I enjoy the boost but I miss the other flavor that you used to have it was called flair why are you getting rid of so many flavors you barely have any on your website anymore

I purchased the stainless steel straws in Black. I really love the way they look but now I cannot use them because the paint is chipping off of them along the openings and I am afraid this could be dangerous to ingest! They are beautiful I just wish that the paint wasn’t chipping off.

Great idea. I really liked the Flair flavor I got. Unfortunately it was a limited edition and I have not found another flavor I like.

What is marketing doing? Removing two flavors (Vibe and Flair) that the majority of customers love, and bringing in a new flavor no one asked for (Oro)? If they needed to bring in new flavors, why not the ones from the EU unavailable in the US? If it were a USDA/etc it'd be understandable, but I doubt that's it. (USDA won't get into "supplements".) If it were to limit Vibe and Flair as "seasonal" in order to keep demand high, that's also understandable. But, if that's the plan, they haven't disclosed it. It feels like either deliberate obfuscation, or they just don't know what they're doing.

Still waiting for this paid and unfulfilled order,apparently due to a clerical issue ..Contacted several times,doesn't seem like it's getting resolved,I refuse to order any thing else till than( after spending $440) Very disappointed ☹️

I ordered on my mobile device & didn't realize that part of my order was these stupid little 3 packs, the picture looks like they're regular boxes. One response I got highlighted where, in tiny print, it says 18 microdrinks. I feel it should clearly state "sample packs" in the image or description. I didn't even want the water bottle (haven't opened the package), but I thought that the set was a super deal for VIPs during a new product launch & I could gift the bottle to someone, add it to a raffle basket for charity, something. The email with my VIP coupon code ended up in a promotion folder, so it didn't get used. I found it within an hour of ordering & messaged the company to see if it could be added, but was told, basically "too late, not our problem, too bad". The order didn't ship for 3 more days, so I don't understand why a price adjustment couldn't be made. Adding insult to injury, I spent $150 thinking I was getting enough product get me through for a couple of months. Instead, I got 1/3 of what I expected. I reached out a few different ways about my disappointment - I wanted to try & return the bottle that I never wanted and get drops instead. The rep, James, ended up saying it would be escalated to his supervisor (Aracely) via Facebook messenger, but she never responded. I tasted the Oro, liked it, but am so disgusted with your company & feel like I was tricked, that the entire order is sitting on my front porch. I haven't opened any of the boxes with straws, glasses or water bottle, so I can't review them. I don't know if I'll ever order from Waterdrops again. I'm really angry & upset with your company and definitely would NOT recommend anyone buy from you at this point. Another company with electrolyte tablets that I bought before I found waterdrops ended up sending me a "we miss you" coupon, so I may just go back to them. Too bad, because I liked your product, the sight of them makes me sick right now. If you were looking for a way to lose customers, congratulations, you've found it

The flavor was okay. Nothing too special. I would order more except you fail mention anywhere that each micro cube is encased in plastic. Not really helping the plastic solution. Find another way to package them that doesn’t involve plastic and you’ll have a costumer for life.

I placed an order 3/27 items were delivered 4/2. I spent enough to get 2 free gifts one was a bag and the other was supposed to be another pack of the vibe. Ended up with small sample size packs of 3. 3 packs were Youth and 1 was boost. I was about to use the boost and dropped the pack which caused me to notice the expiration date of 3/2022. As I started to check the other packs all the sample size "gifts" were expired and the bigger ones I had ordered have short expiration dates. all less than 6 months from the time of purchase but 1 which is 1/23. I reached out the their customer service and was basically told they were free so we are sorry about you getting expired ones. Why try to encourage customers to spend more to just send them expired product? Fast shipping/delivery is the only reason I gave then 2 stars vs 1 star. I do like most of the flavors I have tried so far but the reply left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was very excited for this purchase, super cute glass, but felt fragile so I always kept it in it’s sleeve. It survived about 3-4 uses. For $76, I could not be more disappointed. The Youth drop was pleasant, but the rest are whatever. Marketing this as eco-friendly and reusable is insane, all of the drops come in plastic and the glass barely survived one month of minimal use.

There was a small hole in the center of cover (bottom) it is doing the job, but so disappointed! Will not recommend or order again.

I ordered two replacement caps . One is not working . The cap and the inner piece are not secure so it doesn’t screw on the bottle properly.

Love the water drop bottle .. but my sleeve already busted at the bottom the seam starting to unravel and I bought a lot of products I hope the other sleeve doesn’t start to unravel ! Beautiful containers

It does not really keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours as the product description claims. It, maybe, lasts up to 4 hours tops. Also, the mouth opening is too narrow - I have to force normal size ice cubes into it! Most insulated water bottle manufacturers know that a wide mouth is key! With that, this bottle is overpriced and does not deliver as claimed.

They say the mugs are for hot and cold, but they are NOT for hot. Even warm tea makes it too hot to hold. I'm very disappointed because they are so cute.

Got my first order this week and really wanted to love/keep using these, but each tiny little individual waterdrop is packaged in its own hard-plastic cube -- it's completely insane. The Earth is drowning in plastic, there's just no way to justify this as a retailer in the year 2022.

These are meh. The water tastes like Stevia. I would rather just drop in a slice of cucumber or ginger. The glass bottle opening is narrow so it's super hard to clean. Save your money.
