“There wasn’t a problem as such with the wordery purchase. But it took nearly ten days for my purchase to arrive. Half of that time was worderys dispatch time and the rest the delivery. Not good when amazon could have delivered in less than half that time.”

“Wordery have a great selection of books! This was the only website I could find the book I wanted on. I was pleased that it was free delivery too but really disappointed with how long it took to arrive! I placed my order just before a bank holiday but even after that I waited almost a week for the book to be dispatched and it took another week for it to arrive. I will use wordery again but only if I’m not in a hurry to get the book.”

“I bought this Big Grid Callander because the one l have loved was Mum,s Family WALL calendar. Whether it was out of stock or not printed l am not sure. Next year l will try again earlier to find out if l can get Mum,s Family wall callender”

“Wonderful email alerts and fast shipping. I would have given 5 stars but can only give 3 because the books were not packaged properly so the dustjacket was torn and blackened in areas. I would never be able to give these books as gifts. There was brown paper filling the empty space in the box, I just wish they had taken the time to do one wrap of the paper around the books themselves so they would have remain pristine during shipment. For this reason, I will not be a returning customer.”

“I was disappointed I. The delivery time after the order was placed, we did not receive the Atlas until twelve days, despite being to,d it would take four-five days. The Atlas replaced an old edition which was great and at a good price.”

“I can't understand why a regular sized paperback novel of 300 pages requires an enormous cardboard envelope. Other retailers use packaging that will pass through a standard letter box, because Royal Mail have become increasing officious about what constitutes an acceptable sized package they don't even try to deliver. Instead they leave a card, and I then have to make an 18 mile round trip to their distribution centre to collect a package that with more thought, could have been received at home. However, I accept that not all of this is within your control, and from now on will order via eBay where click and collect is an option. If you could make click and collect an option via your own website I'd happily use that as my preferred delivery option.”

“I was surprised at the length of time it took for the book to be received. I have had books from the United States quicker (strangely enough by the same author). Customers use the internet because it is gnerally quicker and significantly cheaper. I doubt that I will be ordering any further items.”

“The website was friendly, welcoming and reasonably easy to navigate; the price was very good; the speed of delivery was barely OK: it was a week before the book was dispatched. I was not pleased when I opened the package and found that the last 90 pages were bent and warped. It is disappointing to think that there was a person who either didn't notice that the book was not perfect or couldn't be bothered and just packed it off to me anyway.”

“I love the free shipping to the whole of Europe but my last order took 2 full weeks after dispatch to arrive, which was disappointing. I also find that some books I want from smaller publishers are often out of stock when I'm shopping.”

“I paid for express delivery, 2 -3 days But the book took 8 or 9 days to arrive so rather than being able to take it to Surrey for my brothers birthday I had to post it on afterwards so had to pay postage to send it on .”

“Good service and really enjoying the story and the writing. Book itself feels like a whole section was cut off the width - more narrow than other paperbacks. Don’t know why but feels strange and this is what let’s it down Otherwise no complaints”
