I ordered four wall lights and recommended light bulbs, only for one light unit to be cancelled, followed by the remaining three the following day. They dispatched the light bulbs though! Customer service is appalling and their online systems don’t seem to operate in real time. My account is still showing the light bulbs as “preparing for dispatch” and they accepted an order for wall lifted that showed as being in stock when they were in fact out of stock. Save yourself a lot of hassle and shop elsewhere, this company really should be avoided.

I wouldn’t usually slate companies but I’m fuming…. Absolutely awful service from Wayfair a tv unit that has discoloured ordered a different unit and now left with half of it because the other half has now been discontinued and they won’t let me return it!!! Will never use you again shocking service Wayfair!!!!

Terrible service. Cancelled my order 'due to a processing issue' what does that mean ? tried contacting them with no luck. So few weeks later ordered same item again using different payment method and got email 'Despite our attempts to fulfill orders to our high expectations, your past order experiences and feedback indicates that we are not the right company to satisfy your shopping needs' my past order experiences ?? ironic . pretty useless as a company not sure how they manage to do business.

Stay well clear of this company. Ordered a kitchen table and chairs. The order was cancelled for the delivery day and I was not around when they rescheduled so it was not delivered. I contacted them for a new date but the price had risen by £40…made a complaint but they were no bothered…customer care was zero very abrupt and unhelpful. No wonder Amazon are wiping the board with deliveries…got a table set view Amazon…next day! Wayfair could learn so much from Amazon…..stay clear!!!!

The worst company and Customer Service you could ever deal with. The Customer Services Representatives are very Unsympathetic, unhelpful and uncaring. You order and then they cancel your order, without your knowledge or authorisation. The same item goes up in price and they cannot honour it, even that is is there system fault. No complaint procedure. Please do not buy, think twice. It is a nightmare. Spend the extra money and buy the same item somewhere else.

DON'T BUY FROM WAYFAIR IF YOU EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. AFTER WEEKS OF EXCUSES I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT PIECE THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED. TERRIBLE AFTERCARE SERVICE

I ordered an air condition on the morning of the 7th advertised as fast shipping by the 10th. It is now the 10th and my item still hasn’t been shipped. I needed this because one of my ACs died and it’s the hottest summer ever. I am moving out this weekend and spoke to a total of 5 people including a manager who can do nothing for me. They are refusing to cancel my order because they say they don’t know the progress of shipping yet but when you look it up on fedex all it says for 2 days now is that a label was created! I am now told to keep track of it every day and make an account on fedex to reroute it to my new address the moment I see it shipped because that’s what I want to do while I’m moving an entire house into another!!! This is completely disgusting and unacceptable! How can you advertise something as fast 2 day shipping and then not even allow me to cancel for a refund when the item never shipped!!! Horrible customer service! I will never ever order from them again! This is why I only order from Amazon! 2 day shipping means 2 day shipping with them and if this had happened with them I would have my order canceled and refunded. I am honestly disgusted by this company and the fact that I had to call several times with no solution. All I want is my money back and my order canceled!

I ordered once. Returned the damaged goods. And constantly calling for my refund. And got nothing more than excuse after excuse after excuse. I will not be ordering from these people again.

This website is really a fake website that lists fake products and then takes orders from customers. Then they keep pushing the delivery date until the customer cancels. Horrible customer service. They just give you two options, one is to cancel and get a refund or pay a higher price for a similar product. Until that point, they get to keep the customer's money which they use for n number of investment purposes. Stay away from this fake website. Just google any product that you want to order on this website and you can find 10-20% cheaper prices elsewhere.

I returned 3 items with one tracking number in one parcel,with the advice of customer service. I have only received the refund for one item. I have called up at least 10-15 times, I was told every time that I will receive the refund within 3-5 days. 2 months later, I still have not received the refund and I have been told that I won't be getting a refund. Extremely disappointed and frustrated as I did everything by the book. They are making me pay for a mistake on their end. Many online retailers offer free return but Wayfair expects you to return with your own expense with also separate postage. They do this to put you off returning. This is the game they play to steal money from their customers.

I had a worst experience with Wayfair especially with their customer service. I've been waiting for my order for 1 month and it was never shipped. I tried calling customer service to get my order cancelled and process refund which they outright refuse citing some policies. Their managers are worst, I think they are trained to not be empathetic to any customers, this is the response from one of those blood sucking monsters - 'You are making a big deal out of simple item worth 50$, I wonder what else is going on in your life, you should probably check yourself with doctor'. I don't know what else to say here, how can they comment about my personal life? This is a horrible experience, i'm never going to order again. Please stay away from companies like this, now I truly understand the greatness of Amazon and how transparent their policies are and how empathetic they are to customers.

I ordered a mattress from Wayfair on 26 July. I was given a delivery date of 28 July and a DHL tracking number. I checked the tracking number on 28 July and DHL hadn't even received the parcel. I contacted Wayfair and I was informed that an investigation would be carried out and a replacement sent if necessary. I received an email from Wayfair on 2 August confirming that the replacement had been ordered and telling me to expect an email with confirmation of dispatch and the tracking number. I contacted Wayfair again on 3 August when no email had been received and I was told that the courier had not collected the parcel but it would be sent the next day. I had still not received confirmation of dispatch on 5 August so I contacted Wayfair again. This time I was told the mattress was out of stock but I could expect a mattress to be dispatched on 9 August! I have already been waiting for the mattress for ten days and 9 August would be too late even if the mattress is actually delivered. I have wasted enough time 'chatting' with Wayfair's 'customer service agents' without getting a resolution and now I'm going to cancel the order. Wayfair is totally unreliable.

I ordered a 9'x12' outdoor rug from this company on 7/23/22 and since then I have received a 2'x4' rug as a replacement 3 times. When I called customer service (for the third time today in 2 weeks) they said the price I paid on 7/23/22 was labeled wrong and that they would not honor the price I paid on my original receipt. Their solution is to give me a 10% discount, which is basically a slap in the face. What company does this? If I had gone to an actual brick and mortar store, with actual sales people, they would honor the price I had paid. Since Wayfair is a big company, it seems that they feel they do not need to respect the customer and honor the pricing. They want to get more money from a situation that was caused by them, not by me. This company does not care about what consumers think about them, only the bottom line for their board members and stockholders. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for items you would need from businesses that respect you and appreciate your business and that is NOT Wayfair. This was the first and last time I will be buying anything from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! First of all I wouldn't of given 1 star after the experience I have had with wayfair but that wasn't a option I had to give it a 1. We ordered over £700 worth of lights from wayfair for our flat refurb, and we kept some and needed to return part of the order. We set up the rerurn online and paid for the premium UPS service, but they never turned up to collect the packages. Wayfair also double charged us for the return fee originally and I had to call to rectify this and set up a new collection. I set this collection up 5 times and UPS never came!!?? I lost work because of this huge innconvience. Wayfair blamed UPS everytime, although UPS NEVER received any order to collect from wayfair!! We have had multiple calls and emails to them and no one ever offers any real help. We now have to return the boxes ourselves through royal mail and pay for this as wayfair do not even have the decency of covering this expense, despite my awful experience with them. My partner ego made rye purchase is also 40+ weeks pregnant and have told wayfair this, but they are still happy for her to have to run around just to get these returns completed. I am absolutely disgusted with them, NEVER AGAIN would I use wayfair. 1st and last time. My advice would be to stick to more reputable companies like John Lewis and dunelm for homeware.

Ordered two beds and a mattress on 27/07/22 to be delivered, according to their site, by Friday 29/07/22. I moved into a new home over the weekend with no delivery of beds. We had to borrow blow up mattresses from friends. and no beds to sleep on. We are now Monday and still no delivery except for one mattress. Will seriously consider looking elsewhere for goods in the future.
