You can have the best product in the world, but does it really matter if your company lacks in the area of customer service? Not for me. When checking out I did not notice you had to accept that you wanted the free gift with purchase. I wanted the sampler pack to try out the flavors and then got two extra flavors to qualify for the free gift. Like mentioned earlier I saw the picture in my cart but did not realize I had to agree to it. In other shopping experiences your gift is just added to your cart. When I sent a message that the gift was missing, thinking it had been an accident, my qualifying purchase was acknowledged but was told there was nothing I could do because of volume of orders That does not make sense! It costs them absolutely nothing to still send it, because but for a click of the button they would of had to send it otherwise. Their response ended in the most condescending way possible by them telling me to be more careful with future purchases. But I assure who ever reads this there will be no future purchases even if water drops made my water taste like liquid heaven.

I do not recommend the Scotria bottle bag. The first time I use it it came apart and fell on to the ground and broken glass bottle. I reached out to get a refund or replace and still had bo response.

Unfortunately I do not like micro drink. I do not like stevia. I will not purchase again. I wish I could return my product.

I would give it a zero if I could. I was influenced by someone I follow and I'm very disappointed in them for recommending this stuff.. its tasteless and way over priced. It's just horrible.

Too expensive for what it is. Sadly they only post the good reviews from their family and friends. Bottles are simple and cheap made but priced too high. Refund not given when you return items only if unopened. But then how will you experience if you like it it not. Sad to say. I’m very unhappy

Never received my water bottle or set steel edition kit with 4 boxes. Spent $80 for 2 boxes of waterdrops.

After waiting a month for my order and being assured that both of my limited edition Sakura bottles were finally on there way. I received my order only to get my package with out my bottles in it. There is no packaging slip and shipping boxs are alway so thin and never properly sealed. I always worry my boxes of drop are going to fall out during shipping. In this case all my boxed of drops, straws, and carafe made it safely. There is now way the two largest items fell out before anything else, they were never sent. Getting a response from waterdrop has been slow and most responses don't make any sense. The ones that do a auto generated. I am extremely upset at the lack of understanding the company it putting it to make this right for its loyal customers. Most have been offered a refund or point equal to there purchase. I am still struggling just to get what I paid for with little help from the company. Stuck sending emails and then waiting days to over a week for a response.

Not happy with flavours. They sent all just sour. The bottles are expensive for just being a film picture of wood over stainless and the glass leaked. I will unfortunately return these and get some better ones at Nordstrom or something. Sad to waste my money shopping these back and forth. Plus they would not exchange my bottles they customer service. They only wanted to send me a cap after the pink water spilled in my new Tesla white interior. Ugh. Bad for business. Response is about 12 hours more or less. Sometimes 3 days later when going back and forth.

After a month of waiting I will finally get and be able to try shiro. My order was never sent, I got the run around for weeks. Let's hope it's worth it as I was given 500 points for my troubles and a 20% should I choose to purchase again. Honestly though after this much of a hassle to get something I was charged for a month ago do I really want to order again.

I received my order and was excited to try the Boost flavored waterdrop...I can't take the taste...it's like I'm drinking perfumed flavored water!

I did not like the flavors at all. My kids said the water smells like urine. Not something I would buy again or recommend. Especially for the price.

You can't drink unless you unscrew and remove the wooden cap. If you are driving or an active person- forget it. you need two hands before you open and drop in the water drop tablet. Not at all user friendly.

I'm so disappointed. When I read about waterdrop I was excited because I have developed a Hint water habit. I prefer not to use plastic water bottles so I thought waterdrop would be a great replacement. My order arrived today and my first sip revealed what I had not caught in the fine print -- sugar substitute, worst of all, stevia. I thought waterdrop was like Hint with just the flavor essence and no sweetener. I cannot use stevia because of a medical condition. I wish waterdrop had a completely unsweetened version.
