You advertise water proof clothing that gest you wet, you sell overalls that are made out of material no better than tissue paper. Worst of all you don't give a dam and you were not prepared to put anything right . Disgusting company the worst ever I have dealt with in my life. DON NOT BUT ANY OF THIS COMPANYS RUBBISH, GO TO A CHARITY SHOP INSTEAD

Disappointed, ordered on the 27th November, got reply saying order would be dispatched on the 3rd of December. Contacted them again today and they've just told me it's getting dispatched today which is the 9th. What's express about that?? Won't order again

VERY POOR!!! False delivery dates makes huge inconvenience. Not happy with the service received. Plenty of other companies who sell workwear. Won’t buy from them in the future

Absolutely appalling experience the whole way through. I paid for express 24-hour delivery with embroidery. The design team completely changed the entire logo, and when I requested revisions they didn’t even bother to make them. Only days later did I learn that was because they couldn’t do the embroidery properly - so why on earth was that not said at the time! Then, when I asked to change to a printed logo, I was told that wasn’t possible, which just delayed things further as I had to explain to their own team that the products I had ordered were all eligible for print which they later accepted. Then when they came up with the prints they still didn’t listen to my original comments and I had to waste even more time asking them to change that several times again, by which point it was almost getting too late for my order. I approved the design not realising that when they said it was 100mm x 22mm that was going to be the actual print size on all garments, as I assumed that was the scale of the digital image for approval (not the print). After all, who in their right mind would put the exact same size logo on an men’s XL shirt as a ladies’ XS shirt - the logo should scale to the shirt size as was shown and advertised in the original order template. Well, the garments turned up today - credit where it’s due on the actual delivery speed once they finally sorted out the logo - and the logos are indeed tiny. I hold my hands up that I misunderstood but that is only because the company advertised a full chest logo and never made it clear that “size” was going to be the actual print size not just the scale of the artwork. The quality of the print itself is very crisp and clear so I will give credit for that. However one of the logos is misaligned, they have been awfully positioned so that half of the logo is already lost (they should have been closer to the centre of the shirt to avoid this), and the logo on the XL is so pathetically small that it’s entirely pointless. Again- the logo should ALWAYS be suitably sized to the garment itself. Madness to think that an XS ladies shirt would have the same size logo as an XL men’s shirt, and the size of the print was already too small for the XS! As a company, this is something they should know. Unsurprisingly when I contacted the company no refund was offered at first. They eventually offered a refund on the express fee (rightly so as the delay was due to their own failure to listen and communicate) and free customisation on the next order, but no refund was offered for the faulty one and no care whatsoever at the fact that they missold the garments given the logo size. They even said that it should have been printed in a different layout — so why was this never mentioned during the design stage? Awful company with no care whatsoever. I’m now left with garments that I currently feel are completely unusable as a promotional material and as the company mucked me around so much in the first place, it’s too late to even order replacements.

Absolutely incompetent customer service, bordering on dodgy dealings. I was told that the express delivery would be £5 per item, had to request the quote was done to actually reflect the correct costs over and over again as they purposely do very dicey quotations, got what I was told was the final (quite high!) price and then when I went to pay for it they said that they hadn't included the delivery in the price and actually it was £6 not £5. They were late on dealing with the artwork despite it having been sent to them four days before, then despite giving us a shortfall of a "reduced" delivery cost of £120, they STILL didn't meet the delivery date and when requested why I hadn't even been informed didn't get any explanation or apology. Don't know whose nephew "Owen" is, but nepotism obviously isn't serving you well as he is beyond useless

We gave Workwear Express the benefit of the doubt after an issues with the last order, after previous good service, and made the mistake of ordering again. For the second time in recent months, despite ordering navy blue uniform they sent a number of black items ... and then refused to take them back and/or refund. Shocking service. For info - all fleeces are short in the arms too - everyone agrees. We will not be using Workwear Express again.

Ordered garments for a wedding on the 24th. On my order it said items will be delivered on the 22nd of Sept. I haven't heard any update on my order so contacted online customer service. Was told the dispatch date (which on my account says the 14th of Sept) is an estimate and my order will be shipped 8 days after that date and they can't guarantee ill get my goods before the 24th. Had I known I would of ordered from another company . Fuming is an understatement. My company recently rebranded and all cards and other gear are of our new logo/branding. All of our staff will be mis-matched at the wedding . Absolutely fuming!! The customers service adviser Gavin Banks needs retraining. No empathy no apology .. just this is what you get take it or leave it attitude. Will not be using again!

Years ago Fruit of the Loom tee shirts were good quality. Add that to " Workwear " and you'd think good quality, hard wearing. Mistake no.1 Ordered 2 polo shirts. Mistake no.2. DPD no tracking but 3 days later one shirt arrived THROUGH MY LETTER BOX. Contacted customer service to be told that different colours come from different factories. Are you serious? So 2 days later the other arrived. Quality, what quality? Thinnest material ever with loops pulled on reverse side. No logo's involved so sent back for refund. Hope they manage that. The reviews sum up this company!

One of the worst clothing suppliers I have ever dealt with. They promised delivery dates that were passed and missed by over a month. Upon receiving our custom branded hats, fleeces and jackets, over 50% of the items had very poor stitching and defects on our logos. We were also missing items from our orders, which took over 4 phone calls to resolve. Even members of their sales team said that they did not agree with the way the company was resolving our issues and said it was poorly ran with big supply chain issues. We eventually had hats, fleeces and jackets replaced due to their poor stitching. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for anything close to high quality work wear.

Would advise to avoid at all costs. Advertise one delivery date, but week past the delivery date still nothing delivered. Do not trust what Jessica Dolan replies about your orders. She will lie anything just to get you of her back. Cheers for ruining the event 👍

We placed an order online with Workwear Express on the 19/10 with an estimated delivery date of the 28/10/2022. It is now the 31/10/2022 and the order still hasn't been made and sent. I contacted customer support on the 20/10 to ask to cancel a few pieces off the order as a member of staff has left. I was told this cannot be done because the items are on the embroidery machines. I then asked when the order will be sent and they said it will be dispatched on the 31/10/2022. I have been in contact again today to confirm the order will be sent today to be told the order has not been made yet and will not be sent until the 02/11/2022 which is well past the estimated delivery date. Each time I speak to customer service I get a different story and they blame it on being their busy period. If you cannot meet the estimated delivery dates advertised you need to update them to a realistic time scale. This is my first order with you and will be my last.

Disgrace of a company , items never delivered . Workwear express said I authorised a delivery to a different address (I didn’t) they won’t provide any proof and I’m now doing a chargeback to get a refund , customer “care” staff couldn’t care less . Never use this sham of a company

Absolutely dreadful delivery experience with Workwear Express. They said once it leaves their factory it’s in the hand of the logistics company DPD and nothing to do with them. This is after taking your money upfront. Dreadful service, go to a local work wear company! Had an awful experience with them in 2018 but thought I would give them another go. Will never use them again.

Ordered items 7th July. By 22nd nothing had arrived. Called them and they said items had been dispatched 9th July despite our online account saying the order was pending. They'd no tracking information. After investigation they said the delivery company had attempted delivery twice. Items had been returned to stock and reassigned. No more stock until 22nd Sept. We never received any caller cards / emails to say delivery had been attempted. Also, we have a sign on the door which asks for parcels to be left in the parcel box if no one is here. Not impressed. Will not be using this company again.
