“Bought a camping table - it is exactly the same as 2 branded ones we were looking to buy. A lot cheaper and no postage. Turned up as expected, good tracking; I was able to tell them where to leave it as I was going out. I did read these reviews before buying and do wonder about the delivery criticism. I ordered late on Thursday - it arrived Monday. But that is exactly as they promise, If your order after 3pm it goes the next working day and is delivered the next working day. (And they are in the hands of a delivery company) so be realistic people! Anyway - I am a happy bunny! Cheers”

“The first time I have shopped with Wido and most definately the last, poor from start to finish, issues entering my payment details, delivery after 3 days and not next day as stated, items delivered are not as advertised on the website and to cap it all of no reply to my email sent to customer services 5 days ago. This company is the polar opposite of Amazon.”

“The worse customer service i ever encountered, i have ordered a rattan garden set from them in Brown, they emailed me saying sorry it was returned and a replacement is on the way, i was quiet surprised. I finally received the set and i found out they sent me the wrong colour, when i emailed them i got a reply in 5 days, and they have told me we will collect it for a refund. so i don't understand why they have sent it in the first place. Their phone number doesn't work, their chat customer service is rude. and now they are asking me to leave my job and wait the whole day at home to collect the garden set, Are you serious. I am very angry and very very disappointed!”

“I will not be dealing with this company ever again, totally incompetent, abysmal service throughout. I run a sports therapy business and when my couch broke unexpectantly i needed to purchase one asap. For this reason i was attracted to the free next day service this company advertised. I ordered my new couch late on weds 1st and was happy with the expected delivery day of Friday. On thursday i even received a mail saying my nice new couch had been dispatched and would be with me friday which worked in nicely with me being at home that day. NO DELIVERY ON FRIDAY, and all my efforts in phoning and emailing the company were not answered although they were quick enough to take my purchase payment. On the following Tuesday, somebody finally decided to pick up the phone and after i had explained my experience they responded by informing me that the particuliar couch i was led to believe was on its way to me wasnt even in stock until the end of May. When i queried why i hadnt been informed of this, or why they even sent me a mail telling me my item had been dispatched, i received no significant answer other than ` are you looking for a refund.` Even now they are still advertising the same couch on ebay with next day delivery. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY”

“As I had never used Wido before I was a bit concerned about delivery. I was very pleased with delivery and product, it would have helped if I was able to track my order. Will definitely recommend Wido to others.”

“Had a small problem with an item purchased but it was sorted out straight away and a replacement sent out with no quibbles. Will certainly use again as the item bought was far cheaper than elsewhere.”

“Excellent. But didn't get details of delivery / tracking. Delivery driver was a bit annoyed when he couldn't get hold of me or find address. If we had been provided tracking details we would have been available, although driver was not justified in being so angry.”
