“Great products. Great communication. Although veteran owned, everything is still from China. However, their quality control is solid and you're getting a great product and supporting a small business.”

“I ordered a lot of weights. Almost all of them came well on time and in good condition. A couple sets of 5lb plates were lost by UPS though. I contacted Vulcan and created a UPS lost package claim. The calls and emails to Vulcan were unanswered until about 5-6 weeks later. Then Vulcan sent replacements and now I finally have everything I paid for. It would've been smooth sailing had it not been for the lost package. It took a very very long time to get a replacement and there was no communications from Vulcan despite a dozen phone calls and a half dozen emails. However, considering the pandemic, I would let it slide. They were small plates and they were eventually replaced.”

“4 out of 5 on service because I ordered bumper plates and was charged for shipping. I got an email that I was going to be credited back, and I’m still waiting for that credit. It’s been longer than 10 business days. Other companies credited me back faster when orders were cancelled/corrected. Update: After review was submitted, issue was quickly resolved. Thanks again! Will highly recommend others to order from Vulcan’s website.”

“They are as described. However, they are not as good as v-lock in my opinion. They have put some decent scratches on my nicer rogue barbell sleeves. The insides are ribbed metal. Perhaps if you have a cheaper or smooth barbell sleeve it wouldn’t be a concern.”

“Given the fact that I was trying to order weight training equipment in the middle of a pandemic, along with everyone else in the world, I think Vulcan Strength did a good job overall. The COVID demand for strength equipment is something we have never seen so I can’t blame any distributor for lack of inventory. Every one of them is having to deal with it and Vulcan did a decent job in my opinion. Their communication of when product was available was great and shipping was quick.”

“I ordered the 25 kg and 15 kg plates. So far, they are amazing plates. Except, they chip A LOT. Majority of the paint is still on, but every time I load them onto the bar, so paint comes off. When I received them, one of the 25 kg plate had a very big chip that included paint AND metal. Other than the chipping issue, these plates are awesome!”

“Given that I was trying to purchase strength equipment in the middle of a pandemic, along with the rest of the world, I feel that Vulcan Strength did a pretty good job. They were good at letting me know when equipment was in stock. However, when they did replenish inventory and open the website up for ordering it had trouble handling the enormous amount of traffic and kept crashing so ordering was tough. It was also difficult to get anyone on the phone if you had questions or trouble with the website or an order. Again, I can’t imagine they’ve experienced anything like COVID demand before so I’m giving them a pass in these two areas. In normal times I wouldn’t but these aren’t normal times. The products are fantastic and were shipped/received very quickly. I’ve ordered dumbbells, alpha bumper plates, medicine balls, and slam balls and the quality is top notch. I’ll be ordering more as inventory is replenished.”

“The basic H-Squat stand shipped very fast was easy to assemble. One of the uprights is bent and curves inwards but I don't think it will impact the integrity of the stand. There were also some chipped paint spots on a few of the pieces.”
