This is not specific to Vuori shop in Palo Alto, but more about online shopping experience and Vuori shop in Santana Row. I initially ordered Vuori AllTheFeels Legging (Cosmic) and Halo Performance Crop 2.0 (Smoke Blue Heather). Two days after I got the order confimation email, I got an email that the 2nd one will not be shipped because it's out of stock. I got very disappointed because it was available when I made a purchase in your online shop. It felt like you prioritized someone else over me because this change happened 2 days after my purchase. Also, other retail shops like Lululemon provide buttons that has 'Notify me when it gets availalbe'; however, Vuori doesn't provide it at all and it seems that you don't manufacture the same model anymore when it gets out of stock. Also, I find the staffs in Vuori shop in Santana Row not very kind to customers. Their attitude is somewhat cocky and sometimes look down on customers. When I look around to find something, staffs in other fitness clothing shops usally come to me and ask if I'm looking for something. The staffs in Vuori Santana Row are not really willing to help even though they are not working on something at that moment. I like the Vuori brand, but customer service in some of offline stores are not very friendly or pleasant.

One item had a hole, one item was the wrong size and the actual size I ordered was sold out.

I tried on the trousers in store and they fit dofffetently than the ones that I ordered. Disappointed with the discrepancy in sizing of these pants.

Poor quality. These leggings started unraveling along tbd leg seems right away. I have so many choir pieces and they’ve always been amazing and I’m a big advocate of the brand; this piece is terribly disappointing and feels cheap. I don’t know how I can support this brand anymore and it makes me sad :(

They are extremely comfortable but despite getting a small size appear a little baggy in the crotch , which is not my favourite look. The thing that I’m most unhappy about is the ease with which the fabric pulls. They aren’t cheap, but after 1 wear they already had a pull in the fabric and don’t look nice anymore as a result. I wouldn’t recommend these for anyone with pets that have claws, who wears rings, or has fingernails that could catch on the fabric.

Returned the entire order as all pieces fit very awkward. The same size fit both too large on some of them, and too small on others. 3 weeks post Return and stll have not received the refund. Disappointing experience, especially since the first one was really good.

Recently purchased the Zephyr Tee in Cedar Heather. The fit and material are good but y'all really need to update your photo on the website to make it more representative of the actual shade of fabric. I thought I was ordering a red shirt based on the picture, and was surprised when the one I received was brown.

I have two sons. I ordered them each two pairs of pants. When I placed the order it looked like I could order the length and width. One of them is a 34 x34 the other is 34 x 32. All four pants came as just 34 no length change. I will have to send two of them back.

Not the quality I expect from Vuori. I have several pairs of the original Kore shorts and I expected similar quality. These shorts don’t fit the same as my other Kore shorts and they had strings hanging off them when I opened them as if they were shipped without any quality control. They just seem cheap.

I just opened the package because it was a gift for a friend's birthday today only to discover there's a black stain on one of the drawstrings. SO BUMMED! I went through the return process just an hour ago and will be sending it back tomorrow for a refund. Then I had to go order a new one...there should be an easier way to make an exchange, especially for a defective piece. I wish you had a phone number for customer service.

I purchased jogger pants in the same size as my first pair, and the new pair are so baggy and misshapen I will have to send them back. Very disappointing.

One pair of performance joggers came unwrapped and I’m sure they were previously returned. They have permanent creases that have not come out. Not okay!!!
