“I’ve ordered from Vanquish many times. Nothing but amazing customer service. Got an item with a defect on it and the immediately sent me a new one without having to return the defected one. Love the cloths and the service!”

“Very good.. I found a hole in my ordered product. And emailed about it and directly got a kind response from Chelsea I had the choice between a new one or a gift card to buy a new one.. very fast and kind service. I recommend 🤙🏻”

“Chelsea, Vanquish Fitness Customer Service Manager, is the BEST. When I was having some issues with other customer service reps. on my item exchange, she jumped in immediately and provide fast & accurate services for me. She even sincerely apologized me about the service delays/issues provided by her team members. Chelsea also provided me with gift cards! Can’t complain with her customer caring and services. Trust me. She know how to manage customer services. I appreciate for your support Chelsea.”

“They customer service and logistic is extremely poor, I cannot under why they can just reply similar formatted email when a customer cannot receive anything in a month.......and they can just reply email very very slowly and their service hotline is fake, no one will answer your call. They forget to place order for you, just keep you waiting, reply same email, not helpful......I can said their service is sucked.”
