“Excellent product and customer service. I am gradually replacing all of our feather and down duvets with wool - spring/summer and autumn/winter weights for each bed. The duvets are beautiful quality, warm and comfortable to sleep in and, somehow, look neater on the bed than feather/down versions. We are complete converts!”

“When I lived in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, I purchased one of your duvets (love it). Moved to America and just purchased the 2 wool pillows (love them). Extremely fast shipping - it was at my door and I only just ordered it! Hoping to get another duvet (UK size) down the track! Jordan”

“10 or so years ago I bought the same kind of pillow from a different source. I loved it then and still do. I was thrilled to find this company and have found the service and product to be top drawer in quality and presentation. I now have a standard pillow and the V pillow and would recommend both. The only additional thing I would like to have had is a pillowcase for the V pillow. I think I will have to make one. I do not hesitate to say that one can buy with confidence from this company. Their communication was also great.”

“The quality of each item (comforter and duvet cover) were great but the duvet cover has no way of attaching to the comforter so the blanket shifts inside into a clump in the night. It is very irritating given how expensive these items are to not have a way to affix the duvet to the comforter- seems obvious to me.”

We have just added the ties onto the comforter as we found from customer suggestions, they are helpful. I'm just sorry you weren't able to get one. “Initial telephone conversation with Woolroom was very helpful so I went ahead with order. Part of order arrived as promised, however part didn’t arrive for another two weeks after having to contact Woolroom again. They were helpful again and apologised. Love the quilt and mattress cover, but I am still hot, not as bad as with feather, must be my age.! I would recommend the product.”

“What on earth can I say other than amazing products and service? People on end of online chat service and phone are very helpful, delivery marvellous (thank you for unwrapping and installing mattress) and within two nights the mattress had been slept on by all four members of our family. Mattress protector is lovely quality, they even sent us a new one when I mentioned the quilting stitching was coming loose and said we could keep the other one. Cannot fault them at all. Considering buying more mattresses now. Thank you. You came highly recommended by a friend too.”
