“I’ve had the warranty for just under a year and had to make a claim for a small but essential fault on my three year old BMW. The claim process was simple and efficient, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The garage I had the diagnosis and repair done also commented on how easy it was to deal with Warranties 2000, I had to pay the bill myself and claim the payment back minus the £75.00 excess (which I wasn’t aware of when taking out the policy), the payment was made to my bank account within two days. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend.”

I wrote to the warranty company using the app, but I did not receive any reply. I got in touch directly with Carzam and, at the beginning, the employee gave me the wrong email address. The day after another person from Carzam called me to enquire about my satisfaction about the purchase and finally he gave me the right contact details.
After that I never had problems. I always spoke with the same person, he replied pretty quickly, sometimes he actively called me to inform me about the steps to do and in few days we sorted all the issues of the car. So I can say that I have been satisfied about how this thing has been managed and sorted.”
