I have now placed two orders, both of which have been disasters! The first took over 10 weeks to reach us despite me phoning and e-mailing to pester on an almost daily basis! The second has been sent in the wrong colour and I'm still fighting to receive the correct order!!!

I placed my first order with Workwear express recently for 2 embroidered polo tops and (after checking the sizing with one of the telephone advisors) confirmed my order. When the tops arrived they were the wrong size. I called on the day to ask for a replacement and was told a supervisor would return my call within 3 days. This was 18 days ago. I've now called 4 times but never received a call back. My next course of action is to share my poor experience on twitter and other social media sites to warn other business owners of my extremely poor experience!

Took over 50 days to get my order delivered. Workwear Express kept getting the order wrong despite endless corrections.

We've been using Workwear Express for just over a year now to produce our garments and quite frankly, I'm not sure why we bother. There hasn't been a single order with them yet that hasn't either had something wrong with it, arrived late or been poor quality. The only reason we've continued to use them so far is that we paid the artwork setup fees with them so it would cost us a lot to move to another supplier. Their customer service is shocking, timing is appalling and embroidery quality mediocre. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and go somewhere else - I cannot put into words how much I would not recommend this company.

No communication as to when delivery would be made, had to keep calling to find out. And quality of ladies t-shirts ordered was very poor

You are the worst company that I have had to deal with in this sector. After placing an order- No information to say its an out of stock item. After chasing twice, with promises of "someone will call you back" which they did not. Eventually I changed the order to a 'stock' and told delivery within 4 days (which did not happen). Still waiting 14 days later. No contact to say there would be a delay. Jus a terrible unreliable Company

Ordered workwear it said delivery be in few days.Aproved artwork logos nothing happened called on landline the member of staff told me something else needs to be approved like back logo which was supplied with order ,but they did not bother to send it to me so couple of days later send me email asking to approve logo ,which I did still nothing happening!!!!!!!!!!!! what a shit service

Disappointed, very poor quality work. The colour on the proof we approved did not match what we received. Customer service is very poor and they refuse to take responsibility for the mix up in colour. This was a £1000 + order see the pictures for yourself.

After placing an order which appeared simply enough online, we received the artwork for approval. After approving the embroidery artwork we then asked as member of the printing department to confirm the colour of the design as the proof was not in the colours requested. The art department again came back but did not confirm the correct colours and again we asked them to clarify. Instead of clarifying the correct design we did not receive a response and instead took delivery of the incorrect items a few days later. I have now sent numerous emails to try and resolve this issue with only one response asking for photos of the incorrect items. These have been sent and I am now hastening a reply and to date no response has been received.

Tshirts not delivered on time. They were ordered for a specific event on a Friday Then told they would be with me by Saturday and given 10% of my order. This wasnt good enough but i apologised to people waiting on tshirts and promised i would get them to them on Saturday at the latest. The tshirts arrived MONDAY.

Where do we start? I really do not have time to do this but it's always good to give feedback. Still as of yet not received my order. Placed it on 21st April 2017. Rang a week later to get confirmation and I was told that the order is on its way. After not receiving my parcel I rang again to be told that the order was never processed and it is not on its away. As you can imagine I was a little frustrated as I had a deadline of 12th May to meet. I spoke with Katie who guaranteed the parcels will be with me for my event on the 12th May, unfortunately these never arrived. I asked for refund if you could not guarantee delivery by 12th May but have not received this. I had sent numerous emails but only ever heard sporadically with no real concern. So all in all, I've paid for something that only god knows where it is, I doubt your company knows what's going on. Kind regards, Dr Amit Patel

I ordered two polo shirts that were very urgent. I mentioned on the phone multiple times that they needed to be with me by 10am two days later and was assured multiple times that they would be. I paid a premium for this - £70+ for two branded polo shirts is extortionate in reality, but I would have been happy if they'd been delivered on time. On the morning of delivery, I got a text saying they'd be delivered between 1pm - 2pm - too late for our event. I spoke to the sales rep I'd been dealing with originally and she said I never asked for this service. I asked her if calls were recorded and if she'd look through the calls. She said they were and she'd get back to me - I've never heard anything since. Totally wasted our money, awful customer service. Will never use again.
