Probably the worst experience of my life. I sent the money via bank transfer to the account provided 177€ to purchase a bag for a friend as a gift. They told me that only 175€ arrived and I replied that from my side I paid all fees for the transfer so there was maybe something not working on their end. After debating I asked for refund. Took them two attempts and almost a month to send the money back. I received only 154€!!! Am I supposed to cover also their expenses!?!?!? Are we kidding? 23€ less!?!?!? I highly suggest not to deal with them at all.

Disappointing, my bag was not delivered,then I got a letter from parcel force Worldwide,requesting an additional£109.85 for customs duty and import VAT,. there were no additional costs mentioned at checkout.This purchase was for a Furla bag,which I now realise I could have bought from Furla for£64.85 less, I thought I was getting a bargain, obviously not .Don't use this company!

Ordered 4 bags, arrived within a few days in a perfect condition. The entire process was really smooth and I love the bags! Also, I find the web-page really nice and user friendly.

Received a £500 coach bag without the box or cloth cover bag.It was a birthday present and the packaging was terrible it also cost £95 in custom charges that are not made clear will NEVER buy from them again

Ordered a Vivienne Westwood bag costing £190.85. Was today it would be delivered a few days later. It never arrived. Then today I've received an email asking for more money to pay Customs. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. CURRENTLY ON PHONE TO BARCLAYS TO REQUEST A CHARGEBACK

Extremely bad service!!! I got the wrong size for the bag I ordered. No response from Wardow. Extremely bad poor customer service! Both called and e-mailed them to arrange for a change and still no response!! Never again, this site seems like a scam to me! Would give them a 0 if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very very bad experience......I ordered a Valentino bag which turned out fake valetino and when I tried to return I paid an extra £17 to return and still bag came back with no reason.would give them 0 star if I could

Extremely bad service My order number is 600186331. Placed an orderer on 28July 2021. Received parcel on 31/7/21. I gave 1 star because there's no option to choose zero star. Today I received a delivery in London but it is not what I ordered. I ordered Versace Jeans Couture Clutch bag black/gold but instead I received 'Panaceo Basic Detox Pure'. I don't even know what this thing is. Obviously I'm not opening it. Round plastic container, it looks like some kind of pharmaceutical or beauty product. Apart from the name of the product everything else on the container is written in German.Where is the item that I ordered? I am not happy about this. This is poor customer service. How do I return this Panaceo they sent me? I don't even know what it is. Their customer service phone line doesn't even open on a Saturday. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I have sent them several emails today. I am furious! I've just read their reviews on trustpilot. Although they have some good reviews, the bad reviews that they have are extremely bad, like the west service you can ever imagine

I ordered a Thule bag for my Husband. Good communication and it arrived with Parcel Force within 2 weeks. Beautifully packaged. Note there is no import tax charged up to £150,thereafter there is 20% Tax chargeable (as we are not classified as European re: Brexit). Therefore split your order to avoid import duty. Thule bag 1st class.

Ordered a bag for my mum and paid for it. Was marked as 'delivered within a couple of days. It never came. No response from Wardow. Poor customer service! Asked them to arrange for a refund and no response!! Never again, this site seems like a scam to me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I received my 2 bags ,one ok but much smaller then on pic but I keep it ,other arrived damaged,shoulder strap one side CNT put on and very much smaller then pic , to my big surprise I have to PAY secure postage back to Germany and I live in U.K. all papers came in German but I live in UK ? 😳

SCAM!! I ordered a bag they took money straight away... shipped it over.... and took the bag back they returned it to themselves for some unknown reason. Still haven't refunded my money. FAKE COMPANY AVOID

Absolutely Abysmal. Avoid these charlatans at all costs. I bought £400 worth of luggage, and received a £180 IMPORT CHARGE from HMRC and Parcel Force despite assurances that shipments to the UK would be free. To compound matters, their customer service number didn't work - I had to wait for 15 minutes on hold, then was told I'd have to wait for TWENTY days for a refund. This was despite stressing with them how quickly I needed the cases because I was moving to a different country for work. They just shrugged their shoulders. Awful.

Returned 2 bags on 6.4.21 with the value of £256...still waiting for them to be delivered to Wardow..Absolute farce of customer services...If this parcels comes back to me I will take this matter further. I work for Royal Mail and think Deutsche post is a shambles!

What you think you are saving on the bag you will get stung on in customs charge. 1 week after my bag being dispatched I have received a letter to pay customs tax of £51.00 to receive my bag (UK) wish I had bought the bag in the uk for the price plus what I need to pay for the customs tax and would have got here hassle free and quicker! Will not use this company again, my own stupid fault for not realising the company was German! Not impressed!

Iam very happy from service.they are authentic.i bought a coccinelle bag and i ask the coccinelle company if my bag from wardow was real.they answer that wardow is an authorize reseller..

Warning to all UK buyers: do not buy from Wardow: I bought a bag for £280 but was never informed that I may be charged custom tax in addition. I receive £100 tax payment. Wardow refuse to reimburse !!! Their customer service is unpolite , unprofessional and refuse to escalate my appeals.
