Absolutely abysmal. Was guaranteed 2 day delivery before paying, but was then told that the items I ordered were actually out of stock. They were out of stock for a month in total, and I was told that a refund wasn't possible. When the order did finally arrive, they had printed the wrong logo on the back of the shirts. I had to send these back, it then took another month to have the correct order sent to us. This was still wrong, with a shirt missing, but by this point I literally couldn't be bothered to deal with these cowboys anymore. If you're at all unsure of just how bad they are, have a read of their Google reviews. Avoid like the plague.

WOrkwear Express - SO496532 Ordered on 15 June and today had to contact again. Order still not processed. Cancelled the order. There is no process for ensuring orders go through. You depend on the customer to contact you. Poor service. Wont be ordering again and will advise others to follow suit.

Do not use this company, very rude on the phone only received half of our order and could not tell us why after calling three times!! would not use this company ever again! still waiting for rest of our order!!!!!!!!!!

Most shocking service. Im appalled by the way I had to chase my order and they failed to undo the mistake so will never use this company for anything.

I ordered my usual uniform and logo and placed a note with it asking for a different colour text as the previous one was`t visible, I uploaded a photo with it showing the new colour. Shortly after, I received my order with no changes. I phoned to speak to some one about this who was extremely rude and unhelpful. The note and new photo I emailed across had conveniently been lost and I am now left with a order that is no good to me. I received no apology or offer to amend my order. Very bad customer service with an online ordering system that is not effective.

I have been really disappointed with Workwear - I was recommended them by a friend and initially was impressed with their company - ease of design, friendly staff etc. I asked for a delivery of T-shirts to promote a charity and they gave a good price. However that is where it all went wrong. My order was forgotten to be forwarded on to their art department and that is where it stayed. My T-shirts never arrived in time. My charity was let down and a chance for publicity has been lost. I rung up and asked what went wrong - they immediately offered a refund but even this was not fully given until I rung up again. It seems each department is not linking up properly with each other. A charity let down and an opportunity to raise awareness and save lives through that charity has been lost - very disappointing.

DESPITE HAVING TOLD YOU TWICE WHICH LOGO WE CURRENTLY USE, YOU SENT OUR ORDER OUT WITH THE WRONG LOGO (AN OLD ONE) AND TRIED TO BLAME US FOR THE ERROR!!! EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TOLD YOUR COMPANY TWICE BEFORE THAT THE OLD LOGO SHOULD BE CANCELLED!!! WHEN YOU SEND OUT YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION YOU SHOULD ALSO SEND A CONFIRMATION OF THE LOGO TO BE USED...I HAVE E-MAILED ELLEN FULLER AND ASKED HER TO CONTACT ME, BUT, TO DATE STILL WAITING, I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NOT LET THIS REST AS WE WANT A FULL REFUND AS WE ARE UNABLE TO USE THESE POLO SHIRTS.

No proof sent to me. After emailing them, still no reply or phone back. 2 weeks later I called again and the proof was emailed to me 3 days later. After agreeing with what the proof the printers t shirts came out to me a week later. A 3.5 week ordeal instead of a 48 hour turnaround. No discount or apology given.

I am yet to receive my order after almost two weeks, I have emailed the sales team twice to enquire about what is going on and have yet to receive a reply. I work full time and am finding it difficult to be able to ring the contact number but if the team on the phones are as responsive as the team dealing with emails- I won't hold my breath! Very very poor service

Did logo part of purchase Jackets arrived, no logo Rang, said I hadn't paid for this service. No offer of help. This made these jackets Expensive. Lost customer, And friends.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. Wrong items supplied. Promptly returned and lost by Workwear Express. Tried for 8 weeks to get correct items supplied. Calls never returned. Have had to resort to a chargeback with Barclaycard.

We ordered decorators bib & brace overalls and knee pads on Wednesday 31st May 2017 and we were given a delivery date of 5th June 2017. On 9th June 2017 we still had not received the goods so we rang only to be told that they had pressed the wrong button and sent the order to EBay !! After a long conversation which did not include an apology we were told that the order would definitely be delivered before 10am on Tuesday 13th June. We rang on Monday 12th June just to make sure it was all in hand and we were told yes order had been placed and would definitely be with us before 10am the next day. The next day at approx. 11am we rang again because there was still no sign of the order only to be told it had been pulled because one of the items were not in stock. Still no apology was forthcoming and the attitude was Well do you want it or not. Our response was NOT I feel a court case coming on !!!!!!!. BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICE LEAVE WELL ALONE

On two occasions, I was sent the wrong order, and getting the problems resolved is somewhat of a nightmare. They sent me orders that I didn't request, but sent a delivery of goods from a previous order I had made. They not only take long to respond to you (you have to keep chasing them up) but they also somehow find a way to blame you for the error, saying that because they don't have the order in place, they justify their actions by sending a previously ordered goods as replacement WITHOUT checking with you if its okay!! Not even an apology is given. Quite a cheek really!!

Very poor customer service ! After requesting an estimate to clothe a new client of ours with uniform. I sent over the spec and communicated that I needed to know if the requirements could be met however I received no communication. I have chased the sales department on several occasions, eventually asking to speak with the Sales Manager however I have still not received a telephone call. A simple No we cannot supply your items would have sufficed! If we treated our clients with the same indifference we would be out of business ! Very Disappointed !

Eventually cancelled our order! Having completed an online order, with a 5-7 day delivery promise, an Web Sales adviser emailed to request information (info that was already on the online form). A day later, she came back to clarify more info that was already listed. One week later, she sent through an order confirmation advising a 6 day delivery. When asked why there was already a delay......no explanation, just sorry, do you want to proceed or not! I would have thought a full explantion and the promise of an expedited order would have been offered. Glad I tried them out with a small order first!
