep this. Got a cap on. Keeping this. Stopping direct debits. Next time if this happens. It will have to go court. Scared of texting and ringing. Lack of trust.

They have a friendly customer service. I know it's not a bad thing. Bad thing is that being with Vodafone only 3 months I've already had to contact them several times. That's how I know they're nice. There's always something wrong with the broadband. After 2 years with Sky I switched to Vodafone as Sky was getting pricey. Seems like I got what I paid for, cheap service for lowerw price. Broadband speed drops just like that. It went dead one day, contacted Vodafone, they said they'd send an engineer within 72 hours. Got fixed, speed is dropping again, no idea if it's the line or the router, however with Sky I had the same line and worked fine for 2 years. Not recommended. Go anywhere but Vodafone, seriously. I used TalkTalk before Sky and still a better service than Vodafone.

Customer service is atrocious. I moved my broadband account to BT on 10th April. Fortunately, I stopped the direct debits, because Vodafone would have kept taking money from me; I have received emails and two letters saying payment on my account is overdue. The last letter, received 6th June, threatens me with debt collection agents. This, despite the fact that I have contacted Vodafone customer services more than once about the matter. Live chat took ages, because I was being passed from one customer service department to another. Telephone is no better. I have an email saying that it will take 30 days for the company to get itself sorted out so that I don't receive any more communications. I am so glad I changed my account, and once this is resolved, I will never go near Vodafone again.

Absolutely useless. Got my new shiny phone and rather excited. Put sim card in and all worked brilliantly. Waited for number to be ported. Once number ported all of a sudden don't even get 3G. Call customer service / technical team / complaints team numerous times who put me through a couple of fixes, only to find that when reception does work (its very intermittent mainly on E) ie not even 3G for a 4G contract. In addition someone at vadafone has changed my data setting so it cannot be used meaning that even when it is 3G or 4G I cannot use any app that uses data. Everything is very very complex when you talk to someone at the firm and takes numerous days to resolve. Im into day 10 of my new phone and will most probably cancel as I feel I am back on the early 2000's. Don't change to Vodafone and make the mistake I made!
