"Don\u2019t buy warranty 2000. When I\u2019m clime says 24-48hr take long then I\u2019m contracting 3\/4 time customer service very very bad, today I call again lady says I\u2019m still waiting for asses report. ( today After 3 weeks later) I\u2019m receive by email :\r\nThank you for your correspondance regarding the repairs undertaken to your vehicle. We are sorry to learn about the problems you have experienced and the repair costs you have recently incurred.\r\n\r\nHaving had the opportunity of examining your file, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer assistance on this occasion due to the following:\r\n\r\nThe policy only affords coverage for components that are specifically listed under the \"What is covered\" section of your policy booklet. Therefore as the problems you have experienced are not detailed within your coverage we are unable to assist with the repair costs incurred. Unfortunately this claim has been rejected as the engineers report states that the vehicle has been driven whilst having a known fault. In closing I would like to apologise for what may appear a negative response, our aim is to assist our customers wherever possible at the time of failure however, taking into consideration the above we are unable to offer assistance on this occasion.\r\n\r\nNaturally, should you have any queries regarding the above or the policy terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us direct.\r\n\r\nYours sincerely\r\n\r\nWarranties 2000\r\n\r\n:::::::::::::::\r\nIf he solve this issue 24-48hr then I\u2019m not lose my work, not lose my \u00a34000-\u00a35000 pound Christmas time (text Warrentry) This is scum warrentry company."

"If you could score 0, you would. No advice or direction on where to take your car - \u2018just a VAT registered garage, pay the diagnostic and let us know the issues to process authorisations\u2019. \r\nSounds easy, but they don\u2019t advise they\u2019ll only cover the cost of parts up to the value of the cheapest thing they can find online through every channel - don\u2019t expect manufacturer spec parts. They also don\u2019t mention they pay a labour rate of \u00a340+VAT per hour\u2026 no garage in the last 20 years has been that cheap?? Their contribution offering came to 1\/4 of the value of what I pay for the warranty, so it\u2019s not value for money at all. \r\nBetter off getting a quote of what their warranty would be and then saving it in case you need it, because they wouldn\u2019t do anything for you. \r\n\r\nI\u2019d argue their positive reviews are fake reading some of these other reviews."

"I purchased a Seat Leon last May from Big World Motoring West Malling Kent. They asked us if we wanted to extend the warranty (Warranties2000), offering us a \u00a31.083 for 24 months deal. The salesperson (Harihaalan Sriskantharajah) started to show us ''the benefits '' of a warranty that made you feel safe with your car. They told an incredible story: how can they manage every issue ( apart from the brake system and windscreen and oil change), with :\r\n-no limit claims\r\n-call assist recovery ( which wasn't mentioned is covered just for one year)\r\nand a lot of things are included, as you will see in the picture, and everything is just through the warranty app; no need to be worried.\r\nThe important thing is that they ARE MISSING a critical something. They NEVER tell you, SHOW you, or EXPLAIN TO you the POLICY TERM AND CONDITIONS and explain to you how this warranty is actually working and what it's covering for real. I CONSIDER THIS AS BEING A FAKE MARKETING AND FAKE ADVERTISING, and they are fooling their customers with this scam warranty. After selling this to you, they have the excuse that the warranty company is another company and they have nothing to do with it.\r\nIf you will start to have an issue with the car (for me, it is about injectors-which is the fuel system ), the nightmare begins because they don't bother to manage anything. You are dealing with everything :\r\nFind a garage which is not over \u00a375 labour rate per hour.\r\nThe recovery is included (just for the first 15 miles after you pay because they are a separate company as well)\r\nYou have to pay the diagnosis fee (\u00a384)\r\nThe excess fee, which shows as being \u00a375 but not mentioned, is without VAT.\r\nThey give you a hire car JUST if the labour work continues for more than an eighth hour and just a week time only.\r\nAfter your vehicle is in the garage, after being diagnosed, they will send another independent engineer to have a second opinion.\r\nAfter all this, if they are happy with the amount, they will pay or not.\r\nIt's a big SCAM SO PLEASE AVOID THEM"
