We had a new kitchen fitted by Wren in April thus tear and we love it. I have to say that the whole experience was like a military campaign from start to finish. The fitter was outstanding and any faults/queries were addressed immediately. I would have no hesitation recommending Wren

Very happy with our Wren kitchen lovely quality and superb finish . I have 2 small complaints. First it would have been nice to have a phone call from the salesman who sold us the kitchen to make sure everything was okay . Secondly he promised us a £50 cheque and my daughter a £50 cheque for her recommending Wren to us . Neither of us have received our cheques. Otherwise couldn’t fault Wren would definitely recommend them to other people.( mcdermottfamily14@gmail.com)

Excellent from start to finish. Sales were very friendly and considered all aspects of the kitchen including costs. Delivery was on time and granite fitters were very helpful.

Really happy with Wren Kitchens. It’s the second time using them, and have used Poonam from the Milton Keynes branch both times. She’s brilliant and understood exactly what we wanted!

Absolutely love my new kitchen. From the moment we went into the show room there were no pushy sales pitch. Kitchen designer was great showing us different ideas. Excellent delivery service even in this lockdown period. I have recommended several people and would not hesitate to recommend to others too. Fantastic value for money and excellent quality. Thank you wren you are the best.

Conrad at merry hill is fantastic, and despite civid 19 lock down issues, the service, delivery and aftercare was second to none, glad we just went and had a look in the showroom. Found the staff at Huddersfield branch helpful, especially Mia, and had no issues. Delivered and installed and looks great. Quality is excellent too. Looks a million dollars!

If I could give 0 star I would. Customer service rubbish. Quality of work absolutely poor. I have holes in my kitchen which let air in which were supposed to be sealed before fitting my washing machine! There’s a 5cm gap above my dishwasher, not to mentioned 3 holes drilled incorrectly through a cupboard to let the sink waste pipe out (clearly the fitters couldn’t get their calculations correct on where to drill a hole for a pipe, so they punched 3!) my extractor fan sounds like a jumbo jet as they sealant wasn’t done correctly. That’s just the beginning, I see my kitchen everyday and think I wish I had never used Wren! Don’t do it!

Firstly let’s remind everyone that this company sacked 700 employees at the start of the lockdown. I did purchase a wren kitchen, this was delivered just before the lockdown and was thrown in my conservatory. I called to asked about fitting but with very rude customer service, I have had to get local builders to fit it. Panel colours don’t match, handles missing, sink scratched badly Contacted Custer services head office Barton to be told I will not be getting replacements or any refund. Dreadful company, customer service shocking! Avoid

Booked to visit Croydon branch as a potential customer. On day of appointment they called asking why I wanted to visit the store and unless I was looking to buy a kitchen from them to be delivered within next 4-6 weeks I shouldn't attend. The staff member was not interested in what I wanted or why I had booked to view the kitchens. He was more concerned about getting garrenteed sales and ignored any of my comments. I ended up reporting him to their customer service team and in hindsight if this is how they behave before you even enter their stores I'm glad I didn't get to buying anything from them.

Purchased from Croydon branch. Very nice looking kitchen that turned out only slightly more expensive than IKEA - so was good value for what we paid. 0% Finance for 7 years was also a good option given that we got units, worktop and installation from them. Have read bad reviews about the fridge however nothing bad as of yet. However didnt get much guidance on appliances so make sure you research first. Installers tried to take extra for installation (originally said they were charging £70 just to plug in appliances). Ended up only paying around £135 extra to hardwire oven and do a small bit of plumbing. They even "plumbed" the dishwasher and washing machine (i.e. plugged them in under the sink) for "free" (said it was £70 for each). Wren will know exactly what "extras" you will need given your kitchen but dont seem to tell you, which is slightly disappointing. A couple of panels came damaged however after sales team were responsive and all have been replaced and installed without hassle. Overall very happy.

The appliances that were recommended to us by the chester store are awful microwave took 5 mins to boil a cup of water . The freezer burns our food at the bottom and middle the top the food is not frozen properly. The fridge is so wet on the back wall it ruins items in the fridge. DONT BUY CDA Appliances they are useless. Wren didn’t want to know now we are stuck with useless appliances in a very expensive kitchen very disappointing will not recommend to anyone

Extremely poor service. The surveyor sent from Wren measured my kitchen wall unit incorrectly, which has now resulted in the wall cabinet sizes not fitting properly. I contacted the store in Hayes, they were extremely unprofessional and refused to help or escalate this. I contacted the customer services head office and after 3 days of constant chasing via emails and telephone, i was told i was at fault as I should have checked the final details myself. I explained I am not an expert in kitchen measurements and hence why Wren send their own measurer. It is their mistake and they should rectify it. They stated, I would need to purchase the correct cabinets at an additional cost ((£500) and did not accept the mistake and breakdown in communication from their store team. Nobody explained that the final measurements need to be re-checked by the customer and the installer. We relied on Wren to design our dream kitchen (which mind you was extremely expensive) and now that they have had their contract and payment, they have washed their hands off.. This whole situation has been handed very poorly from start to end. The error has been made from Wren's side. I'm now unsure if the compliance officer even measured the wall correctly or if the team at the store did not update the design accordingly. There have been more than 3 people from the store involved with my project which has probably contributed to the error! It has given my family and I unnecessary anxiety and stress in the midst of the pandemic. We had put our complete faith into Wren to design our dream kitchen and the result has been extremely upsetting. Nobody in the process has even apologised instead they have stated they are not at fault which is unprofessional. I have spent two days of my time calling head office/store and we are going around in circles with nobody actually trying to help. I am critical key worker in a NHS Hospital as such I do not have the time or energy to keep chasing to resolve an error made by Wren. Hence, I hoped this issue would now be dealt with by the right people and I would have the correct units sent free of charge / given some sort of compensation. This whole thing has meant I have to ask the kitchen fitter to the attend the property twice, which has increased my fitting cost! Instead Wren have blamed me for the error and have been extremely unprofessional.
