“I purchased these online when Auckland was in Level 3. I did get a notification to say they couldn't send until Level 2 but then two weeks later I get an email from Wellington branch who eventually were the ones who sent my earrings. Would have been good if this had happened at time of order? 5++ for the packaging of my gift as well. Thankyou W&H!”

“The whole process — from an online choice to the chain’s purchase and then delivery — was painless, swift and professional. My only quibble would be that the online photo of the chain gives a slightly misleading impression of the its size. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied.”

“Very easy to work with, I was able to purchase and get someone else to pick them up in the city very easily which made this a good experience. The only thing not helpful was that I was buying two seperate gifts and was unsure which was which, so would have been good to have them distinguishable. :)”

“The earrings I ordered are fabulous. They were beautifully wrapped. However, your site said 1-3 business days for delivery and on day 4, I emailed to see why I hadn't received my order. The person who responded was lovely and organised it quickly and put it down for Saturday delivery. So it luckily arrived in time for my niece's birthday on the Sunday. I just think if you offer/advertise a particular service then you should meet it.”

“There were lots of good things about my purchase the service was good and the staff friendly and helpful however they forgot to ask the length of the chain I needed and I now have a short chain rather than the long chain I needed!”
