“I recently received a wrong sized item , it was quickly resolved and the correct product was sent out immediately thanks to the advisor Charlotte for sorting everything thanks again”

“Charlotte was my advisor and she helped me resolve an issue with shipping due to the wrong billing address Being put down , she was very understanding and fast with her responses. In the end she organised my parcels to be re shipped to me , thank you Charlotte”

“After receiving a faulty item I contacted customer services where Chelsea was very helpful and friendly in rectifying the situation. I was upset as the item I ordered was for a birthday present but Chelsea was very helpful and sent me out a replacement. Overall I am very happy with my customer service experience and I will be dealing with Vanquish again :) thank you”

“Hands down best online customer service I've dealt with. Delivery took a bit longer than usual due to Black Friday madness, however Chelsea was very responsive and transparent when I opened a ticket to get a status update. Upon receiving the items, there was a minor issue with 1 of the joggers which was immediately resolved by offering me multiple options to rectify this without having to take any action myself. Quality clothing and top notch customer service.”

“I had a problem with the DHL goods delivery company, they couldn't betray my order which I had booked on the Vanquish website since there was no invoice I wrote about it to the team Vanquish and I quickly and promptly responded to a staff named CharLotte, In general, they gave me an invoice without any extra questions that in turn gave me a training of my goods), I am very glad that such responsible people work, thank you”

“After placing an order for an item of clothing, Charlotte from Vanquish quickly responded to me stating the item was out of stock. Charlotte asked if I wanted to choose another item in replacement which I did. Charlotte processed the new order very quickly and sent it out in the post the same day. Great service.”
