My issue was not with your staff (they were very helpful) it was around payment method. We do not have BACS and make payment by cheque, but in order to make a cheque payment we needed an invoice. I was informed that I could not have an invoice without a payment being received by yourselves first. I had to resolve the issue by personally making payment on my personal credit card in order for the order to progress.

On both orders we was advised next day delivery and has not been the case, on placing our large order after sample the date displayed for delivery was next day so we had arranged with our embroidery company for drop off that day as a lot to be done for staff and was told the next day that they didn't even have them in! now caused problems for us

I ordered three pairs of overalls with instructions for a Logo with the new employees name above.I received the items with a logo with a different employees name on from an order I placed a year before. No apology-said it was my fault-The person I spoke too told me the relevant sales person was on holiday and so on. Still no reply or rectification offered. Not good to say the least

THE POLO SHIRTS ARE OF A POOR QUALITY. DO NOT WASH WELL AT ALL AND SHRINK

Initial time for response was excellent, the website easy to use, however I have tried to return some items using the information on the email attached to the invoice and have not received any response. An excellent shopping experience has been tainted.

The order arrived in two parts one was excellent the other was incorrectly printed in the wrong colour. Both were proofed so I don't know how this happened. Complaint still ongoing and there seems to be no urgency in sorting it out. Staff poorly trained and quite rude.

I have purchased clothing from Workwear Express before and have always been satisfied. But this time I ordered two items, both in size medium, and was sent a medium and a large. When I called to sort it out, I would have expected that the person who took the call would have sorted it out then & there, but I had to wait for somebody else to call me - and that wasn't very immediate - and then I was asked to return the large, before you sent me the second medium. My need for these 2 jackets was quite urgent, and I was without one of them for quite a while while this all got sorted out. Hence 'poor' rating. Yours, Janet Douglas (janet@caribou.dircon.co.uk)

Very poor quality. One time in the wash and it has shrank loads, try to stretch it out and feel the material wanting to give.

I normally find Workwear Express very good but the last order we placed was disappointing. There were some items for printing/embroidery and some plain cargo pants. The cargo pants did not ship with the other items, when they did ship we were then charged again for these items. I was on leave when the trousers eventually shipped and the extra charge went through so my manager had to sort things out in my absence. Very disappointing from a company who have also been very efficient.

Day 6 and still no sign of my polo shirts , how can you call yourselves EXPRESS more like Workwear Go Slow if you ask me .

I haven't received my package yet and I needed it by tomorrow at the latest as I go away on Wednesday, I'm not sure it's your fault but it's probably the fault of one of your providers D P D. I asked for the delivery address to be changed to Halfords in Bedford but it has not arrived yet. I would be grateful if you could investigate this and let me know what has happened or will happen to my order. As I said earlier in this message I am away from Wednesday until 30th November so unless you can contact me tomorrow I will not be contactable until 30th November

Only 2/3's of the order was delivered. I was not notified on a delivery date for the remainder of the order, to get a date for the remainder of the order it took 4 phone-calls over the space of 5 days. Good products , poor service.

I ordered Gilets and Jacket with a logo on, the order went through without the logo order so were delivered plain, I did not approve or confirm the order, I sent it with a message to make sure they had the logo on them. I complained and was told it would be collected from my workshop, it is still here 1 week ago.

On initial inspection the goody was good..until I washed it using the recommended instructions then shortly after started to "bobble" especially on the underside of the arms So it won't last very long so I am disappointed and won't be re ordering

I ordered 4 plain work tops 2 wks ago, apparently on a quick despath. 2 of the tops arrived very quickly. However one of them had quite a big pull in tje back of the shoulder. I rang cust. ser. and was told to reply to the order confirmation email and send a photo and it would be sorted out. So I did. However another week on and I havent even heard back. The other 2 tops still haven't arrived. So in summary, out of four work tops which I exoected wihin the week, I only have one wearable top. Needless to say I'm not impressed.

It all felt rather automated, emails from different people but no one allocated to me and they had the feel of website generated responses. The apron was fine, although not what I wanted when I saw it. I sent an reply email to both sales@workwearexpress.com and mike.barker@workwearexpress.com who had sent the confirmation of my order, asking if I could return the apron for a refund and did not receive a reply from either. This added to my feeling that I was one tiny part of a huge system and that my email would simply be ignored and I'd get fed up and go away eventually. And that's what I've done!

To place an Order and to be emailed that there is no stock of items and having to wait a month before goods are in stock again should be updated on website!

Hi The reason that this email was sent to the wrong email address is an example of your poor communication within your company. We have placed 3 orders with you and the 2nd and 3rd orders were place by myself. I have lost count of the times I was re-assured by your staff that the contact email address had been changed. Clearly it hadn't been and it would appear it still hasn't been. The first of the 2 orders that I placed on 24/04/2016 finally arrived on 31/05/2016. I chased this order on numerous occasions and was given numerous reasons for the delay - one being that the proof had been lost. Whenever I phoned I also asked that the contact email address was changed to me. Your staff were always polite and apologetic but the processing of my order was abysmal. The second of the 2 orders that I placed was processed much quicker and It seemed that the contact address had finally been changed - but as this email was not sent to me - it probably hasn't.
