“My payment was sent in on time, but was not applied in a timely manner so I was charged a late fee and they refuse to take it off. They have poor customer service and are very hard to talk to and understand. Also had trouble when using gift card, I would advise not using them at all or use caution when ordering from them.”

“Would give this zero stars if I could. My sister-in-law went an extended period of time not receiving any bills. When she called the company, she was told she didn't owe anything. This past weekend, collections called my sister saying my sister-in-law had an outstanding balance and around $400 in late fees. When we inquired, we found out they had not included the apartment no. on her address. Today, after spending an hour being shuttled back and forth and being on hold, collections told us they would waive $160 of the late fee, but that would be it. This company goes after an 80 plus year old woman for their own billing errors. DON'T BUY FROM WOMAN WITHIN!”
“I placed an order on 10/13/2022 and gave visa card number to pay for it. They issued their card and bill came much later. I returned one item and reordered and we expected the return would be credit to my account. Wrong! They send letter for a gift card. Took many call to get them to apply gift card to account. In the process I was charge over $61 for past due fees which I pay all my bills the next day after I get my bill. They did drop fees to $39 but I did not owe it. I cut up their card.”
“I have bought jeans and thermal tops for many years from Woman Within. I have always been pleased UNTIL NOW. The quality of these items has plummeted. The jeans were made of thin material, and the thermal shirts were about 1/3 the weight of their former product. I was shocked! This was my go-to company for years!”
“Just received the shoes I ordered. One shoe fits halfway decent. Even though they are marked as the same size, the other shoe is so big, I am slipping out of it as I walk, so that could be an accident waiting to happen. If I return them, I am still out the high price of shipping and handling. I may try insole inserts & heel inserts to prevent slippage. Also I've noticed their quality of clothing is not as good as it used to be. I recently ordered 3 pair of tall pant. The length was good, but one was much tighter than the other 2 of the same size.”
“The operator admitted on the phone that the pants I ordered were described as "pure cotton" in the catalog but were actually 90% polyester/10% nylon, that it was a "misprint", but they took no responsibility. She flatly refused to give me her name or pass me to a supervisor. What a waste of time and money.”

Both items I ordered were wrong, I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a coat, ordered a sleepshirt and they sent me the wrong one. The girl I spoke to the 3rd time, sent me a label to print out. I don't have a printer. I asked her to send me a label through the mail,she said she couldn't do that. Worst company I have ever dealt with.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 2 sweatshirts for my blind 90 year old mother. She received 1 pair of pants, 2 shorts and a camisole. I called customer service asking for a refund or for them to send correct products. I explained that my mother was incapable of returning the items, but that they should make this right. They refused to make any exceptions to their policy. The time frame in which I can get someone to help her return the product, is out of the range for refunds. Very unhappy and frustrated.”

“Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Most of the items I've purchased have been very nice, but the occasional defective or substandard item is cause for much wrangling and numerous calls to deal with the problem. And God forbid you ask for a price adjustment because you bought from online choices and forgot to enter the catalogue number instead. As someone who worked retail for many years, I know that a good company will do its best to accommodate a customer. That's just good business and creates repeat customers. But Woman Within is not such a company. I'm done with WW and all of its brands and have asked not to have any more catalogues sent to me, saving not just a tree but an entire forest, considering all the materials they inundate me with. And I will most happily buy elsewhere.”
“STAY AWAY from this company! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They charge you a shipping fee to get your merchandise and also when you return i, no matter what form of return you use.
I drove 60 miles round trip to their "RETURN BAR" at Ulta Beauty. They STILL charged me another 10.00 convenience fee to get my money back. Hmmmm bought 28.00 worth of items, which did not fit and poorly made. Paid 10.80 to ship. Returned to their shipping location and then they hit me with another 10.00 fee. What a rip off!”
