“Ordered TROPICANA 5 PIECE GARDEN FURNITURE SET. Arrived next day as promised But 2 off the 5 flat pack boxes they arrived in looked like they had come from a war zone filthy dirty covered in packing tape several holes in the boxes with screws falling out. This damage to the boxes was old, the Items had clearly been reboxed in the past and was nothing to do with the courier who delivered. They look like returns, that they had sold me with. Opening the first box which was a 3 seater bench there was several fixing missing. Opened the second box the worst condition which held the table. Again several fixings for the legs were missing. But the table top was split on one corner it had taken a hard knock on that cormer and it corresponded to loads of packing tape on the corner of the box. It was obvious that this damage had been known about before it was sent to me. I did not open any of the 3 remaining boxes but emailed for them to collect and make full refund. Took them 6 days to reply.”

“Products arrived on two separate occasions damaged with package broken and open. Unable to contact Wido customer service by telephone and tried for 8 days then emailed them. Mediocre response and usual excuses. Would not use this company again. Quality of goods poor and badly made. Shop elsewhere and avoid Wido.”

“The actual transaction was simple, quick delivery, and very happy with items. I cannot say the same of the delivery driver, who was surly and unhelpful and bordering on rude. Firstly, he could not find our house, I stood at the top of the drive and he still drove straight past. He then parked on the opposite side of the road , which bearing in mind he was delivering a full set if bedroom furniture was ridiculous, especially as we had a huge empty driveway. He then dumped the 5 boxes at the top of the drive, dropping them all on their corners. He did not wait to find out where we would like them. My partner then went out to him, but he refused to assist, which considering my partner is waiting for a knee replacement, and also has cancer, was extremely stressful as we then had to carry all 5 boxes in ourselves. I asked if he needed a signature. Without a word he shoved his PDA under my nose, I signed and he snatched it back and stomped off. I suggest you either train your delivery drivers in customer service, or change them.”

“After a week of waiting and no email of a delivery date i contacted supplier to be told via email my order was deliverd to the wrong street address. Aparently according to the delivery company when they went to retrieve my parcel. The occupier have gone on holiday. I am still without my order.”

“the product was great but customer service leave you short. Had no e-mail about delivery time as stated contacted WIDO to have an automated reply to say they would reply in 3 to 5 days. When I did get a reply it said " As per tracking I can see your item has been delivered and singed for by DAVID." which was a day after delivery. The table had screws missing my reply from customer service was "I have requested this from the warehouse and will be delivered in 3-5 working days.". Not very helpful & still have no table.”

“Good products and prices. Delivery was advertised as free next day delivery (ordered on Friday) one item arrived on Tuesday and the rest on Wednesday. No tracking info received. Also he furniture arrives in a million pieces which makes assembly very time consuming however the instructions are quite easy to follow.”

“Item arrived damaged. Driver stated he was given a smaller van and was over his weight limit. But was sent out regardless. As expected looking at the state of the packaging the sentry shed was damaged. The roof was split and the bottom right hand side panel had split off. I am now 3 working days waiting for a partial refund. I'm willing too attempt repair to shed. However I keep getting offered 10% which does not not cover cost of repairs let alone inconvenience and time waiting in for delivery and assembly.”

“Hassle-free ordering & prompt delivery as promised. I didn't receive any sort of confirmation email so I was initially worried the order hadn't been processed but my items arrived as expected. The wooden bistro set we bought is great - just what we were after for our small balcony and great value for money. I'd definitely order from Wido again :)”
