“Using welcome pickups was the best decision I made when arriving into Prague. I messaged our driver Serghei As soon as we landed and he replied straight away to let us know he was outside waiting. He was so polite and friendly and a world of knowledge about the area as we were driving to our Airbnb residence. I had difficulty with the address where we were staying when using the online app so messages welcome pickups directly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and took there time to work out exactly where I was staying to reassure me they had the correct address for the driver. We booked them for the return trip to the airport and was assigned the same driver so I didnt have to worry that a driver may not find the difficult address. Serghei was downstairs waiting fir us 10 min ahead of our pick time. All in all It costs the same as a taxi but you have piece of mind. I will definitely use there services again and will be recommending to my family and friends. Thank you Serghei and thank you ‘Welcome Pickup’ regards, Kendra”

“Appalling service and untrained customer service who wants to believe they are right in their assertions. I booked a taxi to get to the airport early in the morning with my wife and my 2 yr old baby, never got any confirmation and was also expensive and then 5mins before the taxi was supposed to arrive, they sent a text to cancel. No apologies, just a straightforward message to cancel the booking. I had to scramble around to make contingency plans at 3.30 am in a foreign land. They eventually called and tried to justify their actions and their refund as well takes 6-10 business days. Pathetic company and would advise anyone to totally avoid them and look elsewhere as these guys are a huge letdown. Wish I could give them -5 star.”

“u book te taxi for 12h,but de arrevid early ,and i asked if they can come at 11h,and they came ,and the taxi driver was very kind ,and his gives me some idea for my visits.”

“they just cancelled 20 mins before pick up time there is no other way to get where we need to be at this time of night as it was a special trip. Also they say the refund will take 7 to 10 business days and it is in euros so no doubt there will be associated bank charges. Don't use if your trip is an important one.”
