“Suzan Lopton assisted us today in setting up our new online banking account needed as a result of our accounts being transferred from 121 Financial due to the merger. She reviewed our accounts and made adjustments to simplify our investments. The process was tedious and time consuming but she demonstrated her professional expertise to speed the process along. We would give her 10 stars but are limited to 5.”

“On 09/13/2024, I had the privilege to work with Miss Kayla Sharp at VyStar Credit Union Bank located at NW 8th Avenue in Gainesville. This visit at the branch was the best banking experience I have had in the past 25 years. From the Lobby, I was greeted nicely by two employees in the teller line. One of them directed me to go see Kayla Sharp, a Relationship Specialist at this VyStar branch. I was late to the appointment and my other two colleagues started working with Kayla. Kayla greeted me very warmly when I entered the room. She was extremely polite and took her time to handle the transaction that we came for. She has great knowledge of the bank products. Her deportment, mannerism, and professionalism were exceptional. Although we had many questions, she displayed great patience and kept a beautiful smile on her face for almost one hour that we were working with her. The Manager of the branch, Mr. Emmett Griggs, also came couple times to Miss Sharp's office to ensure that we did not need anything else. He displayed great care for his employees, and we ended our meeting, extremely satisfied with Miss Kayla Sharp address to our needs. Thank you, very much, Kayla for your service, and I definitely recommend anyone who needs a great banking institution, to make a stop at VyStar Credit Union. Best regards, Yadline”

“Because of Shaquille Jackson, a Relationship Specialist, at the branch on Dunn Avenue, our day ended with happy and calmed spirits and smiling faces. Earlier we were alerted by Vystar fraud of attempted hacking of our accounts; thank God no money was taken but we had to come to branch and get new accounts and cards which initially felt so very frustrating and overwhelming. Shaquille often reassured us that everything was going to be ok and he patiently went through each account, answered all questions (and we had many) and continued to reassure us as he went step by step in this lengthy, lengthy process. He was compassionate, very patient and knowledgeable. We so appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Thank you again Shaquille.”

“I visited VyStar Credit Union today on Chaffee Point Blvd to open a business account, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Changtel Talton was outstanding. She was incredibly patient, explaining everything in detail without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed, which can sometimes happen in financial settings. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and she answered every one with clarity and professionalism. This is exactly the kind of customer experience you hope for when you visit a business, whether to spend your hard-earned money or to establish a new partnership.”

“I go to the Philips location and try my best to get Fadi Tissawaq as the relationship specialist behind the desk. Not only is he friendly, he remembers my name! Without asking! I like that we have an on going joke that there is a charge for the cash envelopes, but that does not mean that he is not professional! Far from it! He is very careful in doing his job and keeps me updated every step of the way of what he is doing. It almost makes it worth it to make payments just to see his smiling face.”

“I went into the 312 branch a week ago on Saturday to get a replacement debit card and Joy assisted me. She normally works at the north branch but was helping out this branch for the day. She was amazing!!! Besides being very knowledgeable and quick, she was truly a pleasure to talk to. It felt like I had known her for years. This is why I switched to Vystar. The employees always make me feel welcome and valued. Thank you Joy and Vystar!”

“Destiny Stallworth was very helpful today...my wife and I were not able to get anywhere at the villages branch and a simple call to Destiny resolved our issue right away...She is terrific and I will always reach out to her in the future...give this young lady a raise!!!”

“So I visited the VyStar Credit Union in Ormond Beach Florida, best experience ever as a customer. Was greeted with friendly smiles and was offered assistance immediately upon entering the facility. Met Relationship Specialist Sheryl Melendez and was talked into opening account and even assisted with me applying for a credit card. Amazing customer service and I will be bringing more customers to her location. Top tier customer service!”

“I have been banking with VyStar for several years now and I recently visited your Bartram park branch And dealt with Marie Almonte. She was very thorough and answering my questions regarding transferring money into a CD, advised of the different rates for different time periods. She was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions and needs I never felt that I was rushed Or unimportant. Great five star service.”

“On July 3, I applied for a new car loan with Ryan at the VyStar branch on 43rd St. in Gainesville, Florida. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish he did such a great job. I walked in and told him what I wanted to do and he took care of everything! I had my loan in a matter of hours and drove my new car home that evening! I’m proud to be a member of a credit union that has such excellent customer service! Thank you VyStar and a special thanks to Ryan Forgas!”
