“Took the plunge and bought a complete carbon road bike online, never done it before in 30 years of cycling but the price was too good not to. Dispatch was very quick, the bike arrived already partly set up and in perfect condition, was easy to put together and when I got stuck I phoned someone (not a call centre) who knew the issue and they sorted it over the phone immediately. The Cannondale bike is fantastic and Westbrook Cycles are well recommended.”

“YOU CAN ALWAYS RELY ON WESTBROOK CYCLED TO NOT ONLY HAVE THE ITEM THAT YOU WANT AT A GOOD AND FAIR PRICE. THEY OFTEN HAVE THAT RARE AND HARD TO OBTAIN ITEM. LASTLY THERE DELIVERY IS SUPERB. I CAN THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THEM 100 %”

“The best customer service I've come across. Answered all my questions over the phone, took note on how I wished to have my brakes assembled. Also, great communication during an minor issue with the Swedish carrier. The assembly of the bike was exact, except the shifters which were not completely parallel.”

“Excellent service, goods were ordered via web-site and delivered the next day as promissed by a very polite courier, not put the product (effetto Mariposa tub tape)to test as yet but it was very easy to fit my new cross tubs.”

“Helpful staff when I rang the shop. Bike ordered on Monday evening and delivered Wednesday morning - you can't get much better than that. A great saving of £250 against my local bike shop. Arrived in good condition. The only downside is it required a bit of assembling but nothing most people could manage. Would recommend to friends.”
