I'd leave no start if I could. First time buying from Wayfair. Ordered a single bed frame and mattress for my 3 year old on the 1st of April. Bed frame showed up on time. The mattress however still hasn't arrived. I called them yesterday to be told it would take 24 hours to get back to me. So this morning I received an email to say Wayfair had "ordered" us another one and another week added on to the estimated delivery day!!! This is a next day delivery item and I should have had this 2 weeks ago I told them yesterday they should be sending it out from themselves again on next day delivery and locating the the missing parcel with the courier. The bed frame is poor quality hand painted with brush bristles stuck to it and feels very flimsy. They ladies I have dealt with on the phone have been very nice and polite I know it isn't their fault these things happen. So they get the one start. Im supprised I really thought this was a good higher end quality company. I'll avoid ordering again. Lorraine id stop advertising this company love

The driver turned up then said my item wasn’t on the van, I rang up and wayfair told me it would be despatched the next day, I then got an email to say I had signed for the item. I am disgusted that with all that’s going on another human being would behave like this and lie. I’m a key worker and the tv unit was my little treat

I would mark zero if I could!! I ordered two mattresses, paid in full on the 24th March, was told the courier couldn’t find me, then I wasn’t in, last night was told delivery would happen today! Again no! I have contacted wayfair at least five times by phone and email, and each time advised it was sorted, and delivery would be next day. I have now asked for refund, but so far only one mattress is being refunded as the other one has gone missing. Very poor service, would definitely not recommend them.

We ordered a glider bench (wooden) from Wayfair costing £153.99 Delivery was first class and the product actually arrived early. Unfortunately the quality of wood used is very poor. The varnish used has been applied very badly and there are streaks and drips everywhere. It said no tools were required but I needed a drill and drillbits to enlarge one of the holes because The bolt was too big for the hole. No Allen key came with the product even though the contents said it would so I had to use my own Allen keys. One hole wasn’t deep enough to put one of the screws in so I had to drill that out too. The instructions also stated that you didn’t need a hammer, but I did because the hole did not all match up with the lug in one case so I had to hammer it into into place using a mallet. There were scratches and marks on the wood in various parts. There are rough edges and there are also splinters which I’ve had to rub down to remove. I have photographs if anybody would like to see them. Once assembled, the product functions well but the finish quality is dreadful. Very disappointed.

Have unsubscribed from their ongoing marketing material 15 times, each time it states it takes 48 hours to action. Yet each day I get 2 to 4 emails from them. This is a company that does not care about laws, nor their customers and the reviews clearly show it. This is ot spamming and as such you are being reported.

Ordered a desk over two weeks ago with next day deliveries. I keep calling and being reassured it's been dispatched, only to be receive an email the following day saying it's been delayed. I appreciate the world's a bit fucked up just now but stop lying to me, just be honest and say you fucked up or whatever but stop telling me lies.

Ordered a bed and mattress Called up to find out it was ( 1 day Fast delivery) was told to give it 24/48 hours for an update to find out after my mattress was cancelled Without any email Then to find out my bed frame isn’t due til the 14th April ? Don’t know if I’ll be ordering from them again

Whatever you do DON’T buy from these con artists. I ordered a bed and it arrived with missing parts and badly warped parts that wouldn’t fit together. Can’t find a contact email address anywhere on their website - very hard to reorder new parts. Then, while I’m still 2 weeks without replacement parts I’ve been non stop spammed by their marketing team about a new mattress (if only I had a bed frame for it to go on). To top it off - they don’t let you leave a review on the website under the product. I don’t know how the other reviews got there but I can only assume they’re fake. Terrible website and awful company. Instead of buying from this company, take your money out of a cash machine and light it on fire instead. At least you’ll see where the money’s gone. Absolute disgrace

False advertising. Very poor after sale customer service staff. No good solutions to help the customer after all the time they take to talk or make you Waite on the phone. It should be called WAYUNFAIR.

Lovely product...if i ever had all of it.i ordered a dining table and 6 chairs,the order came and i had 8 chairs and a table frame and no table top,was told by wayfair they would re.order the whole lot to save waiting for the 1 part.when the next delivery came i had another 6 chairs and no table or table top.on complaining for the 2nd time i got another delivery slot to hopefully rectify the parts missing....nope again another 2 chairs and a table frame with NO TOP.So to sum up i have 16 chairs instead of 6 and 2 table frames both with no tops to them.This company is a joke,i requested a refund as i have simply had enough of being messed around.3 times to get an order right and still not happened.Will not be ordering from this company again.I would upload photos but due to the ammount of stock sitting in my house it would take too long.

Aweful.ordered a matress that said next day delivery only for it to be delayed 15 minutes later, then still did not arrive.called customer service and they said tomorrow, then still no matress. I've ordered this as I'm having to move to protect a vulnerable person during this crisis as I'm still having to go to work as I work for the NHS. Now its moving day tomorrow and I'm going to have to have to go work after sleeping on the floor with sciatica to boot. I understand theese are difficult times but if they'd just been honest to begin with I could have ordered elsewhere. They won't refund me the money right away and I cant afford to pay for a second, so now I'm facing weeks working in agony from sleeping on the floor. Thanks wayfair

Absolutely rubbish service. Don’t even deserve one star. Complete waste of time ordering anything through this company because they will use 101 excuses why there been an issue and of course it’s never their fault. Foul company.

Waste of time. Been waiting for an order since the 16th March 2020 with no follow up from the company as the item to this date 2nd April has still not been received. Nothing on item despatched so decided to cancel oh and suddenly out of the blue the item had so called been dispatched so I can't cancel. Contacted customer services who seemed to be so apologetic and will send me an email to keep me in the loop but still nothing. The next call will be demanding a refund and it better be refunded. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A NON EXISTANT DELIVERY.

Do not trust Wayfair. I tried to cancel an order before it had shipped and received an email stating I would be responded to within 2-3 days because they needed to "check the item had not shipped." The item clearly had not shipped - I didn't receive a dispatch email and still had the choice to alter my delivery address. The next day I received an email saying the cancellation could not go through because the item "had shipped." Funny timing - as soon as I want to cancel, the order ships. Reading others' reviews, the items do not arrive on schedule but are delayed. I still said I wanted a refund and was told it would be £20 and looking at someone else's review, additional costs for delivery. According to others, they were still waiting for a refund after a month. You will also notice that the website tracks your browsing choices and the item I purchased only days before increased by over 30%. I purchased the item for £83 and days later it had risen to £112. They also delete the bad reviews on the website. You will find very few reviews there, and only good ones. Someone else said they left a bad review but it was deleted. So of course I had no idea when I was browsing. I don't understand how a company like this can legally operate in the UK. I have now told them to keep their money and don't bother delivering it because I won't use it. I said I would pray God helps their company (they seriously need it), and that if they would be fair with people, we would happily trade with them. Times like these, it's better to decide to let go and move on. They can steal my money, but I won't them continue to steal my joy. Now I have learned to always check reviews before trusting a company. Grateful for trusty sites like Amazon! Way better.

Ordered a rug and was told by customer service that it would definitely be here today. I tracked online and I was two from getting delivered only to be told that there was a delay. What delay? Apparently driver was delivering from 7am then at 6.30pm there was a problem. I've had a problem before but decided to give you another try. I won't be using you again. I should have used Amazon. Very disappointed. I do hope this comes tomorrow as promised so I'm not chasing my items yet again. You don't even apologise for bad reviews

The delivery crew refused to open up the 2 extremely large boxes so I could check my patio furniture. I paid extra for the service because I’m a older woman and can’t do it alone. Two young strong men sat in the truck for 10 minutes instead of taken a couple minutes to open the boxes and place the furniture ad described on the Wayfair site.

Ordered item. After 1 week arrived. Husband started to assemble and realized no hardware. I emailed asking for hardware replacement. No word after a week. Went back to email to get confirmation date for hardware delivery and to my amazement, it said I owed them .01 (1 cent)? With an invoice. I do a lot of online shopping and this was the first time with wayfair and the last.
