“I contacted womanwithin after I attempted to help my 85 year old mother place an order and use a gift card, which was issued to her by the company 5/5/23 from a return she made on 5/3/23. The website kept saying the Gift Card Number had an error. I called the company and was told to wait 24 hours before trying to use it again. It never worked and still hasn't. I emailed the company and got no where. They stated that Gift Card information is only retained in their system for 90 days. So, basically, my mother is out the money. Woman Within profited from a return and kept the money. How do they live with themselves? What a bunch of thieves. Customer service has yet to reply to my last email.”
“Blouse was faded looked like it had been washed for two years. The sizing was horrible two times wider than it should have been. The top three button holes were sewn shut. I should have believed the other reviews that I read before purchasing this blouse. Never again will I purchase something from this company. Not to mention their online returns do not work. So I am mailing it back and having to pay to do so.”
“8/2024, Order 2 pairs of sandals in particular 2 colors, received not what I ordered for one of them, returned one pair of sandals n exchange to get the color I requested, olive, and receive the same colored sandals I received initially, tan, very disappointing. “Ordered the Knit Blazer. The material was to be a cotton/poly. I’m not even sure what to call the material this blazer is made of. It sheds horribly and on top of that one sleeve was longer than the other.

“I was scammed by woman within. I always purchase items on clearance. I ordered a buy one get one free Back in June. Today I see a huge charge come through and I have not done a recent order. One of the items they marked out of stock back in June and now is charging me three times more and plus additional shipping. I called and asked for a refund on this and they say I have to wait for the item to come in, return it and then get my refund. This is not OK. I never authorize the purchase at that price in the first place. They need to fix their customer service, I will never use them again and I will tell all the women I told about women within to not use them anymore”
“This is a continuation of the previous review I made. I want to show the defects on the pants that were sent to me. see the attached pictures showing the defective pants with folded over elastic in the waistband, causing them to bunch up. This makes them uncomfortable and unattractive.”

I purchased 2 pairs of pants at -9.99. (With s&h it was $33.00) They were too big. I sent them back with the paperwork they provided to get a smaller size.
They sent me a email certificate for a credit for 10.43 and said that should cover the cost - but then they jacked up the price of the pants to $28.00.
Going round and round with this company is like talking to a wall!!!

“I’ve been buying these pants for many years. I wait until they go on sale for $9.99. Because, They are not worth more than that. They fade after a few washings. I called him my throwaway pants and they are just fine for working around the house. However, the ones I just purchased have a waistband that is bulky flops over and bunches up. I usually put a keychain holder on my waistband and that is impossible to do with the new pants.
I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was none available but they would return my call. Still waiting these pants are definitely defective and I would like the same deal on the same type of pants I normally buy (where the waistband lays flat instead of bunched up and folded over). The woman, I spoke to said she could not guarantee that. I recorded my conversation.”
“Send me some use shoes that was dirty on bottom sole. This is sad. When I call it in, she ask if I want a credit card. I told her no. She must think I’m crazy. I received no invoice to see how much my bill is. I do not recommend using this company at all.”
“I ordered some summer pjs that were supposedly available and was told they wouldn't be available until December. I was willing to wait so I'd have them for the next year. But when my order finally came in, the date on my credit card had expired and they canceled the order. They didn't give me any time to make a simple date correction to the same card. I will not order again until they replace my order and give me an opportunity to update my information.”
