“We were ignored in the store. Went to dressing room and had a very rude attendant that gave me a look and didn’t say a word. Then went to register to pay and both ladies were talking for a few minutes before assisting. Should have walked out.”

“I purchased a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife on a Tuesday and paid for 2 day expedited to make sure it arrived on Friday. I never received any updates with a delay, and on Friday I called for an update and I was told it hasn’t shipped yet. I didn’t receive the order until the following Tuesday. They refunded the expedited shipping and applied 20% off after I requested it, but I was still extremely disappointed with the mess up.”

“Unfortunately these yoga pants slide down while I’m walking. I bought my normal size— I did try the size down and it also had a similar problem. I think the waistband needs to be higher and slightly more compression.”

“I’m of average height and all your work out pants are incredibly too short. I’m only 5’6”! Your advertising sucked me in, but the product isn’t very good. Flimsy quality, frayed edges, and clearly not enough material used”

“Need to improve shipping. If you pay for express shipping, the expectation is to receive the shipment when promised. Having to reach out to Vuori on why the shipment did not come as expected was frustrating. I do like the clothing but not sure about ordering on line again.”

“This is hard to rate a two as the issue is with shipping and not with Vuori directly. i"m only ocmmenting because this is not the fist time we've seen issues with delivery involving USPS. Deliveries are routinly delayed and tracking is less then accurate. The products are great, the shipping method, not so much.”

“The pants were not a great fit for someone above 6 foot. Also I returned them for store credit in a Vuori store in my hometown. The store really needs to step up and make sure there employees know what products are what. I tried to re order a pair of meta joggers and they kept telling me they didn't have my size as I was trying them on. I had to leave the dressing room and get the correct size which there were tons of them. If I'm going to spend over 500 dollars on products I would hope the customer service would be up to par. I like Vuori products and plan on purchasing more but not at the store which is a hassle because I like to try on products. I don't leave reviews but this really bothered me.”

“I ordered the light gray color jogger pants and received a black color. Love the pants but wish you all paid closer attention to the order details. Honestly, this is the second time this has happened to me. The other time it involved a pair of board shorts. I ordered blue and got black (again). Steve Hall”

“The pants were not attractive and are too big. I used the sizing guide but it was wrong and the pants are much too big. I didn't return them because I am using them to keep warm at home, not to wear in public.”

“You ran out of stock for the hoodie I wanted and was told that there will be a subtantial delay in replacing the inventory. As a result I tried to used the gift certificate after returning the originally hoodie which was too small and order a pair of pants which looks substantially different than what was shown on web page. Now I have to return this which is another unwanted trip to the store a considerable distance away. So far not what I was expecting.”
