very poor service which are quick to make errors and slow to fix them! extremely disappointing service with goods which smell of vinegar! packing is as useful as a bin-liner. STAY AWAY

You messed up the logos. You printed the same logo on both teeshirts (instead of two different logos). You printed the logo on the back of the (second) teeshirt instead of printing it on the front. You did not provide dimensions. On your proof the indicator says 5cm from the top whereas in fact its a lot lower down. The print itself (both) are not correctly aligned on the sides Net result - I can't really wear them. It's not what I wanted.

Worst online experience ive ever had. Purchased the goods almost 2 weeks ago, only to find that when i sent an email on Thursday to enquire where my order was, i then received a credit note on saturday morning with absolutely no explanation or communication as to why my order has not yet been received. Terrible experience will not be purchasing items from here again and will certainly be warning others not to either.

You would expect 3rd order to get things right but again wrong order 3 out of 3. VERY poor and the only reason i stayed was thanks to Dan in the web team. No discounts offered nothing!!. How you can get 3 orders with someone elses logo is beyond me, i even wrote a special note explaining to contact me before print but that was ignored!! In honesty 0 stars would be lucky but didn't have that choice!

I wanted a logo on the left breast and website on the back of my Items. polo shirts came correct but Jackets and fleeces had the logo embroidered both front and back with no website. I checked that the approval they sent me was correct and it was. I emailed them with photos and asked what can be done. after not hearing anything for two days I called to see what was happening. I was told someone would call me the next day. The next day someone emailed me asking when they could arrange DPD to collect them. That was all. Not saying if the correct items will be done asap or anything. I said they could pick it up the following Monday. As it stands at the moment I have not received verification if this is happening, even though I have emailed to ask, or had any reply as to how they are sorting out the issue. They have appalling customer service. They should be sorting this out as quickly as possible for me, but they don't seem to care. Use someone else.

Stormdri reversible 4000 jacket. Terrible Terrible service. This jacket was advertised as 47inches. I was 46 inches around chest. I read the previous review, which said the jacket was on the small side. So I went with the 47inches. When the jacket arrived it measured 54 inches around the chest. The give or take tolerance was +|- 1. I then entered into a tiresome exchange of emails with workwear express. Whereby the jacket was sent back to me after sending it off. With an email just stating it’s correct! No evidence to suggest they had indeed measured it. I had sent pictures of the measurements along the stormdri spec sheet measurements showing you how to measure the jacket correctly. I am so surprised by their reluctance to help, when they are at fault for advertising the correct size. Even the largest size Jacket only measures 53inches. Lord knows what that jacket actually measures. A terrible company that took so long to order and wait for the thing anyway! Not willing to correct a mistake because it was personalised. Now I am expected to wear a jacket that drowns me. A real shame because had they done the right thing in the first place they would have had all my business, all for the sake of £62. Beware and stay away from this company if you can. On the other hand clothes2order have been a dream and nothing is too difficult for them - a proper business. Thanks workwear express but no thanks. Never again!! If I could give it 0 stars I would

When we first started using Workwear Express the quality of the personalisation and the service was excellent. Sadly, the last two or three times we have used this company, the quality of the personalisation has been poor. The embroadery department havs also made a number of errors after failing to read the notes provided with the order. Time to take our business elsewhere!!!

Order has not arrived within the promised time, the pricing was not clear and when i contacted them to enquire on order times they could not even be bothered to reply. Absolute shambles!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order never arrived, was told delivery in 5 days, which never happened. Lied to by multiple members of staff, not called when I was told I would be called, disappointing service.

Horrible company, my items took 6 weeks to arrive, turned up after the event I needed them for. Definitely not express service. I have tried to resolve the problem with the company but they are not interested in helping. All the mistakes for the delays were done by the company and I am the one out of pocket for this.

I read the reviews on the website and everything looked great, however I clicked 'Read All Reviews' and now I'm here on the review site, I notice that you don't display the bad reviews on your website! I will not be going ahead with a purchase as this is quite shady in my book! Especially as you seem to have quite a few people saying they've had bad experiences. Luckily for you, people on your website won't see this review... let's hope they check here first!

The got our order wrong! I received the wrong colour polo t-shirt and return them back to them. and we are still waiting for them to deliver the correct order. It is a total shambles and very bad customer services. I would NEVER used them again!! They are very quick to get your payment and then, lots of errors and miscommunication. and no-one cares!

Quite simply the worst customer service I have had in years. I beg anyone considering using Workwear Express to seek alternative options. Sometimes the cheapest really is not the best option. Still waiting for items ordered end of October......

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They struggled to get the order right then when they eventually delivered they hadn't printed as per the order and the quality of the items was really bad. They didn't bother replying when I contacted them about the items being printed incorrectly until I repeatedly chased them. They then argues, insisted on photos before collecting the goods and passed me from pillar to post. Eventually they acceoted that 15 of the 20 vests were printed incorrectly but wouldn't accept the logo and writing on the entire order was 1/3 smaller than it was meant to be despite having been sent design and photos of existing vests and agreeing to do exactly the same. I have contacted them several times since returning the vests and cannot get through to the manager who was dealing with this. She is also ignoring my emails. Definitely a company to avoid at all cost. Customer service-they don't know what it means!

Bombarded with emails to buy on Black Friday with discounts, but went to place orders and as we had logos to print they couldn't even get back to us with a price. Firstly came back (Saturday) with quote for embroidered logos after we previously stated that the jackets were waterproof and this wouldn't work, then came back saying they would revise the quotes. Still to receive a revised quote today (Thursday) so have cancelled the order. were also going to order more workwear for the staff but thought better of it. We are an existing customer with a staff of 18 and have ordered previously but I think this will be the last time. Its a pity as their quality is quite good, but their service is very poor.

delayed delivery on all items - 2 items that were ordered and showing available on website were out of stock and not due back in until January - still no refund received for difference in cost - trying to return an item and they are not making it easy to do so and not much faith i will receive the refund for it either- staff manner via email leaves a bit to be desired on a customer service front as well - not very helpful - wont be using or recommending them to anyone.

Bought 3 pairs of overalls and the zips failed on all the pairs after wearing them for 1 month each. Told at customer care that was "wear and tear". This company is a joke . I have had overalls still ok after years of use . Workwear express told me 1 month was there life expectancy! what a joke.
