“I'm not that sure that you do value my review as twice now I've written saying I had been ignored by customer services when I'd requested a replacement bag for a warm double deluxe duvet as my granddaughter had broken the handles by mistake when re-packing it. That request was ignored and recently I wrote a review about being ignored which was also - yes - ignored. Thankfully your products, of which I have bought quite a few, are excellent quality. However I am going to give you 1 star in the hope that this time I will not be - ignored”

“I bought the wool mattress topper it is fantastic..no hot sweats at all..i was gonna get a tempor mattress but my wool mattrress topper has saved me buying one..i have also bought the wool quilt an pillows which are on there way..thank you wool shop”

“My experience of the Wool Room is very, very good. Easy to use website and ordering process. Very quick delivery and nicely packaged items. Clear instructions on how to maintain the products. I bought a mattress topper for our double bed and a pillow for me. My husband says it's like sleeping in a new bed!”

“Have had a couple of wool duvets from the Woolroom previously. Always had very good service from them. Only had to replace the warm duvet because it was ruined by the cleaners”

“Ordered two pillows and a duvet with next day delivery. No contact from company, no delivery for nearly two weeks. I emailed, used Facebook messenger and no one bothered to even reply? Had to use online chat to get any answers, they said it would be here on Wednesday still didn’t turn up till Friday. This is my second order from this company for £200 and it will be my last as although I love the product and wanted to buy more the customer service is just so poor.”

“Excellent service, very fast delivery. And the delivery men (Keen & Able) arrived on time and managed to get the mattress up into our attic despite the narrow twisting staircase. We're still getting used to the mattress - our old one was very old and saggy so any new mattress would have been a shock for our backs - but so far so good..”

“After no response for 4 days I had to contact the woolroom to check when I should expect to receive my mattress topper. Turns out there was an unforseen problem which was quickly remedied. I only wish they could have let me know this as reviews I read were saying delivery was normally within 1-2 days. The mattress is well made & lovely & comfortable but unfortunately does not help regulate my temperature. So disappointed as I thought this was the answer to my sleepless nights. I already have a wool duvet purchased elsewhere. So back to the drawing board to see what else I can do. This was a costly mistake.”

“I discovered their site by using a standard web browser to find wool topper types of products. I was searching for a (US size) queen topper and was glad to see they offered them. The online transaction was fine - nothing unusual. I received an email, the next US business day as I recall, confirming they had reserved an item for my order. A few days later another email came, indicating the item had been "despatched" - (Brit-speak for shipped). By the end of the week, 6 or 7 days after placing the order, FedEx delivered the box to our front porch in California and the topper/mattress pad was on our bed. What could be better?”

“I really love the natural colours of the blankets I bought. I think the measurements were a little different to what I expected but it didn't really matter. The parcel was well wrapped and left in a secure place for me to pick up as I wasn't in when it was initially delivered. I was kept up to date with the delivery process by email. My only concern was that the blankets didn't have the British Wool Marketing Board logo on them to reassure me they were wool. (It was them who referred me to the website.)”
