“I called woman within to pay my final bill in the amount of $674, approximately, and was told told I had paid my bill in full. The following month I received another bill for late payment and interest. Rather than call making a call to complain, I paid the bill and again was told I had paid my bill in full. I have received another bill and I called again but this time I have had enough. I asked for a correction to be made but the young lady refused and just kept repeating how much I had to pay. I was not polite when I hung up. I am very angry and I will NEVER pay them another penny. I’m putting a notice about this on my credit report.

“I have been a Woman Within customer since the early 90's, when they broke away from the Sears Catalog. For 30 years I was a return customer, but no more. Woman Within was purchased by an investment firm registered in England.
The clothes no longer fit "true to size" as the 7 day pants are too long and the Tunic T's are boxy and too big.
I tried to place an order this month (Oct 2024) and again the 7 day pants are 4 inches too long and the 1X plaid blouses are 2 sizes too big.
So I went out to their "happy returns" site to start a return and all 4 of the items are marked "already returned" even though I have not returned any of them.
This business seems to have huge cyber hacking problems "from within" their corporation. I was extremely concerned about receiving any refund or exchange credit for something marked "already returned" on their website.”

“Tonight I tried to order a woman's full slip from Woman's Within. The web site would not register my size or color choice after repeated tries and page ‘reloads’. I tried Woman Within, Roaman’s, Catherine’s and finally Jessica London. Also the price for the slip on all four affiliate web sites was $12.99; it was the same product number even. But something was wiggy with all of the sites.
The first three would not allow me to enter my size and color, but kept defaulting to a far to large size and a color I didn’t want. So I finally called them, in the order above. Woman Within after going through the motions just hung up on me. Roaman’s customer service person disconnected me. Then Catherine’s put me on hold to get an answer from a manager and that call was disconnected as well.
All of the employees kept saying the price was $21.99, which was half-off. None would honor the $12.99. ALL of the people who answered the phone were not judging from their accents, in the USA. None of them were helpful or sincere. So I gave up on calling Jessica London directly and tried one last time and was able to get the Jessica London web site to take my size and color and the $12.99 price; I placed the order saving $9.00. What a night mare.
Woman Within has certain products I truly need, but after this, I just can’t imagine doing business with them anymore or their affiliate companies, all pretty much offering the exact same merchandise.
BTW, 2+ years ago and longer when I called any of their numbers, I spoke with someone here in the USA because I always shared that I was calling from California, and was curious where I was calling. From that answer we often had a nice rapport as my order was filled and processed. It was usually somewhere in the south.
IMHO, the need for high quarterly profits beyond reason long outweighs having and paying for decent help.. for Americans. It all makes me sick, because at 70, I remember when we had the greatest customer service in the world….”
“Been trying to get clothes ordered the past two days. First it asks for the size, you put the size in try to put it in the cart, you press cart and it asked for the size again! Again and again....I never got anything in the cart! I tried chat, that didn't work....emailed them ...the usual blah ..blah...blah. Well call us....NO thank you! I want to see what's in the cart in case I change my mind. It wasn't just woman within, it was the whole site ... Romans ...etc”
“I ordered a sweater for my wife after changing my address. The order still showed my old address, so I contacted ww and the poor English speaking female refused to do anything since it was a weekend. On Monday morning I contacted ww again. Now they wouldn't help because the order shows it's being prepared. Well it showed it was being prepared after I first ordered it. Their customer service is the worst for any company I have ever felt with. Never would send me to manager.”
“I placed an order, but none of the items fit right. I pkgd them all up as directed and returned them. I never got a credit for the items, so finally contacted the company. They said they could only issue store credit less a fee for returning. They issued a second bill which includes a late fee charge. Womanwithin bounced me to Come ity who bounced me to Womanwithin who again bounced me to Comenity who wanted to bounce me back. I think they figure they keep bouncing me until my bill gets so high that I have to pay it or go to collections or something. They have my items, now I would like credit for amount I paid and the rest written off! Just get me back to zero $!!”
“Very poor customer service. Impossible to work with to try and fix a bad situation. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was disconnected more times than I can count. I did finally reach a supervisor And he did rectify the situation. Be aware that if you order something in a special like 3 items at $12 each and any one of those are baccordered they cancel the deal and you pay full price. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I was never made aware of this. In my world that's calied bait and switch. Take caution ladies.”

It's been days now and the order is still processing but Woman Within has already charged my card and even though I agreed to the shipping charge I think it is extremely high and kinda weird to me that the more you order the higher the shipping.
