Ordered, paid (luckily I used PayPal - so refund won’t be an issue) then nothing....no order acknowledgement...no delivery date...no dispatch notice...and no reply to the two emails asking when I’d get my tree. Ordered from Mr Crimbo - tree dispatched same day with updates. WeRChristmas...should be called WeRCr*p! Obvious fraudsters, judging by too many similar accounts of people paying and not receiving any goods or responses from the company. Don’t just leave your review, report these to Trading Standards or Citizens Advice and hopefully get them shutdown!”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is appalling I made 2 orders on the 30th November with the promise of my delivery coming in 3-4 days, It is now the 11th December and I have had no shipment email, tracking or anything. I have contacted them 4 times via email as they do not answer the phone requesting my order is cancelled and I would like a refund but no reply. I understand it is a pandemic and deliveries can be slower but I have since ordered a christmas tree from somewhere else and have had next day delivery. I have opened a bank dispute today so fingers crossed I will get my refund. DO NOT BUY !”
“Very quick to take your money and then fail to deliver your goods. I ordered a Christmas tree through them and on their web site they say it will be dispatched in 3 to 4 days. It didn't arrive so I tried to contact them, the phones are switched off, they haven't answered my six emails, they don't respond to the numerous comments on their Facebook or Instagram account. I have contacted Trading Standards through Citizens Advice and put in a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Google this company through buying and read the reviews. Don't buy from them, there are many people without their goods and fighting to get their money back.”
“This company isn't even worth the one star. They take money, don't deliver, won't answer the phone, don't respond to e-mails and are treating buyers with total and utter contempt. The only positive is that there are so many people on review sites saying the same thing, that hopefully others will be warned and not end up having to chase a refund like myself and so many others.”

“I received a pre-lit spiral decoration after reasonable time. However it was not as advertised on the website. It was white not copper. I contacted the support team by email 3 times with no response. I rang once only to be told that the agents were engaged and the phone call was terminated by them. “Horrific company - £590 order on the 31/10/20 - no communication for several weeks, telephone switched off and finally get a reply email suggesting items would be 48 hours to no avail, then get an email saying two items out of stock and refunded and items would be five days and guess what no items! Not replying to emails and left completely worried if I will get my items - spoiling such a special time and creating upset like this for customers is appalling! Do not buy from this company!”

Worse than that, they tell you if you email more than once it will take them longer to reply. So you are left just wondering if you will ever receive your goods or a refund. Absolutely appalling.”
