Totally unhappy with my recent order as one of the jacket came damaged, I took a photo and e-mailed them and yet still haven't heard from them

Placed an order 30th NOVEMBER….still waiting! Have been told you cannot give me a delivery date, how long should I expect to wait?

I ordered a sweatshirt from these people over three weeks ago and have still not received it. I have phoned up and emailed to be told that it would be sorted and still nothing. So no I would not recommend this company.

Despite paying over the odds for next day delivery, the item I ordered was "apparently" dispatched 2 working days later. The item then failed to arrive. 2 phone calls were made to Workwear Express web sales team, and on both occasions a promise was made to look into the delivery, contact the courier and phone me back. I never received any phone calls back from Workwear Express, and so 9 days after the order was placed, and still with no delivery having been made, I cancelled the order (by phone to Workwear Express). I was promised a refund in 2 working days. After 4 working days, when no refund had been made, I raised a dispute with the payment provider, Paypal. Only then did Workwear Express make a refund. However, Workwear Express only refunded the price of the item, and not the delivery charge, which as no delivery was ever made, I should have been refunded the entire amount. I will never use Workwear Express again, and will go out of my way not to recommend them. I bought the exact same item from Ebay, and the postage was half the amount Workwear Express charged, and the item was received next day.

Still haven't received my product over a week and a half later. Chased yesterday spoke to a guy who said he would ring me by 12 noon today.... nothing. Order showed it was out for delivery last week but no calling card package LOST!?

On an order that was supposed to be 'next day' Im still waiting from last week, only to be emailed that you hope to deal with my order in 48hrs!.. Not happy at all. I was told I would be called on this 1st thing Monday morning, I had to call in to generate any update, which btw, is a further delay. Its now Tues morning 15 Nov 2016. ordered two items.. one took over a week to arrive and the tracking details I was given didn't track my delivery. The second item didn't arrive until I sent two emails to customer services asking for a delivery date, the first email was ignored and the second answered with a " I will look into it and get back to you" well they didn't get back to me it just arrived the next day.. nearly three weeks after ordering... all in all a very poor experience for a very simple order and I wont use again

Far from express! The whole service from ordering to delivery to refund takes ages. Staff unhelpful. And poor quality product. Defiantly won't be using again

Ordered my tshirts on line as reconnended by a friend they arrived not too long afterwards left with my neighbour as I was at work - opened package up couldnt believe wrong colour sent there was nothing in parcel with any phone number to ring had to find original order on my phone to get nunber was told soneone would call me to arrange pick up and delivery of correct t shirts heard nothing so i called again was told the same thing i would be contacted and told when collection and correct tshirts would arrive . Got home today card on floor saying sorry we missed you no phone number or reference number so i called again was told i need to arrange day for collection i said it has to be after 4 was told cant do this i am stuck with wrong t shirts which i need asap and cannot arrange a day as i am working i have asked for my money back as i need to now go out and buy tshirts from somewhere else i have to pay again as wont get my money back till you get tshirts back its been a crap experiencevand i wont be ordering again or recomending you

I was pleased with the value of your products. However, you use DPD so i have not received them. You're choice of delivery company has ensured i never use your company again. I now have to embark on an administrative nightmare.

Rubbish service.. I ordered one to sort with the embroidery as a sample ... was going to place a huge order... the polo shirt arrived with no embroidery ... contacted them after two days of constant phone calls I managed to get through ... I was told to send it back ( my expense ) and for extra charges they will do the embroidery. I agreed .. followed the procure sent it back 1st class 6 days ago... still have not heard from them ??????

We've looked into the order you placed online for a deep navy polo shirt and the order which you placed didn't have any application on which was why you received the item plain. There were no issues with our website which may have caused a logo not to be added to your order. ordered item on 12/9 still not reiceived the item to date no-one calls me back to let me know whats hapening with it will have to ask for my money back ordered this one item to check quality before ordering more - cant believe the poor service

An absolute farce from start to finish, I don't think I've ever had such a bad experience with a company like this. Incorrect items quoted and shipped, repeated mistakes and typos in artwork proofs for sign off, mistakes in final print despite assurances proofs were correct, repeated failure to deliver goods as promised, and completely indifferent sales staff who refuse any responsibility for correcting problems. There are plenty of companies providing workwear - I'd highly recommend you use somebody else.
