Their costumer service department was quick to respond, addressed the issue and made things right. Probably didn't help that I ordered in the middle of a nationwide heatwave. I rang 20 times Tuesday someone answered. I was told they have problems with delivery in the South West. So I suggest if you live in that area don't bother.
