Items arrived quickly, I was not pleased with the quality so I was allowed to return at my own expense. Refunding took a month. To be honest, I did not chase them up for 3 weeks after return was acknowledged by them as I was expecting a smooth automatic refund procedure. Once complained received money in two days. I probably would buy again as all in all it was not the worst shopping experience but in the meantime for my needs I will try to shop around.

Very skimpy, need to order a larger size than you need, also the sleeves are very tight.

I thought the service was ok but the garments not. I ordered two pairs of trousers with a long leg. when I tried them on, the y were too short and in my opinion just a regular leg length.

Hi Recently bought a single embroidered polo shirt to trial my company logo on a shirt. Good things... Initial email correspondence quick Person on phone was helpful Opportunities to improve Main issue: the embroidered letters are not the same size... some are 2-3 mm taller than adjacent letters which surprised me. I subsequently noticed the CAD drawing sent to me shows the letters straight, but the accompanying photo of the mock up shows show misalignment. I don't know if this could be rectified as I'm currently thinking about having 10-20 further polos made up, but would like the letters straight Also, my order was delayed... I requested a quick turnaround (24 hours) but didn't get it... I havent checked if the 24 hour premium has been refunded(?) Thanks Gordon Syme 07979 288 542 gordonsyme@lean121consulting.com

I was very disappointmed with the sizing. This company is not unique in this area. It seems that workwear blouses are very fitted in comparisson to off the peg wear. The difference between size 22 and 24 was nil. I was so surprised how ill fitting these blouses were and so snug for supposedly generous XL sizes.

I order often from workwear express, i do like it however my last order i ordered 2 pairs of combats and only received one, it took 2 days for someone to get back to me about this

The products met our expectations, although we had to return a few shirts for a bigger size. After the return the new delivery was not as it requested to phone calls to make it happen, neither the email sent nor the return form with the new size was used to launch the new order.

I was disappointed with the sizes of two size L branded items. One sweatshirt by Fruit of the Loom, was totally different and larger by an inch or more in length, sleeve, and girth, than another Fruit of the Loom sweat , different material, and bought earlier from another supplier. None of this was in any way down to this supplier, just a difference in the models of that brand. This led me to seek a return authorisation, which was promised on first contact, but eventually took more than three furthur contacts, both by phone and email, and a week at least, before it was supplied. The excuse was "internal emails, between customer service, and returns department being mis-filed !!" At times during this week of waiting for their returns number, I thought of just giving up, they were so hopeless. There is certainly scope for improvement in their procedures for dealing with returns from retail customers. I am only submitting this, as a result of a request from their MD Andrew Ward, for a review, as I rarely complain about appalling service. Simon Roberts, Gloucestershire
