Tesla owners be very cautious about using this so called warranty company they hide behind t&cs and so-called inherent problems with the cars.My Tesla model S had air conditioning problems they claimed this was inherent with older models Mine was one of the last of the cars to be brought into the UK in 2020 Now they have squeezed out of the claim saying all models have problems. This company speaks with forked tongue be very carefully !!!

A scam warranty company….. Look at the reply when I tried to make a claim…. Dear Mr Preston I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined. Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) Engine They have advised your vehicles engine wet timing belt has failed. We are aware this is a very common failure for Ford engines therefore they are excluded on all levels of cover. Unfortunately, inherent, common and regularly occurring manufacturing faults are excluded on all plans therefore we are unable to authorise your request. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions. I am sorry this is not the outcome you expected. If you have any questions or any new information you wish to be considered, please e-mail repairs@warrantywise.co.uk within 30 days of the above date. Yours sincerely Ross Repairs Department - Warrantywise Is that my fault……

When you take out a plan with WarrantyWise they omit the important fact that their labour rates and all parts include VAT. So when you finally get through their lengthy process of claiming where they are such a mess and try to catch you out at every corner. You end up claiming back the money you have to pay out first and then they refuse to pay the VAT. I will be contacting the Motor Ombudsman about WarrantyWise

Fraud Company! Do not take this warranty policy! I was very precisely told by the agent that I am fully covered for the drive shaft from day one. When I happened to make the claim after driving nearly 2000 since taking the policy they turned up to decline my claim by saying that the policy was taking out 27 days ago therefore we declined your claim! Absolute Con and Fraud! Do not waste your money!

Scam avoid at all costs. I purchased a 2013 Renault Megane with 70000 miles on the clock. I paid the dealer an extra £50 to cover a few extra things including air conditioning. I have had the car for less than 4 weeks and my ac condenser has gone. They refused the claim stating it was due to the age and mileage and is down to wear and tear. This means the warranty is useless as any further claims would be met with the same response. How can they justify selling a useless policy. I will be taking a small claims court order against them.

Beware the hype. If they can avoid paying out they will. I put my car in for an MOT and mentioned to the mechanic that my steering was starting to feel heavy. I needed new brake calipers to get through the MOT but the steering was not an MOT issue. The garage put a claim in Warrantywise for the repairs which they rejected on the basis of the work already being done, which is wasn't, and that I didn't have the MOT add-on (which was fair enough w.r.t. the brake calipers, which incidentally would have been covered if the repair hadn't been part of the MOT). The car passed the MOT and a week or two later went back in for the steering column fix. I again claimed with WW as my policy explicitly mentions 'steering column joints & bearings' are included in my cover. They still refused to pay out based on the fact the work had already been done. It hadn't. It just felt like they were looking for a reason not to pay. I complained. They looked again and decided to criticise the mechanic for not making the steering column issue part of the MOT failure, which given they hadn't seen the car seems odd that they would know how bad it was. They picked up on his use of the word 'seized' to explain the joint was getting stiff, hence the heavy steering. It wasn't seized. I could still drive it. It just felt like the power steering wasn't working any more - that kind of heavy. This was definitely starting to feel like they just needed to justify their original wrong decision. So my advice is beware. They're super nice when they want your money to buy the cover (£3k in my case for 3 years cover), but squirm like hell when they might have to pay out £200 or £300 in a claim. Really poor show in my book. They've got Quentin Wilson plastered all over their marketing but I'm not sure he'd be happy if he knew this kind of service was going on.

Had to get my car recovered to a main dealer for an engine management issue. the dealer diagnosed the faults costing £2000 to rectify. Warranty wise rejected the first claim, using the small print saying it was caused by carbon build up, whilst I believe this not to be case, surely this is a natural occurrence in a diesel engine ? They also only offered a percentage towards the second issue stating that part could be bought cheaper online and that it wouldn't take that long to fit as the dealer had quoted. I take my car to the main dealer for quality repairs/servicing and thought that the warranty would give me piece of mind . Not the case !!!!! Will be cancelling the policy.

First time of using and it would seem they are a very expensive joke. Vehicle developed braking / traction faults - diagnosed as faulty abs sensor, whilst on diagnostics a faulty auxiliary heat/coolant circulation pump was also diagnosed. Report and claim was submitted. Only a partial settlement was offered. I phoned them to be told they only pay 50% of claims and a Warrantywise "Technician" doesn't believe the faulty ABS sensor is "consequential" of the pump failure therefore claim is not being paid in full! I queried 50% and "consequential" also commented it doesn't take a technician to realise these are two totally separate faults - never the less they are diagnosed faults. After asking several times to speak to a technician or a manager the line went dead.

absolute scam....... I've had 4 repairs rejected, They sell you the dream that all is covered only to throw T&Cs at you saying the specific item is not covered or its wear and tear. Please save your money aside for any repairs rather than giving it to these scammers

Avoid, they will take your money after giving false promises BUT when it comes to a claim, they state its not covered and will throw all terminologyat you. I have checked with a few family members and friends and all have said the same thing. Avoid and use someone else. warranty wise staff are Rude, they have no customer service skills, they hang up mid-conversation too, plus fail to pay out on anything. even the garages who do the repairs have said you should AVOID them when i have mentioned warrantywise to them! 🤯

Be very careful when taking out cover with , especially if provided with a second hand car. On many of the cover plans there is a list of items they will consider repairing and if not on the list it is an automatic no. For example a radiator fan is not included, so a fundamental part of the car which is faulty and causing the car to overheat is not covered. I would use this company with caution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Please read the reviews on different platforms. They are terrible. They will take your money but not pay out a valid claim. My claim is valid with 2 glow plugs being replaced out of 4 and they are still declining the repair… im suing them as i have the evidence when you pop my bonet If you have a policy i would recomend canceling it before you waste another penny
