“I was very happy with the service provided by WR Engineering. The company was very professional to communicate with and kept me informed in the lead up to the service call. On the day, the technician Mark texted me prior to his arrival and arrived on time which I really appreciated. He was professional and friendly, explaining what he was doing during each step of the garage door service. He was happy to answer any questions and also gave me some useful security advice. I would highly recommend WR Engineering and Mark - 5 stars!”

“I have a disability which affects my speech and mobility. I try to get the garage door serviced every year but forget earlier in 2023. In mid-December around 16 December, the garage door controller started flashing and beeping. I contacted WR Engineering using the online contact form and they responded advising the earliest appointment for service would be in the New Year. After realising my challenges and that should the door stop working over Christmas it would be a lot of trouble for me, they kindly made adjustments to their scheduling and booked a service for 21 December. The service was quick and efficient while the engineer was courteous and helpful in spite of my disabilities. This was excellent service overall at a fair price and thank you for such a great job all around. The standard offered to me is one all trades should aim for in Canberra and all of Australia.”

“Very pleased with the standard of work in repairing my garage door. I was able to get the repairs done within a few days of contacting your office on my first available day and your technician arrived on time. I was amazed he was able to fix the problem as I was fully expecting to have to replace the door.Works better now than it has in the almost 30 years I have lived here. Muhammad is a legend!”

“I made a booking for the annual service of my garage door and was booked at the end of the day. Unfortunately, Mark was having a series of unexpectantly long jobs leading up to my job. However, Mark rang me several times to make sure that a later arrival was convenient and to keep me up to date on the revised ETA. When Mark was able to get here, he efficiently performed the annual service of our garage door. Despite the hour, the service was not rushed and Mark gave me several tips on how to get the best from the door. I appreciated both the quality of the service and the communication skills of the WR staff. Well done.”

“I had my garage door serviced and was very pleased with the experience and the service I received. The technician was on time, courteous, friendly and efficient. As in previous years, the job was done quickly and to my satisfaction, with the price charged as per the quote (including a slight discount). All in all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend WRE.”

“I noticed a problem with my roller door on Wednesday (13 December 2023). Immediately called WR Engineering to see if it could be fixed, not expecting to be able to get anyone to come out before Xmas. Pleasantly surprised to be told that they could have someone here on Friday (15 December). A technician came on time and fixed the problem very quickly and professionally - as well as doing a "tune-up" of the roller. Fantastic service and communication - and all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't fault the process in any way.”

“Mark was our service person and we have had him service our doors before. I would highly recommend Mark as he knows his stuff, he is very thorough, is cheerful and as always he couldn't do enough for us. Great customer service and we are extremely happy with WR Engineering and will be requesting Mark again when we next book in a service.”
