I would not recommend this company, I had delays at the airport, the driver left and I am being blamed for the delay, I paid an arm and a leg and ended up at the airport without a ride, terrible customer service.

NO COMPANY VALUES WHATSOEVER. I tried to use this service in France and accidentally entered the wrong date (15.08 instead of 13.08). On the 13.08, when I needed a driver, no one showed up. I called the driver and asked him to cancel any future appointments as I had already sent my son in a taxi. I couldn’t navigate their website, couldn’t find the booking, and even their phone number didn’t work. I complained on PayPal and thought I’d resolve it during my vacation. Then, on 15.08, I saw a new driver being sent. I immediately called him before any pickup to avoid wasting his time and canceled. Despite this, the company still refuses to refund the €80. NO VALUES. This company has no understanding of customer service. Be careful who you support in business. They don’t deserve your business with their lack of understanding and a chaotic website that lacks clear dates, times, and a cancellation button. They seem designed to hustle customers. Go to Uber—user-friendly and reliable.

Our driver was very good but welcome pickups way over charged $225 dollars Australian for a 35 minute ride!

Unreal Experience - Avoid at All Costs I made the mistake of booking a ride with this service in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. They claim the driver will meet you with a sign displaying your name and provide a receipt, but that’s far from what actually happened. I received a WhatsApp message from someone with a different name and car than what was listed in the app. He told me to find him in an external parking lot. The vehicle turned out to be a private car driven by a friendly Pakistani man just trying to make some extra money, but he wasn’t authorized to transport passengers. To make matters worse, there was another passenger—a local man with a suitcase in the trunk. The driver tried to convince us that this person was the "second driver" mentioned in the app, which was obviously not true. I paid $40 for this service, only to find out later that a taxi to the city center costs around $20 without haggling, and an Uber would have cost no more than $15. This service is a complete scam. The driver explained that non-Saudi nationals aren’t allowed to drive for Uber, Bolt, or similar services, so they resort to alternative apps to make extra cash. This is borderline illegal, if not outright against local laws. My advice: stick to local transportation. It’s safe, the people are kind and trustworthy, and you’ll avoid the risks of dealing with unauthorized drivers.

Really poor customer service. Booked arrival and departure services, both canceled - One 24 hours before another 12h before. No solution offered, chat not working, telephone service not working.

Athens Airport to Check Point hotel-Monday, 22 July 2024, 11:00-- | Order: #w-339xxx Booking code: 579xxx 1) there was a driver/car change and we were not notified. This is not acceptable. 2) the driver was not waiting with a sign at the arrivals area. 3) we were asked to go outside the terminal and wait for the driver with 38C. 4) this is not the service we booked. What we got was a Uber type service, but much more expensive. Note: this complaint has nothing to do with the driver as he was very kind. Better experience with taxi or Uber for half of the price. MG

We booked them in advance because we are traveling with a toddler and need a car seat and 3 minutes before pickup they cancelled because they don’t have the car seat that we were guaranteed when we booked. So I’m stranded trying to get to the airport with no safe travel option for my toddler. Will warn everyone I know not to trust this service in case they also get completely screwed over.

Been trying to get another driver. The driver issued to me has a non working phone number. This is insane. I have been getting a run around for two days now!!!

Sunt total dezamăgită de serviciile companiei. Aveți un sistem greoi și iritant. Regret că am comandat transfer de la aeroport la hotel unde șoferul mă aștepta în altă parte. Nu eu trebuie să-l caut! Am fost apoi ”certată” că am îndrăznit să-i dau evaluare proastă. O obrăznicie de neiertat! La sfîrșit nu am reușit să anulez comanda pt. returul la aeroport deși am folosit două moduri de comunicare. Vizita mea în Romania a fost stricată de compania d-voastră. Nu recomand nimănui serviciile companiei d-voastră. O experiență scumpă și neplăcută. Păcat!

What a terrible experience. After a long ferry ride, I received a message from the company canceling my pre-booked ride due to a lack of drivers. They canceled while I was still on the ferry, according to the timestamp. We had to scramble to find alternative transportation amidst heavy tourist traffic. I would not recommend this vendor!

we booked it even though other companies like booking.com was cheaper. On arrival have to walk fair bit of distance including going to different level that wasn’t easy with kids and luggage. The driver itself was rude and we booked 8 bags but he was counting even th small hand bags and refused to take us to the hotel . After negotiations we have to pay extra 1400 TK as he called his friend to get another taxi Will never recommend it

Take a taxi, take an Uber, DON'T take Welcome Pickups. My wife and I are seniors in our 70's and on June 8th 2024 we contracted Welcome services to pick us up at Lisbon airport and make our 1st visit to Portugal seamless, easy and stress free. It was just the opposite, our driver Bruno Silva did not greet us at arrivals with a sign with our name. We had to scan and read the multitude of signs for other passengers only to find that our name was absent. Finally Bruno texted us that he was outside the airport terminal and we should try and locate him at the extreme end of the terminal on an exit roadway and all of this after being exhausted from a 6 hr. overnight flight and now pulling our heavy luggage all over the place to try and search for Bruno. This was a terrible experience and we asked Welcome Pickups for a full refund. Murat Seytov and Cyan Stroller from W.P. investigated and acknowledged the failures with an apology. They stated that a full refund WAS NOT POSSIBLE and offered a 20 euro coupon for 1 year on any future Welcome Pickups. Originally I had paid 35 euro's for the service so this compensation fell very very short of any real goodwill gesture. Only a full refund would have made a difference in our opinion of this companies terrible service and poor customer service response.

Driver never showed. Also on front end of trip they didn’t refund a cancellation due to airline delays beyond my control. They are impossible to contact. Avoid this service.

Cancelled my pickup from airport as I am traveling by automobile instead. options are cancellation and refund or cancellation with coupon. I chose coupon but reservation website doesn't work two devices and coupon expires at midnight.

I do not understand how they are getting good reviews. They are horrible to work with. As a travel agent, I DO NOT recommend. Use a different company. They are late, they can’t help if you have a travel issue and times change which are 1000% more prevalent these days. They have no customer service, try emailing if you need help MAYBE you’ll get an email back in 4 hours but no promises. The phone system is no better AT ALL. They will tell you to email. There’s better transfer companies, not them.

My flight was delayed and driver cancelled, despite me sending messages to say the flight was late, and receiving messages back to say the driver would monitor arrival times. They took the money anyway. Very disappointing!

Left us stranded at the airport, but kept our money. Avoid if want to actually be picked up. Driver left us even though we were in contact and at the airport.

BEWARE!!!!Our driver was never there!!!! We called the phone # they gave us for him 3 times he never answered.. There were a lot of other companies picking up customers. I even walked outside to look for his car, checked with airport personnel to see if there was another location he could be at and there was not. 2 female senior citizens stuck at the airport. We had to find a cab to take us to our hotel and when we finally got a hold of customer service they said the driver left we weren't there. They would not refund our money, and then also had to pay another $125.00 to get to the hotel. Do not book with this company

My wife and I arrived in Nassau today. I booked a sedan for 2 people and 3 bags. My driver was identified as Erica, with a picture, her car description and tags. When we landed, I received a WhatsApp message from "John" with Big Momma Taxi. When I sent Erica a WhatsApp, she stated I should meet John at the arrival door. We met John, and he was very friendly. He called a driver and he said it would be around 7 minutes. This was not a problem, nut when he took us to our "ride", it not only wasn't Erica, it wasn't a sedan. It was an old, multi-person van for 15-20 people that was rusted in several spots and had soiled, dirty seats. Not only do I not think it was worth the $62 I paid for this, when I canceled my return trip, I was only refunded 80% of my pre-paid fee. I will not recommend this service to anyone and I won't use it again.
