Woman Within is not what they used to be!
They charge different prices on line verses call-in orders.
They also charge you $10 to return anything and I mean anything.
When you email or call them about a problem, you get many different answers, mostly with a heavy , hard to understand accent.
I will not order from them again and do not recommend them to anyone.”
“i had an account with womanwithin for 11 yrs in march of 2023 i paid off the remning balance i did not owe any thing so in august of 2023 i order 2 jeans skirt it did not fit so i return them along with 40 dollars restock fee now they are saying i owe them more than 300.00 dollars and i am being harrased every day with phone calls i ask for a letter or something tellling me why i owe them as of today did not receive any thing”
“2 shipments lost. 2 months of calling Customer Service before receiving refund. They sent my order to another customer and I had to wait, and pray, for that customer to send the items back before they would refund my money. No incentive to continue using them has been offered.”
“Garment sizes are extremely unreliable! The cost to return a garment for exchange is very high! You would be better off to donate the clothing to a mission. Online ordering is difficult. This company does not have customers needs a their number one priority.”

Fabric see threw, but beautiful designs, and colors just poor quality fabric. The jeans were also poor quality, and capri’s are supposed to be mid- calf, they hit my ankles and were petite..
12 years ago i bought a large variety of pants from women within..Still wearing them but are showing holes, and elastic wont support my phone in pockets. They fall off now. Heartbroken. I always wear capris. Im short, stout, and petite and hot even in winter. I sorrow that I didn’t buy more and set them aside 12 years ago..but i still have some new ( different style) that i just need to loose 15 lbs and I’m in them. Also they included in my order a stack of 6 magazines from other companies. They weighted 1 lb and 7 oz which they charged me to ship. And then 10.99$ for processing fees.that’s like almost 40 dollars. Sad. Loved their knit pants..”
“They charged me monthly for a rewards program I did not authorize. Had to cancel my cards and accounts associated with payments I did not have an account with them so not sure what sneaky sh** they were up to.”
“Their "SITEWIDE50" sale is an out and out disgrace. There was nothing sitewide about it. Tried to order a T-shirt lounger by Dreams & Co. They said it was not in the sale because it was from a third party. If it is for sale on their site it should be in their sitewide sale.”

Tried to get a refund, said didn't receive my return package, went to post office, they gave my mom a phony return label for Columbus, where it was sitting, called customer service, scammer said we haven't received your return, thier warehouse is in Indiana! “I have ordered from Woman Within several times but will never order from them again!!! Most of the items I have ordered I liked but not enough to pay the ridiculous shipping and returns cost. Shipping would not cost so much if they would not add 5 or more magazines to your order. (I use to work in the Post Office so I know what I'm talking about for shipping costs) On 4 items they charged me $24.98 for shipping which would have cost under $15.00 if they left out all the magazines and mailed it priority mail. On top of that, they want to charge me another $10.99 to return an item I don't like and doesn't fit and YES, I ordered the correct size! Not to mention, they get a postal discount for mailing out so many orders in a month. At this point it's cheaper to keep the item and gift it to someone then to return it. Your other option for returns is a E-gift card you can ONLY use at their store. Another waste of money, you either don't reorder or you forget about the E-gift card. NO REASON TO SEND 5 OR MORE MAGAZINES WITH AN ORDER ESPECAILLY WHEN SOMEONE ORDERED ONLINE!!! Truly sad this company has decided that profit on shipping is more important than their customers; we all know they already make a profit on their products.

“I didn't receive my package and then I have to fill out an affidavit that I didn't receive it. It takes 48 hours to receive the email and then you have to wait on a decision. This was my first and last time ordering from them.”
“Online checkout doesn't work, they make you call in and talk to a man with a thick accent. They couldn't make the price the same as online or figure out free shipping with my card! If something doesn't fit they make you pay $10 to return it!!!

Made a one time purchase on my husband’s credit card. 10 months after he’s asking me who’s Womens Within and why are they charging us $18 a month.
I called the general costumer service to get a refund because I did not agree to a membership or recall receiving any info on that. The first customer service representative gave me a number to call, which she confirmed when I repeated it back. However, the number turned out to be non-existent. When I called again, I was given a different number and told they were closed for the day and to try again tomorrow. Despite this, I called anyway and managed to reach someone who provided yet another number, stating it was available 24/7. I am now in the process of receiving a refund for 10 months. The whole process just felt very shady and will not be using their services ever again”

“The return process is ridiculous! Because the loss of package is 20 days you WILL NOT be issued a refund until those days have passed. Calling them is a waste of time. I finally chatted and she claimed I would now get a refund…if it does show by chance…they will take the money out of your account again. And then the return process will start again. I had it expressed shipped which made it worse. They didn’t even want to refund the express ship part because they said I didn’t order it express!!!! What a joke. “The website on line is not user friendly. I could not pull up my details for my transaction. And to top it off you cannot cancel an order! This should be clearly stated so users are informed of this before they order. I will not order on line again and will tell family and friends not to use the website.”
“I bought a t-shirt that I returned for not being the correct size. This was almost a year ago and I am continuously being billed for this returned item. It recently appeared on my credit report for $337. This is absolutely ridiculous for a $20 returned item that I DO NOT owe for. I want it removed from my credit report immediately !”
“They have not sent my return money back after 4 months. Then thinking I had paid all I owe with no bill in the mail I get tagged with a 30.00 late fee over 2.00. They said they had received my items back but still no money in return. I wouldn't suggest anyone do business with them EVER.”
“Shipping is so expensive. When you use a coupon the shipping gets inflated. Too much for shipping and if you choose to return something, they subtract return shipping costs. They may call it a restocking fee. Example, I bought a dress @ $25. I chose to return it because the fabric was horrible. I paid $25 + tax + $7.99 shipping. Roughly, $35 all in. When I returned it through their Happy Returns system I got About $14 back - so less than %50 back on a return. Shame Sham no thank you mam.”
