At the address stage of booking the programme would not go any further, after multiple tries using different search engine gave up . Completed next day on edge on different computer, I was about to phone if it hadn’t gone through and this was using address selected from drop down menu so not me entering wrong . Other than that was easy online

Easy to navigate the website but not great for booking multiple accommodation types. I couldn’t work out how to book all at the same time so had to go through the process twice which was lengthy.

Well what a warm welcome we got, check in good but when we got to the Caravan D21 l wanted to know where the climbing gear was honestly you need to put a path and some steps down to the unit. I felt it very dangerous even in dry weather let's not even think what it would have been like if it got wet. Must say very disappointed. Well on a good note we went to reception and they couldn't have helped enough didn't ask the name of the person who tried to help but Harry took over and did everything to ensure what we got was more suitable. We had to pay more but was really happy with the unit. I would say our age didn't help with the situation but anyone would have had difficulty. We can't comment on the another parts of the park as we didn't get to use them, but l can say the site was spotlessly clean. Our unit was also very very clean and the pets were also look after well

The park is well placed for walkers. The staff were welcoming and toilet block tried to keep clean. The pools are too small. There are too many dogs on site. At night it sounded like a dog pound. During the evenings dogs were in the only restaurant on site. They were not kept to the restricted areas for dogs.

My review only concerns my booking. I had a terrible time 'logging on' because having been before ( it was very nice ), I forgot my password, and therefore couldn't get a booking...So later phoned through, and the receptionist deleted my former booking so I could 'log on' and book. My only concern is, that as that was a few days ago, I still haven't received my booking confirmation, or any further info....So if anyone reads this, could you please address this problem...Thank you in anticipation....Alan Taylor...

- To see where on the park the caravan is and be able to choose specific vans. - To confirm specific details of the van you’ve booked rather than generic answers eg on the faq bot I asked about parking and said some you can park next to your van and some not, what does this mean for what we’ve booked? - It was difficult to compare different standards of caravans easily to know which you’d prefer or whether it was worth upgrading. - It would be useful to have a summary of what’s included in the van you’ve booked as we’ve not been before and don’t know what’s included/exclude and needed to pack

I had problems from the start of the booking it didn't like my email But a wonderful lady from your customer service call Claire Ward help to sort it after a very expensive phone call from the Falkland island I could book Again set up a account it w email again was hard so Claire sorted it #

Note that this review is just for the online booking experience, we have not gone to the park yet. Good things; the aesthetics of the website are fantastic, great pics, simple concise pages, easy to navigate. These positive things were balanced against alot of things I struggled to find or spent too much time trying to find. Firstly I struggled to find to find the page that showed the location of the parks, that was not prominent for me and I did not find it until late in the process. Then I struggled to grasp the differences in facilities between the 4 parks, as well as which one was more suited to me and my family (as a family of 4 with two 3 year olds). One thing I gave up on trying to find was where the caravan I have booked was located on the park, the different areas for mobile homes, lodges, types of caravan etc are not marked clearly on the maps and I could not find a colour key. Then there are the covid restrictions, it took some trawling of reviews to work out that things like the shuttle bus were closed or the pool needed session bookings, these were things I should have known earlier in the process. Then there was the access to info, I wanted to compare the available accomodation between the 4 parks, navigating this was not easy as I had to type in my details 4 times (number of people, date, number of nights etc) to be able to drill in and see availability and price. Finally I could not find any info on the eating options for each park. Anyway, hope this helps, park clearly looks good otherwise I would not be booking (and I did not know about the park yesterday) but I do think there is some headway to be made on the website content and layout. I kept noticing that when you clicked on the details of the pitch I couldn't go back onto it to book it and had to come out and rebook

I think the booking system should be able to take third party bookings for instance I work for a charity arranging Special Days for poorly young adults. I have had to register in my name then go back in and on a special request add my beneficiary as a Lead Guest. I am not even sure if I have done this properly. Phoned the line and was advised to log into my account where I could change anything. Not able to change the lead guest.

Fairly easy to book but difficult to get additional information on site plan positions of caravans. Should be easier and you should be able to know the position of what you have booked.

I would have appreciated an easier way to find out exactly where the holiday parks are before going on to the booking form.

This is only a review of the booking, which is what I was asked for. The website is ok, but not perfect. And it's not brilliant that there's no recognition for the fact that we've been coming to your sites for years! A bit of acknowledgement of loyalty would be good.
