“Great product and price but took 4 days to be dispatched. By the time the item reached me it was too late to give as a gift due to me not factoring in this dispatch time. A faster turnaround would be better.”

“The books arrived on time, 3 illuminated bibles in 3 separate parcels - no problems. But one of them was not protected at all, it just arrived in a damaged cardboard box, no bubble wrap or extra brown paper, so was slightly damaged on the gold edging on the underside of the Bible. Seeing as I’m keeping this on for everyday use by me, I let it pass, but for others a bit of extra packaging would go along way. They’re not cheap books.”

“My order was split, parcel 1 was delivered to a wrong address, incorrect street. Resident gracefully brought my parcel, thankfully. Not impressed by delivery.”

“Prompt delivery - spoilt by del co sending me an email saying they haven't delivered (it was left on the porch with no note thro letter box.). I like that the packaging doesnt contain plastic - just well thought cardboard envelope. However on subsequently going on line I found the price had already dropped for my book and that there were different prices for the same books scattered about the website”

“My books were lovely - 4 copies of The Lost Words BUT inadequately packaged - these heavy expensive books just had 1 layer of cardboard round them and some of the corners were slightly damaged and a bit of gold leaf on the cover was scratched.”

“I am pleased with Wordery in regards to the availability and price of the books I ordered but the delivery was very disappointing - the dispatch was quick, however, I paid extra to have next day delivery (I ordered about 10 minutes before the cut off point) and I liked the fact I could track my delivery but, the order didn't arrive the next day!!!!!! It arrived at the main depot on the evening I ordered, then arrived at the local depot the next day (very early morning), but it just sat in the depot. The next day it was marked as out for delivery, but later that day (about lunchtime), that changed back to 'arrived at depot' and then it was another day before it got delivered. This is not necessarily the fault of Wordery, but rather the delivery company used, but either way, my books weren't delivered the next day despite being within the cut off time for next day and paying extra for this service.”
