“They may be OK for run-of-the-mill applications, but anything beyond the norm they're simply not equipped for. Their call handlers possibly have too many calls on to provide in-depth examination of any of them : 1. Stated that an appeal about a credit rating shouldn't be undertaken - had to press them to do so... and was accepted 2. Repeatedly emailed them including details of when I was available.. only to get replies asking me to send them details of when i could be free for a call 3. Their final documentation contained key mistakes on the sums involved, and it took me three attempts for them to resolve Would strongly advise AGAINST using Which? mortgage advice if there's ANY possibility of complications.”

“I had been sure there was a mortgage out there somewhere that would bring about what I was striving to achieve, but for over 3 months I kept being told by a mortgage adviser it wasn't possible, then I called Which? Mortgage advisers and within 2 days I was assured there was the product I was looking for and within a month the mortgage was drawn and our purchase completed. Thank you so much Nigel and Naseem. I would now come to you before anyone else and will be recommending you to friends and family.”

“Naseem and Jag were patient and extremely helpful in arranging a remortgage for my mother. It was a laborious case as it was full of obstacles due to the fact that I have deputyship for my mothers property and affairs. It was not a straight forward remortgage and at times felt the end was not in sight but Naseem and Jag worked flat out to get the job done. They always answered emails promptly and called when they said they would. Which mortgage advisors were the only ones to actually find a lender to help in my particular case. This was out of a few other companies who said it was not possible due to the legal order and mothers circumstances. I would not hesitate to use them again and wholeheartedly recommend their services.”

“I have never written an online review before and I have waited 6 months before writing to ensure the honeymoon glow of the sale completing had not clouded my judgement of the service I received. It has not. Adam Huttlestone was consistently outstanding; from answering my first initial phone call to completing on a very volatile sale months later. I simply cannot praise him highly enough. He was efficient, knowledgeable, flexible, reliable and so friendly that I felt supported and hopeful throughout the process. Trying to buy a house that had already fallen through with three sellers, whilst 9 months pregnant and on a strict budget was a challenge, but all became possible with Adam. I have recommended him to family members already and will continue to sing his praises, whilst enjoying our new home. Thank you, again, Adam.”

“We had a let-to-buy mortgage setup, including a remortgage on our current property. Which understood our needs well, found great rates, and were very helpful at every step along the way. They went out of there way to push the lenders to get our mortgages approved ASAP. Very thorough and helpful.”

“I found the process of working with Which? Mortgage Advisers to be really straightforward and extremely valuable in securing a mortgage to purchase my first property. They found a mortgage that was perfect for my needs, and it was a better rate than anything I had found myself while searching online and talking to high street banks. Being self employed, the application process was fairly complicated, but Craig and Naseem to the hassle out the process and I couldn't recommend them high enough. I shall be contacting them for my next mortgage.”

“Excellent service! They not only helped us find a great mortgage, suitable to our needs, but they also went above and beyond to help us secure the final offer. We are expecting a baby and so needed to progress with our mortgage application quickly. The team were friendly, informative and went out of their way to do everything in their power to progress our application, but whilst being realistic and managing our expectations. “We found Which extremely helpful. They were very professional, and ensured our purchase went through very smoothly, and with speed. Our mortgage advisers really helped us with all of our paper work, and when our initial purchase fell though, dealt with this for us. I would very much recommend their service, a fantastic experience, and if I ever moved again, I would not hesitate to contact them.”

“I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Steven Morris. I was particularly impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness and patience during my long search for a property. I certainly asked him to survey the market more than once during my search and received advice tailored to my changing requirements every time. Particularly useful was the advice around different lenders and their processes, which led to my mortgage being approved within a few days. I would certainly recommend Which? Mortgage Advisors and use them again.”

“Alex Kemp and Shane Lucas at Which were my mortgage brokers for an extremely difficult pair of BTL expat landlord mortgages (including one on a very very old property.) Despite the endless difficulties banks through in the way of these offers, both staff were the model of perfect brokerage: fast, efficient, informed, in total command of the facts, entirely capable of representing my position, often forcefully, to the banks. Supreme customer service - absolutely 100% recommendation, if these two individuals are representative of the whole firm. Would not use another broker again after this exemplary service. (Finally, their manager Chris Timms - also excellent - when one bank offered then reversed its position after we'd incurred heavy costs he was systematic and clear in demanding they honour their offer, and won through for us.) Great great work. THANK YOU.”

“Excellent service from start to finish of dealing with which and my advisor Victoria slater went way beyond her job and means to have me the best Morgage .. So professional at all times always kept me updated and not only did she hurry up the process with my solicitors as they were causing a delay ... But completely thorough considerate and with care and empathy. She got me the best Morgage deal she explained the process clearly in a way of easy understanding and was amazing.... I believe you have a excellent staff member there and I would recommend her and you're company to all of my friends and family. Also Christopher Tilly and other members of staff also provided an excellent service to me and had all the above contributes above to!! I am a very happy customer ... Thankyou thankyou thankyou ?xx”

“I'm not sure what we would have done without the help of Which Mortgage Advisers, they were so helpful from beginning to end and made the whole process a completely different experience to doing it alone. Their guidance and advice was invaluable and I will certainly be using them again if I need mortgage help in the future. I just wish there was a helpful service like this for more of the difficult processes in life.”

“We did get a re-mortgage and it was a bit of a struggle but we got there. I have not had experience of a mortgage adviser with the new rules and so it is hard to compare and difficult to know if it was more long winded and involved this time due to the new rules or due to the mortgage companies. Thanks to everyone anyway. Mary”

“Advisor: Wenda Hillier Wenda Hillier has been absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and very honest. I am buying a new build and builder's recommended mortgage advisor but I needed an independent/unbiased opinion to make sure I am getting the best mortgage product. I will definitely recommend her to other mortgage seekers as her advice is: > Independent >Honest >Reliable >Quick Many Thanks.”

“As a Which? Trusted Trader, we have been very disappointed with the lack of support from Which. We paid for our subscription last Dec, the Little Red Book (Directory) was not issued until August. I asked several times for a copy, but did not receive one until a couple of days ago - our annual subscription has now expired! Our entry in this "Little Red Book" gave an entirely incorrect email address for us. When we queried it, were told by the "Customer Support Liaison" that this was the email address initially provided by us. It wasn't, and I have written evidence to prove it. The Customer Sales person was condescending in the extreme, constantly spoke over me when I was trying to convey my complaint, and just made me feel that the entire debacle was my fault. I raised several issues with her, and she just dismissed them, saying, "Oh, yes, other people have mentioned that, we'll correct it next year". She kept saying "You should have updated your profile page", yet when I try to do so, get an error message, saying the link is broken. Not good enough. We spent close to £500 for an incorrect entry in this Little Red Book, and on the occasions I have had to call them, they have been unhelpful in the extreme.”

One of their advisor's, Neil Dunn, helped me quickly understand my situation and the constraints of mortgage lenders, as well as me find a really great mortgage. I could have saved a lot of time an effort if I had talked to them sooner, so really appreciate their efforts. If I need mortgage assistance in the future I will definitely be contacting them first. “Excellent fully independent advice. No one tried to sell us anything. The advice was purely with our best interests at in mind. Complete explanations, rushing and peace of mind options. Adam Huttlestone was particularly helpful. It would recommend him and Which? Mortgage advisors to my friends and family.”
