“The glass edge liner was not included, so I tried to order something similar which was a little too thick and I ended up cracking the glass when installing! Totally my fault, and will be ordering another one :)”

“I bought replacement glass for my fireplace insert over a year ago, and I have been very happy with the new glass. I had been having a problem with the old glass cracking. The very knowledgeable salesmen at Woodstove-Fireplaceglass correctly diagnosed my cleaning technique as the cause, and instructed me on a better cleaning technique. The new glass now has not cracked.”

“It was actually pretty easy (although more costly than I had hoped) to put new glass into my insert. Two phone calls and we determined what size my old stove needed, the glass was ordered and it was on its way. The package arrived a few days later, and despite being warned it could be difficult to pull the door off and remove the screws holding the glass, it went like clockwork. No problems, and I'm very happy to see my fine through nice clear new glass.”
