This is the worse company and really bad customer service, I placed an order 4weeks ago and still not delivered. Spoken to 8ppl and they don’t know what’s happening. Was told that they will chase it they can see it’s not been deliver but still will not refund my £200 until today I have still not received the order or a refund my complaint still no respond

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. I was told they would deliver the product to my door. They left it in the lobby. How am I supposed to get a 75 lb piece of furniture into my apartment. I had to pay someone to bring it up here. Then today someone was going to come and put it together. That was an hour ago. I'm still waiting. When I called them, they told me he may have picked up extra jobs and that's why he's not here. What?! He had an appointment here. They told me if he doesn't show up I can reschedule. And go through this again?? This is an awful company!

I ordered a recliner on the phone at their sale price. A few days later they sent me an email saying the order was cancelled. I called customer service and they said they won't honor the price which was advertised. Bait and switch. Terrible company

Problems with poor quality recliner chair. There response is quick but they don't actually sort the problem out. Have been given delivery date of replacement parts 4 times each time the date is reached I get an email with another excuse. Can't recommend this company and don't see me ever getting it resolved.

Horrible store and the customer service. It was my very first order at Wayfair, they put it on hold for the whole week, and then they canceled it, and followed with the email stating I can’t shop there, and I should shop at brick-and-mortar. Isn’t it crazy? How disrespectful is it? Just think about it. Some worker at the Wayfair had nerve to email me that I should shop at brick-and-mortar. I will definitely be reporting to BBB. I hope they go out of business in a near future.

They Let me down. Disappointed Ordered Abderus 41Cm Wide Ottoman for next day delivery for an event. Ordered on 22nd today is 25th still not received. Wayfair saying it’s not their responsibility it’s querier company’s fault. Querier company says to contact Wayfair. I am really disappointed and frustrated. Haven’t even received a message from neither of them to say anything. Waisted two days without going out waiting for the package. I wouldn't mind if I was less important. I couldn’t face anyone at the event. Still not heard from anyone.

I had an expensive order. The order did not say "Out of Stock". The email confirmed that it will arrive yesterday. But yesterday I got an email that said, "Your order is delayed" until June. Its March. WTF. Then she tells me they have a hold on my bank account.

Purchased a gazebo from Wayfair Arrived in tac. I also paid $600 to have it put together by handyman a company that Wayfair uses. The two guys arrived an hour and 1/2 late then poorly assembled the unit. Can’t imagine the poor service received from both companies.

My return item was received on 11 Feb and the website still shows it as return pending (on 21 March) dispute service agents confirming by Emil that they have it. I've been promised on numerous occasions that the refund will be on may account within 5 working days but am still waiting 40 days later. The customer service emails are very courteous but the process couldn't be worse. Avoid

I wish I'd of looked at the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a table back in Feb with a delivery date before 14th March. I'm still waiting. I received an email today saying it could be another 10 days. Don't bother ordering from here,there's much better company's with same or similar items with better customer service.

Shocking delivery XPD delivery for Wayfair three days now promised my delivery and take time form work . Text in morning but nothing turns up. Only contact with Wayfair is text chat Won’t be using them again . So still waiting my delivery and no update from company. Tried contacting the delivery company XPD but no luck . Customer service no such thing 😡

Sofa delivered with pieces missing. Chat bots and emails are the only things you can deal with, customer service reps are non responsive. I now have a completely useless sofa and a whole load of hassle to either try and get parts replaced (the onus is all on me to arrange this apparently) or get a refund. I regret my decision to use this company.

I ordered a bed for my daughter 5 months ago and still have no received the bed. They are offered the same bad for Monday delivery to new customer but can’t seem to give me mine and have my money!? Such a scam my daughter is very upset we are being told now to wait until May but the bed is still being sold on the website for Monday delivery!!??? I have rang and said I will take the bed that’s being shown on the website but no one has come back to me. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have sent me mine yet but are manufacturing new beds which there is not waiting list for??

Awful- all looks great when you order and says in stock. 2 months later says delivered - still wrong. Contacted to question and they just sent a refund with zero communication. Just a dreadful way to run a business - so sad as could be good.

I ordered an armoire and bed frame both together and within 12 hours I decided not go with armoire because it is being available for 45% less on Amazon. Immediately I called Wayfair and told the person that i want to put a cancel order on the armoire and continue with the bedframe. She was nice and put a cancel order for me when I am on call and said I will be refunded. By the time of my calling I received only part of order which is bed frame only was shipped email notification so she said this cancel order will go through. But in the next 12 hours I received an item shipped an delivered notification for the armoire where i was shocked and surprised to see that because I didn't even get a shipped notification on it yet.And I didn't see it in my Lobby or infront of door nowhere. So I called Wayfair and told about not seeing this package he said give it a 6 days period since the delivery date. So I waited until 8 days and called he said ok I am putting a return order on it/ Cancel and we will transfer ur case to case manager and go from there. I said ok hoping to get my 350$ back. Later that evening I received a call form very far neighbors telling about my package lying there in their lobby. So i went i pick it ip, since I dont want it and dont want to give the wayfair loss, I called Wayfair and told them that this package is arraived several blocks down to my own and I had it carry it by my self without any heavy packages lifting tools and requested a refund. The lady was telling me I need to bear the return charges 100$ for returning it. I was so mad why should I bear the return charges the three people who spoke to me before they all said it will be a free return and now she is telling me my return fee is 100$. I genuinely felt taht I should have leave the package right there where it was delivered and take my money calmly from Wayfair. This is my first time business with Wayfair and worst worst nightmare ever. After all done and finally I fought with them that I dont pay return fee and all the manager said ok will refund full and i was happy as finally my 15 days frustration coming to end but I saw it was refunded as a store credit. AGAIN i had to call them and beg/ fight to refund it to my Credit card. So it took five phone calls and 16 days frustrating period to me along with carrying 177LBS package all by myself which is from half a Mile distance building. So guys, please save your time and mental helath from these nightmare business portal. Dont get caught in to depression tsunami by doing business with Them.

Brought a cat tree agreed a monthly plan to pay monthly for the item. Wayfair took full amount. Agreed to refund me several times. Then didn't. Then caused me bank charges. Just fobbing me off saying sorry for days. Then parcel never arrived when said. Refused to refund me. Told me k ow it's coming again in a few days. They just send out generic emails. Very bad service. Please don't use this company.

Put an order through on clear pay for 2 rugs; all confirmed their side and first payment was taken out…then low and behold Wayfairs website freezes, after attempting to refresh I came off of the website having returned to find that the order had not been placed and my money is in limbo! Having attempted to Re-order through Klarna/clear pay they are now telling me my credit profile isn’t good enough! Thanks very much wayfair!!! I’ve now got no rugs and cannot use clear pay to re-order them because of your terrible website! Having attempted to ring customer service it ultimately was like talking to a brick wall!

If I could give this RIP OFF company -10 I would! You only have to search online for the same product to realise this company are EXTORTIONATELY OVERCHARGING most of their products. For example Adelene Accent Shelf - £64. Found it again on their website listed under a different name for £112!!!! A quick online search and I found it for £19.99 free delivery on Manomano. WHY and HOW is this company getting away with such massive overinflated pricing? You will find thousands of duplicate items listed under different names, sometimes several listings with hugely varying costs for EXACTLY the same thing. It's DISGUSTING
